Fly Me to the Moon is such a gem in Fresh Meadows, Queens This modern Asian café is packed with fun, creative treats that make it hard to choose just one. From Korean-style croffles and fusion kimbap to onigiri, acai bowls, smoothies, floats, soft serve, and frozen yogurt -- there's something for every craving. We sampled a bit of everything and were seriously impressed. The strawberry matcha croffle was a standout, perfectly crisp and indulgent. The onigiri was massive and full of flavor, and the yogurt? Super smooth, rich, and clearly top-tier quality. Shoutout to Jerry for making the experience even better -- incredibly friendly, patient, and happy to walk you through the menu. Service here is on point. The space itself is cozy, charming, and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out or grab a late-night sweet fix.

Right when you walk in, you're greeted with a sweet "hello." Hard to hear that in NYC to be honest. The customer service was so friendly and polite. The ambiance of the cafe is soft and cozy. It's very clean and minimal but perfect for those who want to read a good book or get some work done. The coffees were great. I got the tiramisu latte while my sister got the Vienna latte. Both were delicious. Both amounted to just under $15. If you're in the Hicksville/Syosset area, don't forget to check this gem out.

Cute Croffle place in the Fresh Meadows Shopping Mall! There's an entrance from the mall side, and also an entrance on 188th St. (Next door to the bank). It's a small place but they do have a few tables in front. Great place to take a break if shopping. For a small place, they sure have a Huge menu! They offer quite a variety of Croffles, Korean Bingsu, Origiri, Acai Bowls, Frozen Yogurts, Floats, Cookies, Cakes, Smoothies, Boba Drinks, and a variety of hot & cold teas. The one thing they DON'T have, is Coffee! On this visit, we tried 3 different Croffles, and they were all pretty good. Fresh and sweet but not too sweet. I also had an Iced Mango Jasmine Tea, which was sooooo refreshing on this hot hot hot day! You can adjust your level of sweetness for your beverages. I chose no sugar and it was still slightly sweet. Customer service was attentive and fast. The place was clean and inviting.

Awesome dessert and smoothie place right off of the LIE in Fresh Meadows. I've been to the original location in Syosset as well. This location has the croffles and more smoothie and bowl options. They don't have hot food here. The croffles are delicious though and you can get a number of flavors including Oreo, mango, grape, strawberry and more. They also have an online ordering option so you can pre order and pick it up. They have seating to eat in as well.

The amount of sauce I got for a $.50 up charge.

We waited over 20 minutes for 3 onigiri. it was only us in the store. People came and went within 5 minutes. I went here a while ago and the wait was less then 10 minutes. The food was hot but I didn't get a chance to eat it since the wait took up almost my whole lunch break. Edit: my order was wrong. I had no time to go back and fix it. This place used to be so good but it's seemed to go downhill.

Always great! I've decided to add the menu as of February 2026! Please give it a try, and hopefully the pictures help!

As expected of a Korean spot, creativity is sweet! Solid choices of fro-yo and croffle flavors. I had the mango, peach, and original fro-yo and the strawberry croffle. All hit the spot! Staff friendly and polite. Always smiling and eager to assist. Plastic utensils can be hard to use to cut the croffle - especially the knives. Just do what I do and pick it up like a pizza! Looking forward to trying other items. Good addition to the area, check it out!

We visited this cafe after dinner time on Sunday. It was not too crowded and pretty quiet. Everything we ordered was on point. Drinks are so pretty and I love my ube matcha. Their croffles look fancy with all different toppings/ fruit. Definitely will try next time.

Had a delicious warm eel onigiri. The staff is a little slow and pays attention to detail so there can be a wait but the usuals seemed very comfortable waiting.

Tried out this location for a quick dessert and absolutely loved the Nutella Croffle - the waffle itself was the perfect texture with some chewiness, and the strawberry and Nutella atop it complemented the flavor perfectly. A quick dessert, relatively small so it doesn't feel too guilt inducing, and delicious!

3.5 overall Took over Red Mango in the shopping center recently. Similar counter layout with a few small tables. It was busy on a cold evening! You can order at the register or with the kiosk. They have a variety of desserts (croffles, acai bowls, smoothies, soft serve, frozen yogurts, and chocolate chip cookie). They also have a variety of onigiri and teas. I opted for a Peanut Butter Crunch Smoothie (with an Oat Milk base). It was very peanut buttery with the bits of granola (and icy) crunch. Typical smoothie. Service is friendly. They warm up the cookie in the back, so it's soft and warm. A decent spot for a quick bite if you're in the area or if you're wanting the frozen treats that Red Mango had. Will have to try the croffles.

3.5 stars. This is their first Queens location and their second overall. I was quite eager to check them out after doing a quick internet search and discovering that their original Long Island store had excellent Yelp and Google reviews. The interior is quite roomy, and oddly enough, the majority of the customers were high school and college students when I visited. The menu is smaller here (no noodle bowls, sushi, or ramen yet). The menu mostly comprises of boba drinks, smoothies, acai bowls, frozen yogurt, Korean croffles, and Japanese onigiri. They are partners with Na Tart and sells three of their most popular flavor Portuguese egg tarts (Original, Chocolate Bobo and Ube Cheese). There is a kiosk next to the register where you can place your order. One interesting feature of the kiosk is that each item on the menu has a photo, which I thought was great. I ended up getting: Nutella Croffle ($5.50): croissant pressed waffle topped with Nutella, sliced strawberries and almonds. This was quite good. I loved the combo of Nutella, strawberries and almonds. The croffle wasn't overly sweet but it was denser and flatter than I was expecting. We devoured this right away. The Moon Warm Cookies ($9.95): this is their version of the Chocolate Chip cookie but made with brown sugar. I got the 4 pack. The brown sugar gave it a chewier texture which I really liked. Nutella Bowl ($10.95): acai bowl topped with Nutella, granola, strawberries, and bananas. Nice portion for the price and the fruits were fresh. Unfortunately, the acai was really bland. It was also brown in color (instead of the deep purple associated with good acai) which is a sign that the acai oxidized. It didn't taste bitter, nor did it have a bad smell, it was just bland. Luckily, they topped it with a lot of Nutella and fruit which helped greatly. It was a good first visit all around. I'm not sure that I would go out of my way to visit soon but it is good to have more dessert alternatives in this area, particularly close to the movie theater.

Went to my old stomping grounds today and stumbled upon a new dessert shop named after my fav. song so I had to stop in! Very nice service and broad menu so you can grab a meal and snack here! I love acai bowls so ofc I had to get this but if I was famished, I'd also get the onigiri. Establishment is so clean and staff are nice. My acai bowl was nothing short of amazing. They don't have coffee though but they do have hot tea. Good thing there's a coffee shop next door!

The lady who I assume is the boss said she had held a pop-up shop about two years prior which blew up, hence what we see here. The selection here was deceptively small compared to chain bakeries, but it didn't take us long recognise how much power the smaller selection packs and, actually, how the selection really is not small at all. The matcha red bean loaf grabbed my attention straight away and didn't disappoint, but their red bean bun was just as impressive, as it's a more bread-y counterpart to the fluffy versions other bakeries typically have. The onioissant is definitely experimental and worked better on the chive bacon cream cheese one than on the pollack roe, which was a bit too much on the salty and fishy side for my liking. Their chocolate horn is at least twice as big as a typical one you'll find at other bakeries and has a rich dark chocolate filling which was a pleasant surprise. Their coffee brioche pastry was another hit, thanks to the strong coffee filling and delicate layers of pastry. There's ample tables and chairs, beverage menu, and I'm sure we'd come hang if we lived closer. I can't wait to go back.

The inside is absolutely beautiful and while they have tables, they also have more traditional floor seating. We got a couple bites of food to eat, some of their tea, and some cocktails. Their food was very mediocre, at best. While the persimmon cake SEEMED to be made in house, it was very clear that everything off their food menu required minimal preparation (ie. for the dumplings, it was just har cow). I also thought their cocktails were okay, and out of the three we got, none stood out to me. I did enjoy their tea, however. But, it was also fairly expensive for what it was (~$50). Overall, I thought this spot was okay for the price and I'm not sure I would return.

We came with a fairly large group and ordered several teas and snacks to share amongst us. There were several options for the flavors of tea and each one had different benefits as well. I loved all of them, particularly the fruitier ones. As for snacks, we had this fried taro snack that had a crispy biscuit outer layer that was delicious. It was a bit of a sweet & savory mix, but not strong in either sweet or salty flavors. There was also this persimmon snack that was filled with nuts and other things. It was slightly sweet, very unique, and both paired well as a tea time snack. They're also open until 11:30pm! So if you want to skip the bar, I'd recommend checking out this tea spot for a nice hang out.
