Kind staff, drink is okay. Though they add quite a lot of cinnamon on my vanilla cinnamon draft.

(3.5 stars). I've been here a couple of times now and the staff, service, and quality has been inconsistent. During rush hours, I can understand the slower service, but there were times when it wasn't as busy, and still took longer to make my drink. I also like adding vanilla, there were times it was too sweet and times it was just right. I'm also use to coffee shops based on the size, that determines how many shots of espresso goes inside, but if you choose a large it's still only 2 shots which makes it too milky. I'd recommend adding an extra shot if you want it stronger & proportional. From a staff perspective, for the most part they're all friendly, but recently I placed an online order & came in after 15-20 mins and the shop had no line and they didn't see my order so they started making it. One of the guys apologized and I understand. Things happen we are all humans, but the guy who made my bagel looked like he was just trying to get it out to me asap, but he didn't toast it (I requested to toast) & he spread a thin layer of cream cheese on just one side of the bagel. Took the L on the toast (the bagel was cold & hardish sigh) and asked if he can add more cream cheese. I understand things happen with overseeing that order, however quality of your products are controllable & for the price you're charging your customers - quality is important. That said, due to the inconsistencies of my experience, I had to give it 3 stars. I will give them more shots bc of the convenience to where I am and hope to bump it to 4. read more

Moa Coffee is one of my favorite spots in Woodside. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly -- it makes every visit a pleasure. Service is quick and consistently excellent. I come here several times a week, even out of my way, just for the great vibes. The drinks are delicious and fairly priced, and the pastries are always fresh and thoughtfully picked. Price is a bit expensive. The price for a small was $6.45 with tax $6.95. I couldn't adjust the sugar level of the drink. I bought the rose & and lavender matta, but I could only taste it like taro milk tea. I was not impressed. But, I hope the shop improves. read more

Good coffee, bad service. I appreciate care put into my coffee/food, but they were painstakingly slow. I ordered a cappuccino and two bagels toasted with butter - it took what felt like a lifetime. I watched the person move at the slowest pace using a very small toaster, so small that he burned one of the bagels because he had to jam it in there. Then he proceeded to butter a burnt bagel for 7 minutes. When he brought it over, I opened it and pointed out how burnt it was. He happily made me another (an additional slow moving ordeal) saying the toaster isn't the best. He was very kind about it, but I can't come back for my own sanity. But yes, good coffee. I just happened to finish it before leaving the store with my breakfast. read more

If I'm headed in this direction and craving decent coffee, I'll still come here and be more on top of what I order for my sake, but I will say my experiences since they've opened have been inconsistent. When they first opened, I felt the staff were warm and attentive to orders and willing to help. Since then, it's been a toss-up in my experience, and the staff can definitely come off like they have better things to do. This last time of ordering here, my partner went in to order my drink while I was in the car (we don't normally drive to Moa otherwise I would have also gone in). He ordered a latte with oat milk in it for me. We drove away and I took a sip of my latte and realized they put whole milk in it instead. Dairy doesn't always sit well with me so I'm pretty peeved that they made this mistake especially since my partner shared he was the only customer on line when he ordered. On top of that, milk-alternatives are an extra cost so I basically got charged extra to have an upset stomach. read more

came across this cafe since I was in the area and it's such a cute space! it's very modern looking and they serve doughnuts from doughnut plant and I believe la colombe coffee? they also have soft serve and other treats. it has a lot of desks so it's perfect for working there and they have an outdoor area for the warmer months. staff is also very friendly and attentive. pretty solid coffee as well! read more

Nice mellow vibe in here. Eight small tables inside plus some outdoor seating. They serve La Colombe coffee and carry pastries from Balthazar and donuts from Doughnut Plant. Also have bagels and lox. Great place to take out the laptop and get some work done. read more

I was really glad to see an establishment in the neighborhood serving La Colombe draft coffee. It's my favorite and I have it every morning and I usually have to drive to Manhattan to get it. I was happy with it until my original draft one day tasted like oat milk. I of course complained because I don't drink oat milk because it overpowers the lovely taste of the coffee I enjoy. I brought it up to the manager who seemed not to believe me, then finally checked and it turned out I was right and someone made a mistake with the drafts and levers. Without a discount, refund, anything to appease their mistake, I was literally left with a sour taste in my mouth for the cafe. Fast-forward to this morning 8/22/23... it happened again. My usual draft latte tasted sour and like oat milk. Gross. I had to encourage the male worker to taste it for themselves. The male worker finally tasted it and said it was fine. It clearly was not. The only mistake I made was I wished I kept the draft so they can compare the difference! Anyway, I was offered a full refund but not without angst and public complaints about the "tough" morning they had to other customers. I'm giving the place three stars in hopes they get better service and also really glad the dude made a fresh draft (as it should always be served) Man, just serve me what I order and hopefully it's freshly stored at the correct temperature since I pay ~$6 (if not more) for it every single morning. They ruined my morning and afterward I just couldn't get the sour taste off my tougue. read more
