The menu…read morefeatures an array of decadent treats including crepes, waffles, croffles, bubble waffles, milkshakes, milk tea, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Everything is rich, indulgent, and made to satisfy your sugar cravings. We tried the Banana Nutella Crepe ($11), Oreo Lover Bubble Waffle ($11), and a Hazelnut Frap ($6.99). Both the crepe and bubble waffle came topped with whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was definitely over the top and decadent. Honestly, my Asian taste buds were a bit overwhelmed. I tend to lean more towards lighter desserts. While it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I know plenty of friends who would absolutely love it. The standout for me was the super friendly staff member who prepared everything with care. Plus, with everything on the menu priced under $12, it's a pretty good value. We even received two coupons for free items, Bonus: they're open every day until midnight--perfect for those late-night dessert cravings

There are plenty of seats upstairs, perfect for studying or getting some work done -- something rare to find after COVID. If I weren't rushing to work, I'd definitely stay longer. They have a great variety of teas, and my favorite so far is the Lychee Jasmine Tea -- it pairs perfectly with the popping barley. The staff is attentive and patient with your needs. Definitely my new go-to tea spot

We went to Chayann on a Saturday afternoon and splurged on some great drinks we were excited to have. The specials looked delicious. I ordered one of the Strawberry Mochi drinks and the purple rice drink. The drinks were made fresh and delicious. My husband loved the Lychee drink. We ordered multiple drinks from our first trip here. When you spend a certain amount, you receive a free Keychain too. See your options at the register if you plan on getting to the amount. Chayann is beautifully decorated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is available outside by the meter, however it is going to be hard to find a spot and better to walk around. All payments accepted. Since this first trip, we came back again.

I haven't been to a buffet in sooo long so I was very excited going into this…read more First off, I was a little disappointed because it seemed like everyone had the same idea so the parking was full. But it was okay because we found street parking a little bit of a walk away and was able to still enjoy ourselves. My fiancé and I grabbed a bunch of food from their big variety and both left stuffed. Overall, I can't say it's the best quality of foods however, the selection was huge and for the price, this was actually very good! The service was great. They started us off with drinks as soon as we sat down and would ask us if we needed refills on these drinks whenever they were running low. Even though there was a lot of people, because the space itself is also big, it did not feel like we were overcrowded so that was also a plus!

Amazing selection of food and top quality too…read more From the cold section you have salads, sushi, sushi rolls, cold seafood like shrimp king crab, raw cuts etc On the warm side you have beef, pork, chicken, lamb chops, fish, frogs, shrimp, scallops, squid, the whole works. Mussels, clams, abalone, American classics, soups. There's even a prepared cutting section for peking duck, roast beef, etc. Dessert section had sweet soups, mochi, ice cream (vanilla and matcha), fried doughs, cakes, jellos, cotton candy, crepes, chocolate fountain etc Service was on top of their game, checking in pretty frequently on tables to pick up plates or take drink orders. There's a select menu for drinks and those are free. Inside is very clean and spacious. The restaurant is located inside the hotel on the 4th floor. Very nice Great treat once in a while, very good experience

There a wave of guava as a new flavor and it had a BOGO deal so wanted to try but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options as well. For drinks: Pink Guava Frost- got it at half sugar and no regrets for me. Not too sweet with the aromatic guava taste seeping out. Some slush out there got too much ice but this one's perfect. Really good. $5.95 BOGO. Matcha Guava coconut- my mom got this at 100% sugar and I felt that it was too sweet for me to pickup much guava taste, or coconut. Might go back to try with half sugar or even less. BOGO. Food: Chocolate bubble waffle- nice chocolate taste. Kind of rich and not that sweet, but you might not taste much if you're having it with sweet drinks. Got a pretty decent crust too. $5.95 Fries: these look very much like the frozen ones. Not soggy from condensation but just not crunchy at all. Hoped they'd at least seasoned it. $4 Fried chicken boneless- they had bones and boneless option with multiple flavors. I opted for the cheesy flavor, 10 piece. They're served with the flavor as powder on the side. Cheese powder itself is more like the Korean ones, more sweet than savory than expected but not bad. The chicken itself tho. Juicy and lightly marinated with a great batter. Super crispy and doesn't fall off the chicken. $11.95 They got 2 kiosks and cashier was nice and thorough in their explanation. We didn't wait too long for food as well, maybe like 6-10 min. Many tables available and might get a little packed if there's a lot of ppl lining up to order but line goes super quick. Space is nicely decorated as well. All in all, really good and I see myself coming back, just not for the fries.

Like other bubble tea places, you can customize the sugar and ice levels with optional toppings in your drink. I love the jasmine milk tea a lot when I sipped it. It was so fragrant! I just loved the jasmine scent. The whole place was very cozy and hip! I love the flooring pattern! It was very mesmerizing to look at. All white with symmetrical blue patterns that want you to stare at the floor. The whole place was very clean and a great place for groups and individuals who want to hang out. The tables and chairs looked very cute to hang out in. There were outlets for people to charge their phones and computers. I love it when places have outlets because everyone needs to charge their phones from time to time so convenience is a plus! The staff were very fast at making their orders. I got my order less than a minute! I think it was because there was only one customer besides me waiting for their order. The staff gave me a tiny plastic bag to hold my drink. I love the cup design. It looked so exquisite and very nice to hold!
