Le Petit Paris is a charming little French cafe. Newly opened, it's a delicious addition to the neighborhoods diverse assortment of goodies with its freshly made delights. Wide windows offer a bright and cozy atmosphere. The walls are decorated with cute little French decals, tying the theme together. I spent some time here sipping on a delicious latte, checking some items off of my to do list. Staff was warm, with welcoming smiles and great service.

The corner of Cuthbert and Lefferts seems like a perfect place for a bakery after the loss of Kew Gardens icon Homestead Deli and the neighborhood has gotten a great addition with Le Petit Paris. The fact that we have an option other than Dunkin Donuts for coffee and an assortment of baked goods and other food that is more hearty than Roast & Co. is a huge plus. The space is bright, open, and inviting and the staff are friendly and helpful as well. The coffee is solid and there are several options but the star(s) of the show are the baked goods and I'm especially a fan of their almond croissants. A solid addition to the Kew Gardens scene and definitely worth frequenting regularly whether for a caffeine fix or a sweet treat every now and then.

Just moved to the neighborhood and this bakery was suggested by a friend. They have a wide range of pastries and I went with the chocolate croissant, which is always my fav. It was flaky and warm, with the perfect hint of chocolate on the outside and inside. I also got a caramel latte which was smooth and mellow. They have a good amount of seating and I was able to work on my laptop for a bit since they had an outlet available. I would definitely come back to try more pastries!

When I found out Le Petit Paris was opening up a retail space in Kew Gardens, I couldn't wait to visit. They offered quite an array of pastries, bread and baked goods for sale. I started out with a fresh baguette and a regular and almond croissant. My wife and kids returned the following day for more. All were just exquisite! The owner and staff were also very wonderful and charming to talk to. Aesthetically, I must add they did a very nice job on the interior decoration -- it looked a bit sparse in early photos (a contrast from Homestead Gourmet Shop, which was there previously), but they opened up the front to let the shine in, creating a very warm and inviting space for neighbors to congregate, especially in the morning. Le Petit Paris is a truly delightful and welcome addition to our neighborhood, and I can't recommend them enough.

Truly a hidden gem. This cafe left me wanting more and I'm definitely will be making the rounds here. I mean they have original jus de pomme. Hard to find here in Queens. A cappuccino is a must with its chocolate beignet and ham & cheese croissant. Best of luck to this spot

I came here with no expectations and was pleasantly suprised to indulge in such great quality parties and coffee! The ambiance is relaxing and warm. The barista was very sweet and inviting! I truly want to come back to try more pastries. This place is for sure a hidden gem! I can see myself getting some work done here and I hope to come back soon.

I'm so thrilled we finally have a clean coffee shop/ bakery that actually bakes their food at the store. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The bacon egg and cheese croissant is delicious and the brownie cookie is sooooo good. Great addition to Kew gardens.

I wasn't there very long. It wasn't crowded, and I was able to get in and out without a problem on a Sunday evening. The server was super helpful, especially since it was my first time there. I don't like a lot of ice in my iced tea, and he was very accommodating, which I appreciated. I didn't need to sit down, but there was seating available, and the noise level seemed pretty average. Overall, a good first visit.

I brought a box of them for my lunar new year party last year and people at them up! I was also skeptical of the tiramisu and matcha tiramisu egg tarts cause I was afraid that it'd just be too much going on, and too sweet, but I was wrong about both! It definitely wasn't too sweet and the texture of the cake on top is soft, and the custard underneath blends well as well. It doesn't feel too heavy at all, though of course it's heavier than the egg tart alone. l've tried the drinks and I remain a HeyTea stan, but they have some interesting and healthier drinks that are more fruit-forward which is my thing. I do like that they change it up often though.

There's usually a line of some length during peak hours and especially around the holidays. You can tell by the sheer volume of baked goods and cakes available in their window displays that they sell a lot daily. This location is on the main drag of the little downtown section of Forest Hills, the baked goods in the front window display connect to a tall and long glass counter along the left side of the store that extends almost to the back. At the back middle and along the right side of the wall there's seating for about two dozen people at small cafe tables. They carry an assortment of traditional cakes (full and sliced), pies, cookies, pastries, cheesecakes, cupcakes, ice cream and coffee/tea drinks. A wide variety of flavors in each, so you're bound to find something sweet to satisfy most here. They are a classic bakery so from what I can tell, they don't carry items that are gluten, dairy or nut free. I've purchased their apple pie, fruit tart, berry napoleon, red velvet and chocolate fudge cakes from this or other locations in the past and they're all solid choices for desserts to share with a larger group, though I find a lot of their cake options to be on the richer side. My most recent encounter with their cakes came in the form of a slice of their seven layer cake $9.95 which is thin layers of yellow cake alternating with chocolate cream mmm pretty tasty, and their caramel cake $9.95 which had a layer of chocolate cake in the middle, sandwiched by caramel cream and white cake on either side. The latter had a pronounced caramel flavor that was enjoyable though a bit too much cream for me. My preference would be for their chocolate cakes over other cake flavors here. Their apple pie is one of my favorite apple pies anywhere tho!

It took us a while to decide on what to buy partly because we were buying also for our friends. Naturally, we were asked relatedly by at least the different staff if we needed help or if we were ready to order. Each time, they seemed genuinely want to help, and made us feel welcome with their smiles and gentle demeanor. For myself, the pistachio muffin was totally satisfying and I confirm they did not slump on the nuts. The crunchy eclair was a BIG hit with our friends, and the rest is kind of a blur but I know we enjoyed everything we tried. We'd go back without hesitation. I hope they keep up the great work.
