They called the order when it's ready. I love the fresh fruit and it's convenient if you are in Main Street. Though, maybe because the mango wasn't ripe, it didn't have the usual strong flavor in the mango pomelo sago. I ordered Belgian Caramel Crumble Milk Tea for my friend. Didn't get a picture. Not too sure if the place really understands the meaning of "less ice" vs "half ice" tbh. Can't do no ice = fine. How about less ice? Okay I guess. Received the drink. And....this is not less ice. A little bench inside by the glass as waiting area. Minimal wait time like 15 mins on a busy Saturday night. Tea By Do accepts both cash and card. The font can be bigger because it's so hard to read as the drink description is actually really tiny on the menu. Or they can provide paper versions. They can even simply provide a QR code to scan, so customers can zoom in on the menu from their phones. Iced Mango Pomelo Sago Drink 1. Tastes decent even without the extra sugar although not exceptionally amazing. 2. Tsk tsk tsk about the "less ice" portion. With the almighty chunk of ice, you're actually getting a medium sized drink instead of the large (thanks to the unnecessary ice amount). 3. I heard a lot about Tea By Do from Chinese people online, so I was really surprised to see they had opened a store front in Flushing. It is a tiny store, hardly big enough to fit the line of patrons placing and waiting for orders. They also have limited menu items, though I wasn't sure if that was true for all locations or if it was that they were launching only certain drinks to begin with. I ordered a cold jasmine milk tea without any toppings as I was trying to have just a little sweet something for dessert. It came in a hot cup, which alarmed me, but it indeed was cold. I think maybe because I had opted for the "no ice" options and they didn't want it to looked like the drink amount was small? The packaging was very cute. The tea was really nice and fragrant. I got 30% sugar and it was plenty sweet. I do love taro, so I think next time I pass, I will try the taro bubbles. read more

Another tea shop in town. TeabyDo doesn't really stand out among the many Chinese tea spots in Flushing. I ordered the grape smoothie and asked for 30% sugar, but it still came out very sweet, so I couldn't finish it. I'll give points for the cute drink design and the insulated bag -- that was a nice touch. But they really need to update their fruit tea menu. I'm lactose-intolerant and the only non-milk options were mango and grape, which is pretty limited. Service was also slow even though I came on a weekday. Boo hoo for first weekend opening and service. The place is trending like other tea place where you order, wait, pickup & go. Small space to wait. I hope they have an. App that would inform tho the wait time and readiness of the order. The place be only has 1 table with bench that probably fits 3 people. Decided to order their signature taro ball milk tea. After about 10 minutes, we got it drinks. Final verdict: ordinary like other milk tea. Taste more milk than tea. The taro ball is chewy but pairs ok with milk tea. Will not order again. I had the grape jasmine tea smoothie with jelly. This drink has bits of real grape in it too. It's very refreshing. You can lower the sugar to at most 30%, but it can't be no sugar. I came here for their grand opening weekend and got the BOGO deal. Honestly was surprised at how good the Jasmine Milk Tea and Mango Pomelo tasted! It was super fresh and refreshing and the Jasmine tea was very fragrant. Definitely planning to stop by again soon! read more
