[[HIGHLIGHT]]This Prince Tea House is super cute, well decorated with a nice cozy vibe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I stopped by for dessert before a concert at nearby Forest Hill Stadium and easily was able to get a seat. I enjoyed the dessert trio, which was bigger than expected! I definitely could have shared it. We also enjoyed the Prince fruit paradise tea which was sweet and tasted like juice. Service was quick and staff were friendly.

First of all, I didn't know there was a Prince tea house in Forest hills so please lets start spreading some love for this location Amazing service, the girl was so efficient and helped us with everything we requested! The place itself was so open, very festive and super clean, definitely a relaxing ambiance for drinking some tea The food was good, my favorite was the bobaa pudding they served! We enjoy our eggrolls and the scone which was very tasty! Definitely coming back but is such a nice spot and I really want people to know about it

    Delicious Scone!

Disappearing Scone! They are doing everything right now! Great service even when busy, which is often. Menu is updated often. We love coming here every weekend!

I'm so glad I stopped in for a hot tea on this cold wintry day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Prince Tea House is beautiful inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was friendly, and who doesn't love having tea service? The Earl Grey Milk Tea warmed me up, and it was a nice reward after a long cold week of commuting.

Came here for a Saturday night and was surprised we were able to get seats immediately. The decor is very similar to other prince tea houses we've been too. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The desserts came out relatively quick. The ube souffle and matcha creme brulee was good. On the small side but good. The crepe cake was okay. The boba syrup made it very sweet.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Prince Tea House is a super cute spot with really nice ambiance and a great location close to the train, which made it very convenient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We really enjoyed our food: we ordered the egg rolls, a salad, and one of their cakes for dessert, and everything tasted great. I ordered a white tea, which was excellent. My friend ordered a black tea. One small mix-up: we both ordered our teas hot, but my friend's came iced. When we mentioned it, the waitress kind of walked away before it was fully addressed. Overall the only reason this isn't a 5/5 is because the service was a bit iffy. It took a long time for someone to come back to our table to take our dessert order, and the waitress didn't really have answers to some of our questions. My friend also asked for a sweetener like Sweet and Low for her tea and was told they didn't have anything like that, which was surprising for a tea house. That said, the food, tea, and atmosphere were lovely, and I'd still recommend stopping by.

I've been to the Prince Tea House in Chinatown many years ago and didn't think it was anything special. However, I decided to give it a try again since I saw that it was in Forest Hills. I tried the beef sukiyaki sandwich and it was extremely good! I would highly recommend it. The service is a bit slow and I had to ask for water refills several times, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]it has cute and cozy vibes inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Today tried their chicken sandwich which was good! And had their fruit tea (no caffeine) again with my GF's who both like Prince Tea House since I brought them there separately. Service is always good and fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is nice that's why we enjoy coming here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Passion Fruit Mousse Cake

The passion fruit mousse cake was refreshing and delicious. The pot of Rooibos des Vahines tea was mild and tasty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant including its bathroom is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server checked on my table and poured tea for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place to chat with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Always love coming to a Prince Tea House. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is very beautiful and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The rose milk tea is always a favorite with me and my friends. The smoked salmon sandwich was also delicious and I love the side salad!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place! Bright lighting but not in an industrial way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was quick despite being only one table away from full the entire time. I had a hot herbal tea and a (iced) potted milk tea which I've never heard of before and it was super tasty. The cake was quite good but not amazing. I'd expect the desert to be better since that's one of the focuses of the place and because it's quite pricy, but this is my only minor complaint. Two of my friends ordered hot food and enjoyed their meals and one of them has been here a few times, which I think helps speak to the vibe and quality. It's right off next to the LIRR stop too, so it's perfect to stop into for a quick bite and/or a tea. Wouldn't mind coming back at all!

I've been to one or two other Prince Tea locations, but this was my first time at the Forest Hills location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location looks very bright with the white walls yet cozy. The wall decor is cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Matcha Ice Cream was rich and creamy. It was also reasonably priced. The Tiramisu was small for the price, but it was good and left me wanting more. The cream was thick but not too sweet. The Long Jing Green Tea had a subtle flavor, but it was a comforting nighttime drink. I wish the flavor was stronger or that they provided refills. The staff was very attentive and helped us with the first tea pour.

    Grace W.

I don't know where to start because I LOVE this place so much! I had my bridal shower here and I couldn't be more happy about the entire experience. I was just in awe of the location and how cute everything was. The staff was so accommodating, ambience and decor was absolutely perfect and the food was delicious!!! Even some of my family members that aren't big on eating outside food loved the food. The chicken rolls and the hot rose milk tea was my favorite! Everything was just 10/10. This place will always be special to me and I am so appreciative to the owner and his entire staff who helped make my bridal shower the best day not just for me but for my friends and family. Thank you so so much!!! I can't wait to be back here for brunch with my friends and husband!!

Refreshing iced passion fruit green tea to go. Asked for it w very little sugar and it was perfect.

Do people come here to study/read? Or is it more of a restaurant style spot where it's a faux-pas to sit for hours and read/study? Thanks in advance!

I would not recommend for studying and reading. This is very much a restaurant for dining and socializing.

    Do they offer high tea?

Not at this location. You can go to their website and check which location offers it.

Is there a parking lot available for customers? If not, what are the parking options in the area?

    No just street parking

Is it kid and stroller friendly?

Inside is pretty tight with a couple of steps to get over, so it would be pretty difficult to park the stroller next to the table.…

This place looks so appealing every time I walk past, but I have celiac disease. Is there anything gluten free on the menu?

Didn't see anything gluten free. Maybe the salads (but who knows about the dressing). Stick to the tea here though!

    Is there indoor dining?

    Yes

Do they still have outdoor dining?

Yes, they have a tent set up with limited seating.

To dine in do you have to make reservations?

We do not take reservations and only allow walk-in at this time.

    Do they have boba tea?

You can add boba to certain drinks for an additional charge

    Do they have COVID-19 surcharge?

I didn't see any on our check.

How do we make a reservation?

I didn't make a reservation...I'd just showed up and waited like 10 minutes which is not bad...

Will there be indoor dining on 9/30?

Hi, yes there will be limited indoor seating on 9/30. Per city guidelines- 25% capacity indoors, temperature checks for all, and one person in the party must leave their contact information.

Do you take reservations for larger parties (6 People)?

Hi, unfortunately we do not take reservations at this time.

    What are the hours?

Currently we are open 7 days a week from 12pm-10pm.

    Is the bathroom Available?

Yes, we do have a bathroom available for customers to use. You would need to have a mask on to enter inside, as well as have your temperature checked.

In terms of menu, the only choice is the type of tea. I got the earl grey and my husband got a ginger-based tea - both of us thought the tea was fantastic and came with milk and sugar. The food comes in a tower with sandwiches, scones, deviled eggs, and some sweet treats. I think food was the weakest part of the experience, as the cupcakes likely came from a grocery store, and the portions were pretty small for what you pay. The best part was the curry chicken sandwiches, the rest was honestly meh. The decorations really transport you out of the city into Victorian England vibes. It's a small room, maybe holding 8 or so parties, but very cozy and memorable. I probably wouldn't return but glad to have tried it! 3.5/5 for me.

A court injunction barred the US operators from using the brand's trademarks, forcing a viral rebrand to "? Tea" in New York. Headquarters' Allegations: According to court documents, the corporate office revoked the operators' trademark rights after claiming: - Unauthorized Expansions: The US operator opened a Los Angeles location without prior corporate approval. - Unapproved Ingredients: The franchise was sourcing ingredients independently, violating strict corporate quality and recipe standards. - Hiding Profits: Headquarters accused the operators of voiding their contract by allegedly hiding store revenues and bypassing royalty payments. The Franchisee's Perspective: The US operators disputed the claims. Before the courts stepped in, franchisees alleged that corporate HQ had attempted to aggressively renegotiate the ownership equity, attempting to slash the operator's share from 80% to 30% after the US locations proved highly lucrative. Current Status & Rebranding: Due to the legal injunction, the affected stores were forced to scrub the name "Molly Tea" from their storefronts, uniforms, and delivery apps. The operator complied by covering up the logos and using hand-drawn question marks on cups, quickly earning the nickname "? Tea" among fans.

The salad was a good portion very satisfying, the cod, shrimp fish & chips was kind of disappointing there was only 3 shrimps and 1 piece of cod with fries buried under them. The fried squid was okay, kind of dry, and a takoyaki was pretty good. We got the English breakfast tea which was pretty standard, we also got the fruit tea which was kind of overwhelming I think the mix of fruits was a bit too much so avoid the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. For dessert we got the matcha ice cream, tiramisu, and the trio combo with the red bean ice cream pate de choux, the green tea financier, and the fruit tart. The fruit tart was very tiny and had a unriped mango on it, the green tea financier was pretty good, and the red bean ice cream pate de choux was okay, I think next time we'll just get 3 of the ice cream pate de choux because it's more worth the value. The tiramisu was kind of bland there was no espresso flavor in it. Overall the staff were very friendly and paid close attention to our table to make sure plates were cleared and took attention to when we wanted anything else. The ambiance is pretty nice, and the decor is cute. But next time we will probably avoid the fish & chips, fruit tart, fruit tea and tiramisu. You can get these drinks hot or iced. I had all of them iced! I also had one of the best iced matcha lattes ever from here with sweet coconut milk. WOW. From what I've seen, baked goods change daily and their drink menus change semi often as well, which is exciting!! Outside, there is some seating, lovely items and books for purchase and a window to order, as well as the menu items displayed on boards and items around the space. Some of the items inside look like they're either for sale or just meant for display, which is fine, but I feel like it distracts from the main purpose, which is serving food and being a comfortable resting spot. It's no fault of the place, but the vibe is a mix of reggae, African folk music, and incense, and it contrasts sharply with the environment outside. There's an Italian restaurant across the street blasting Frank Sinatra type music, so the clash is noticeable. I feel like maybe the sound could be adjusted or balanced somehow. As part of the promotion, I ordered the vegan lentil soup. It was okay, nothing special but not bad. Then I was served an iced chai latte, and most of the spices sank to the bottom under the ice. After I swirled it, the spices still didn't have much flavor. It wasn't strong or pungent, and you couldn't really taste the spices or feel any of the digestive benefits chai is usually known for. It didn't taste like tea; it was just mildly sweet. I could see myself drinking it with a dessert, but it didn't stand out on its own. The service was friendly. I hope this place the best and want it to succeed but it needs to literally clean up.

My brother and I walked around the Greenpoint area and then he had to go pick up his kiddo from camp, so I explored the area then put Kettl into google maps thinking I was coming early for class to avoid the rain. I accidentally went to the wrong location and then it started pouring. The staff told me the other location was 10 minutes away by foot, so I hauled myself to it in pouring rain. Luckily I wore workout clothes and tennis shoes that day, but my raincoat was water resistant, not waterproof, so I got pretty soaked. I still arrived a few minutes early, and the staff let me take some napkins to dry myself off. The class was at the bar in the back of this flagship location. It was set up for two, but I was the only person who showed. Jayanna led me through a very detailed class, provided handouts and a soba tea cookie along with water, and answered a ton of questions I had. As a daily matcha maker, I knew I had a lot to learn. She showed me how to care for the different tools used to make matcha. We made three preparations: sparkling matcha, shaken matcha, and matcha latte. We went through each with various steps and measurements. She demonstrated what to do and then I would make the drinks for both of us. It was a very fun experience and I learned a lot. I also got to shop after the class with a 15% discount, so I got myself a custom single cultivar matcha called okuju made exclusively for Kettl and especially for lattes, and then some individually wrapped fancy tea bags of matcha genmai and hojicha for Eric when he travels. The class had an hour and a half of instruction and I spent a half hour asking about products and shopping. It is a very nice space and I would love to try some of the unique drinks on the menu plus take more classes. Not sure why there are so many low reviews but I had an amazing time with my girlfriends this past…read moretrip! I love afternoon teas and when I saw the one here, I knew I wanted to check it out! We were able to get resys and one of my friends was gluten free so I noted that in advance. Service was great, the only thing was we had to ask them to refill the hot water a few times. The drinks and food were amazing and the fact that they had an entire gluten free version was chef's kiss! My friend was so happy and had glowing reviews too. The scones were perfect and not too dry. We devoured everything and it was the perfect amount of food honestly. Next time I would probably order one tea set and try their à la carte menu items. But all in all, I would definitely come back!

A friend and I were lucky to grab a reservation on a Friday afternoon, even though we reserved in 3…read moreor 4 weeks advance, I would consider it as not bad. We are just excited to dine in Tiffany's! Yipee Food - it is pricy for the portion, but is flavorful. The items on the Tea set was very small and soo much space on the tiers, it would look so much better/nicer if the item portions be more porportional. The taste of the item in the tea set was okay, can't really taste the flavor, but they kept the scones warm which was nice. We also ordered Muchroom Soup and Ham and cheese sandwich. Those were delicious. As for the tea, they come with free hot water refill to the individual kettle. phew!! Service - it was superb! they have so many servers, very attentive, all very approachable and friendly. Even with so many staffing, but you will not feel overwhelm or crowded, their approach was just enough. Ambiance - its Tiffanys!! we arrive 30 minutes early, our table wasn't available, so we walk around the floors - always fun, lots of woo and Ahhs. Did ask if they can give us a windows seat, honored (yipee). LV building at the back, facing tiffanys tiny blue box at the front was just more "ahhs" the restuarant was pretty full, looks tight, but you wont feel overlapping or on top of each other. I am just happy I tried. Even though it is pricy but it is the worth the experience. "Fancy Dining: Tiffany's" checked!
