All white with symmetrical blue patterns that want you to stare at the floor. The whole place was very clean and a great place for groups and individuals who want to hang out. The tables and chairs looked very cute to hang out in. There were outlets for people to charge their phones and computers. With the deal, we chose the Guava Lemon Green Tea ($5.55) and Muscat Grape Lime Green Tea ($2.77). More bubble tea stores need to start offering guava fruit teas because the one here was absolutely refreshing and delicious! There is a very palpable guava taste, with actual guava fruits bits floating around. The muscat grape tea is also a classic, although felt less sweet even with 100% sugar. Nothing life changing, but for sure a reliable boba you can count on to satisfy your cravings! The taro waterfall with brown boba had a nice authentic taro flavor with an outer layer of taro paste. I thought the milk tea was a black tea base, given how strong the tea flavors were, but I double checked and it was green tea! The boba was super chewy and well cooked, but surprisingly not too mushy. With their fruit teas and decor, this place kinda reminds me of Hey Tea. The guava slush with crystal boba was also solid. The slush didn't have random chunks of ice and the guava flavors/juice weren't too sweet at 50%. The crystal boba is the commercial type but went well with the fruit theme. Really appreciate their decently priced boba!! I feel like the sizes are pretty comparable to other boba shops, but its only about $5-6 for each drink (vs $7-8 elsewhere). There is a kiosk for you to order, or you can order with staff. Drinks came out pretty quick and there is a good amount of seating available. I tried a bunch of drinks there and decided to get my Pittsburgh go-to here so that I could compare them. We got: Mango Yogurt with Crystal Boba (4/5), Jasmine Milk Green Tea with Boba (3.5/5) I was super happy that the jasmine milk tea I got had a pretty strong tea flavor. I was somewhat scared that it was going to be too milky but the tea shone through! The problem with the drink was the boba. They were way too soft, making chewing the boba a bit of a jaw workout because chewing did nothing. You chewed and chewed to no avail and I'm pretty sure I just ended up swallowing some of those bobas whole. The store itself was a little weird because it's part bakery in the front of the store with the boba store in the back. There's a screen where you can self-order using a credit card and you can buy with cash in-person. Something to pay attention to, though, is that a lot of their drinks come with toppings already. My jasmine milk tea came with boba already, but I didn't know so I added additional boba, which meant that I had DOUBLE of the boba that I found to be too soft and thus double the jaw workout. Kinda crazy that I'm saying this but this place is probably one of the more decently priced boba places. I'm not sure if I'll actively want to go back, but I would be willing to if I were in the area (but I'd probably go for a fruit tea next time)! read more

Trekking around on a hunt to find the best bubble tea in NYC, and gave Tsaocaa a shot after seeing it all over my friend's instagram stories. The bubbles are amazing, but the drink that I got was a bit subpar. Still giving it a 5 star as I think I just need to try a different flavor. I got the sakura milk oolong tea with amber pearls and honestly couldn't really taste the sakura at all. There was a faint flowery aftertaste with each sip, but I expected a stronger taste nonetheless. If you are just looking for a decent oolong milk tea, the oolong part was pretty good.
