Cute clean coffee shop, had a wonderful selection of food options that were not just pastries. Staff was super friendly & insightful. Food portions were extremely large & greatly priced.

First things first, the cappuccino was great! A little heavier than a normal cappuccino but still had great taste! Service: the staff was friendly Ambiance is just average for a coffee shop but a great place to go for ambiance but has a few tables! Overall: I haven't tried the other coffee stops In the area but this is a good starting point!!

Never noticed this spot before so decided to come on in as I walked by. It's super cute and modern inside and I like that they have outdoor seating as well! I was attended right away and the cashier was super sweet. I got a iced caramel macchiato with oat milk. It was pretty good! The pastries looked so good too but I held myself back. Will be going back to give it a try!

Looking for a decent coffee spot in queens and this one is just so so. Ordered a latte with almond milk. Tasted meh... nothing special.. definitely not something that would wake me up and the flavor was just blah. The seating area inside is nice and they have outdoor seating as well. They have food and pastries too.

Matcha is from Kyoto They whisk the matcha so that's a plus Tried the cinnamon toast matcha latte and so good :) will def be back if I'm in the area Looks like they have lots of choices and things. Cute small cafe Street parking. There's a slanted parking right in front and lots of stores to go to around the area

Have stopped in a few times for their iced coffee. It's always really good, and the staff is pretty friendly.

First off i came to new york from los angeles for a food crawl to find the best coffee shops and restaurants. La has ok coffee shops but nothing that stands out. Coffee shot has amazing customer service. Very nice service. The coffee is very good better than la coffee. The burekas were delicious again better than la and im a huge bureka fan. I have one complaint though I came to try a coffee with tahini i heard fantastic things about it but they ran out of the syrup for it. Its quite and great ambiance and nice place to sit down and chill while drinking a nice coffee and eating a sandwich. In short i will be back when i come back to NY which will be soon after all i need that tehini coffee annd to try more of the food..

Very small shop that offers coffee and some dessert options. Service was good and the cookie and brownie was delicious. Wish there was more seating options.

Stumbled upon this cute little coffee shop today! Nothing I love more than to support small businesses. They have a variety of bourekas, croissants, muffins, cookies, brownies and sandwiches with an extensive drink menu. I ordered the crispy moon which is a mini boureka stuffed with cheese...CHEESE LOVERS YOU WILL LOVE THIS. I paired it with their iced Matcha latte. I love that they use high grade matcha! The cafe is on the smaller size, there is seating inside and limited seating outside. The customer service was great. The boy and girl working there, Eden and Aaron, were super friendly and they recommended the crispy moon! Great choice. I'll be back to try more goodies :)

No matter the season, whether you're craving something warm or refreshing -- coffee or chocolate -- this place consistently delivers. The relaxed yet inviting ambiance, complemented by good music and attentive service, creates a pleasant atmosphere. I've visited several times, both with friends and with my children, and each experience has been equally enjoyable.

Great place but they charged me for lavender syrup and forgot to include. Friendly staff. Matcha was ok not the smoothest but for a coffee place it was fine. Loved the free samples!

Came here with a friend for the first time and love it! Delicious chai latte and almond croissant. Beautiful interior and love the music (I was Shazamming everything). So glad Coffee Shot is in the neighborhood! Def will be a regular.

Stumbled upon this cute little neighborhood coffee shop, I was impressed. I love that their menu isn't so underwhelming walking in. So many pastry selections, didn't get a sandwich.. just the cheese burraka. (most likely misspelled) It was a bit too salty for my taste but it wasn't bad. I already knew by the color of my latte.. IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. The girls working here are very nice and helpful. It's clean here! however the seats are not so comfy to sit and work here. i'll be coming back

This was the egg press and an iced lavender latte

It's easily accessible right by the subway and the LIRR is very close by. Since it was private they ordered their food which was mostly pastries with various flavors/toppings. I wanted savory since it was dinner time so I opted for I think a red pepper pastry which was yummy! My friend actually bought their pastries. One was a mango dessert with white chocolate outer shell and mango mousse. It was good but a bit sweet due to white chocolate and the cream inside was rich and creamy mango flavored. I am watching my sugar intake so just had a bite to try. The other was a pistachio Dubai mousse and oh my! It was amazing! I definitely am returning for this. Also they served chai which I tried a little. And tea but I was afraid to try the tea bc I am very sensitive to caffeine which causes me to have a hard time falling asleep so I opted out. Private event but service wasn't bad. Just wondered why there wasn't water for the guests if they couldn't drink tea/chai.

With options like a coconut roiboos tea with coffee, black sesame latte, etc, everything has a fun twist. The drinks are a little small but are super reasonably priced. I got to try the rococo, the pistachio latte, the matcha latte, and the black sesame latte. Each one was really good, not too sweet, and had a strong flavor. The place is very small with no seating, so you have to take the drinks to go. It's a quick order and get out, so not much service here.

Off-Peak Coffee is a small specialty coffee shop that focuses on creative drinks and unique flavor…read morecombinations rather than a traditional café experience. We walked into a space that is very minimal with a simple counter setup, making it more of a grab-and-go spot than somewhere to sit and spend time. The interior is compact and functional, with the focus clearly on the drinks rather than the atmosphere, and the steady flow of customers moving through the counter reflects its popularity as a quick stop. The biggest appeal of Off-Peak Coffee is the variety of specialty drinks. The menu has a lot of interesting combinations that are clearly designed to be more adventurous than standard coffee or matcha drinks. We tried a few and found options like the tiramisu latte and coconut coffee more unique, with flavors that were well integrated and did not feel gimmicky. The fruit-based drinks make the shop feel closer to the modern Asian café style, and the presentation is also a big part of the experience, with many drinks looking as good as they sound on the menu. The visual appeal of each order adds to the sense that the drinks are crafted with care. We tried their matcha drinks, and while they were decent overall, the matcha itself was a little disappointing compared to what we expected. The flavors and toppings helped make the drinks more interesting, but the matcha flavor did not stand out as much as at some specialty matcha shops. It feels like the focus is more on the creative combinations rather than highlighting the matcha itself, and for anyone specifically looking for a strong, authentic matcha flavor, it might not fully satisfy. The service was friendly and the ordering process was quick, which fits the style of the shop. The staff handled the flow efficiently, and the drinks came out without much delay. Since there is very limited seating, it is better suited for grabbing a drink while exploring the area rather than staying for a long café visit. The small space can also get busy during peak hours, but the staff keeps things moving, and the turnover is fast enough that the wait does not feel excessive. The overall pace of the visit is designed around efficiency, and the minimal setup keeps the focus on the drinks themselves. Off-Peak Coffee is worth checking out if you are looking for creative coffee and matcha drinks with unique flavors. While the matcha itself was not the highlight for us, the drink menu has enough variety that there are still plenty of options worth trying. It feels like a good stop for a quick drink rather than a destination café experience, offering a menu that rewards exploration and delivers on creativity, even if the core ingredients do not always stand out as much as the combinations built around them.

There's one person who works behind the counter and I assume one person who is doing the cooking. I got the pancakes with blueberries with a side of bacon and the honey cinnamon latte. I heard him making jokes with customers and asking people for feedback. Now to the rest of it: service is weird and slow. When we were seated, we had to wait a little bit until receiving menus. Water wasn't automatically given to us also, so you have to ask. A woman took down our order, but later asked if we got waffles, even though I said pancakes - overall took 25 minutes to get our order of a salad and pancakes. Pancake platter came with two pancakes, two eggs, and a couple berries on the side. There's also an option to add sausage or bacon but no price there, which adds to the confusion. When we pointed it out, they removed the charge from our bill. There were maybe 3 people who stood behind the coffee bar which is kind of around a corner, making it hard to get service if you're not in their field of vision. Kind of strange there isn't a clear welcoming desk or something like that. Also, I think the menu uses AI as photos - there's a picture of a burger with fries and chips, but I don't think they serve chips. There's also a picture of cake with garlic next to it, which could be an artistic choice. We didn't get any drinks, but there was a table next to us who abandoned their full cups of Nutella lattes which was interesting.
