My first time trying Tea Pulse. I was going with Brown Sugar but wanted something different so I decided on Cheese Cloud Boba Milk Tea and it was good. I like that they have a rewards program. They have a grape lemonade which I haven't seen often so I will try that next time. If anyone has tried it let me know if that's a smart move. I also bought 2 egg tarts they are way bigger than Yaaas Tea but I didnt try them I gave it to my mom. Next time I try I'll let you know if it's worth it. With few competitors in the area, it's an okay place to go, particularly since they are open until 9:30pm Tried the mango pomelo drink. It is average at best. Not as good as other places. It tastes like they skimp on the fruit. I could barely taste any pomelo. For around $9, I expect a bit more fruit like in other boba tea places. At 70% sugar, their recomended amount, I tasted more sugar flavor than mango. Egg tarts: Seems rather tiny for the price. You get a lot of crispy crust. Filling is on the heavy egg texture/ flavor. Personally, I prefer a lighter, more delicate filling. For those of you that prefer crust over filling, then this tart is for you. Ambiance. Looks like any other boba spot. A small amount of stool seating. And a bit of bench seating in the window. Close to the movie theater and small mall area. Service is okay. You can use the kiosks if you prefer. read more

Trying to find a tea place without going to Flushing before 9PM on a Sunday was not fun. Luckily, I found this place after going to another place that was supposed to be open but it closed early. Apparently there is a Tea Pulse in Bayside that I was supposed to go to instead of the Fresh Meadows one.... who knew Tea Pulse is in so many location. Anyway, it worked out for me. There were a few customers. Some enjoying their drinks before watching a movie or after dinner dessert. I needed to pick up some items for a friend. Decided on the grape since I wanted to compared with a competitor's drink. Matcha cloud is always a fan favorite for my friend. Unfortunately, my friend wanted the grape (so I didn't get to try it) and friend's request came in after I ordered. Oh well, gave my friend the drink and I will get it next time. My friend said the drink is fire so that is great to hear. Picked up some lemon egg tarts as a surprise. The tart shells are crispy. It was a big hit. Thanks Tea Pulse! read more

The egg tart and the mango pomelo drink is quite good. However,last year they use to add black rice in it which tasted so much better like a dessert/drink but now they eliminated the black rice and made it less interesting. I really hope they consider adding it back in because my husband stopped buying it since they stopped adding it. read more

Got the Mango Dew Smoothie Fruit Tea ( M) with 30% sugar and BOY was it SWEET. I can only imagine what 100% tastes like. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. It was fine. Nothing to rave about. I think tea pulse is one of my top three bubble tea places currently opened in New York. I am so glad that they keep expanding because it feels like I can find them anywhere I go. This time I tried the Mango Dew Smoothie Fruit Tea and their Guava Lemonade (not depicted). Both of these drinks were delicious as always. I haven't had a bad drink from them to this day. The Mango Dew Smoothie Fruit Tea was not too sweet with small chunks of sweetened mango and a mellow coconut base. The only thing I wish this drink had was some sago but that is just a personal preference. The Guava Lemonade was super refreshing. I think more places are doing guava flavored drinks these days and I am really glad because it is definitely a refreshing tea flavor. The only thing about this one is that I do recommend around 70% sugar. I am not someone who likes my drinks super sweet and only accidentally ordered it with the 70% but it was perfect this way. The service is always nice because you just order from a kiosk which I actually prefer because it gives me a chance to think my drink order through without feeling rushed. read more

Tea Pulse 悸動 recently opened a location in Fresh Meadows, in the former Bing Ling Tea Shop space. We visited during a grand-opening day to take advantage of a buy-one-get-one offer. However, everyone else seemed to have the same thought. The store was so crowded it took my companion about two hours fifteen minutes to receive our order, due to kiosk ordering and volume issues. Egg Tarts: We tried their regular ($3.50; $$3.81 with tax) and Lemon Cloud Egg Tarts ($3.99; $4.34 with tax). Tea Pulse's egg tarts are smaller in diameter but taller than their competition. The batches we had were very eggy in flavor, had crispy, flaky crusts, and were heavy for a Chinese dessert. Of the two flavors, we preferred the Lemon Cloud Egg Tart, because the lemon flavors muted the "egginess" of the tart. The egg tarts from the Lily Bloom bakery chain deliver 80% of the goodness of Tea Pulse's egg tarts at half the price. The egg tarts from NaiSnow are better, though at an incremental cost. Mango Dew Smoothie Fruit Tea ($8.55; $9.31 with tax): We got the BOGO offer for this. The flavors of this drink, made with mango, coconut milk, mochi, and pomelo seemed muddied together into a non-distinctive syrupy-sweet drink, perhaps because staff were rushed during the grand-opening event. read more

Happy to see TeaPulse expanding. This location is convenient with the shared parking lot and is right across from the AMC movie theater. You can order at one of the two kiosks or with the cashier. There are a few small tables if you want to hang around. Service was friendly. I dunno why they have donuts in their signs, as they don't have donuts, though they do have Egg Tarts. They have a fairly new flavor of Lemon Cloud, which I picked up to try. I enjoyed the lemony topping to the egg tart, which was not too sweet. The marshmallow didn't really add much to the tart; seems more like an aesthetic choice. The crust is very crisp and flaky. I prefer this to the regular Egg Tart, which is mostly just eggy flavor. I like the Jumbo sized drinks. Note: you cannot adjust the ice level - it fills up about half the cup. I like to get 30% sugar to add that bit of sweetness to balance out the tartness of the fruits. The Strawberry Lemon has actual chunks of strawberries and lemon slices! Hopefully they maintain their consistency. They did recently come out with their coffee drinks, so will be back to try those. read more

It used to be Bing Ling Tea here but they closed a while back. I'm happy another tea spot opened up. I had the iced guava milk drink with 70% sugar and it was surprisingly, pretty good. Not too sweet, a little creamy, kind of in between a milk shake and a tea drink. We also ordered the cloud lemon tart and pastel de nata. While I didn't try the latter, the cloud lemon tart was alright, thick and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's a quick treat, just a little messy with the flakes. read more

The store was having their soft opening. So they had promotional items and giveaways (some discounts, tote bag and diffuser if you post). The lemon and regular egg tarts were very good. Flaky and full of custard. Would get again. The boba and tiramisu latte were okay. Probably won't get bubble tea from here again and just go to another spot. read more

I'm super excited that there is a Teapulse in Fresh Meadows now! The Jasmine Jumbo Blast was super refreshing--strong jasmine aroma without being bitter, and perfectly balanced sweetness. The Brown Sugar Boba was rich and comforting, with deep caramelized brown sugar flavor and a nice chew from the boba. Don't sleep on the egg tarts either--flaky crust with a smooth, creamy custard center, a great add-on to the drinks. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Teapulse is always a great experience, I love their fantastic drinks, service is fast, and I usually stop in after the gym.

Glad to have another Teapulse location nearby because the Bayside one gets to be a bit crazy! Everything at this Teapulse is highly automated - the calibrated drink mixers are especially impressive and definitely helps with the volume that they have here. I ordered our usual Jumbo Strawberry Lemon Jasmine Tea at the kiosk up front, and waited only about 5-10 minutes for our drink. I appreciate how they're not stingy with the strawberry topping! A few small tables and seats are available, though it's not the most spacious. Parking is easy. read more

Tachi orchid, the brown sugar was overpowering. There wasn't too much orchid , flowery taste, and also they did not do this drink hot. Usually my experiences with tea Pulse is good, but I did not like to drink lol. I've probably been here at least five times, I would come here more if I lived in the area, but I don't. But this is the only drink that I did not like from them. I think it might've tasted better hot but they did not serve it hot. I would recommend getting a different orchid tea option because this one just wasn't that great. read more

However, it is unacceptable because if I didn't look at my receipt and walked out and some of my guests would not have been happy! And another clerk was like do I charge, and the distracted clerk was like yes. Please work on your customer service!! read more
