The banana bread wasn't too sweet. The avocado toast with eggs was so tasty. It was flavorful, fresh and filling. The place is cozy and spacious. What cute little spot!! We were going back from dropping someone off at the airport when we found this spot for an early breakfast. The space is small and cozy. There's a couple of tables available. The decor is all super cute. I ordered a mango peach tea with the Mediterranean omelette. The omelette was good, nothing out of the world. It wasn't over or undercooked, just right. My daughter's Nutella croissant looked really good, she really enjoyed it. The teas were delicious. I noticed I hadn't recognized the tea bags, then realized it's the bags that you fill the tea in yourself... It was loose leaf teas that they use! I was quite happy with that. I was in the area doing some errands. Of course on windy day . As I walked along I passed this cute establishment and decided to pop in, to take the chill off and grab something warm. Most of the seats were already taken with people on their laptops or catching up. All good as I was in a to go mood. They had a good selection of hot drinks in the 8 oz category and a few in the 12 oz and up category. They also have a selection of hot teas and a fridge with beverages ie juice,soda water. I went with a warm matcha, regular milk. It wasn't bad it just wasn't as earthy as I'm used to. It did help with warming me up though. If I am every in the area again, I will stop by and try their food options as everything sounded yummy and the a workers were very nice. read more

I'm following up on Coffee Cloud with another 5-star review of my latest experience. I found myself in the area one recent Thursday morning and stopped in to grab some breakfast and to also get some work done. I got a large cappuccino and a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. The foam on the cappuccino was everything! The coffee was super hot and the cold foam helped each sip balance out perfectly. As for the sandwich, the bread was perfectly toasted to a nice golden crust and the bacon had just the right amount of crisp. Came in here with my S.O to check out this coffee shop that we stumbled upon on. First impression; it was really cute and spacious and we liked how there were many food, pastries, and drinks to choose from. Everything was fairly priced which was good. I got the lavender matcha latte- 4/5- they use jade leaf so you know the matcha is going to be good. I couldn't taste the lavender syrup as much as the other coffee shops. But overall it does get the job done. Cappuccino-4/5- I had a sip of it and it was really strong. There wasn't much foam but my S.O enjoyed it lot. Overall, the lady was nice behind the counter. This place is so cute! Coffee Cloud was busy when I got there on Sunday afternoon, only a couple tables open but it still felt calm once I sat down. The staff was thoughtful and double checked my order before making it, which made me feel taken care of. Isn't this the cutest coffee shop? I visited the Coffee Cloud in Briarwood and it was just what I needed! This shop is so bright, airy and such a friendly place. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I could deff picture myself getting some work done here in with a cup of matcha. I was able to try a few of their menu items and I gotta say.. everything was so fresh and delicious. The strawberry matcha was delicious, their salad was perfection and the bacon and egg cheese was just what I needed after a night out. We also tried a few desserts and I loved how nothing was overly sweet because that is not my thing but everything was perfect. Super cute Cafe! I was in the area and came here by chance. I came in for a quick hot chocolate due to the very cold weather today. The guy was very friendly and patient while I was ordering. He even asked what preferences I had for milk, and I ordered oat milk. The hot chocolate came very hot and was not too sweet at all, it was just right. I asked to use the bathroom while I was there, and the guy said of course. I felt very welcome. The bathroom was pretty clean as well. When I came out, another customer's bike fell outside the store, and the guy making my hot chocolate told him that it fell. Inside was a great ambience. There was calming music playing, and the customers there were doing their work on laptops at the tables. There's limited seating, but it is a very cute place! I'd definitely come back here to try some of the food one day. read more

Friends recommended this and they were right. What a pleasant stop in Briarwood. Coffee is good, there is a kitchen (closes at 2pm) and staff sets a peaceful tone. I had grilled cheese w/tomato on toast and an Iced Mocha. All just right I put in a good hour reading, writing, thinking. Lots of natural light. Outdoor and indoor tables. Delightful little cafe in the heart of Briarwood, Queens. Fairly new (opened in 2022?) I believe. Living a short walk away in Kew Gardens I stopped by to pick up a cup. Very clean, well kept, with several chairs and tables and good Wi-Fi, if you're inclined to spend some time there. The host was very welcoming and made you feel right at home. I went here the i ordered a latte it taste like bjs coffee. The barista was nice enough to make it again bc i thought maybe they gave me an iced coffee. But noooo... it was indeed a latte. I like rich coffee, this didn't do it for me. I also had a blt with turkey bacon. It was very thin. They use Oscar Mayer bacon. I hate Oscar Mayer turkey bacon taste like card board! This is a cute place, however the coffee was very watered down and weak. I noticed some patrons coming in with Dunkin' Donuts coffee and just ordering sandwiches, which tasted decent. Great coffee shop!! I hadn't yet to try their coffee due to almost closing time and espresso machine is I. The cleaning stage. This place is very inviting for friends hanging out or kids for coming in afternoon snack. It is similar to Starbucks but much much friendlier and cozier. Store staffs are not pretentious or give off the I don't care vibes. Pound cakes are similar to Starbucks but fresh not stale or dry. One of the baristas tried telling me that it was "still fogging the glass" from the cake enclosure. How does that negate a request to have something to a customer's liking?
