Return weekly, and the service has gotten worse. The kitchen is very slow. It feels depending on time you get the residual meats. Yesterday was my worst experience yet. Carolina and Elvira are fantastic. Joe the owner was not great, for weekly visits felt very undervalued, getting the leftover meats and what we requested we did not get and he sat down and started having his dinner it's a shame. We've spent over 2k between two people here for a few weeks now coming all the time and we both had a horrible experience yesterday and both unfortunately got sick.

(minced) beef empanada is juicy but I ordered that short rib one

Food 4/5, overall experience 3/5. Credit card prices are 3.5% higher than cash prices. I passed by and decided to give it a try. Ordered half chicken (comes with two sides) and one empanada. The guy taking orders seemed friendly, but (1) he got my empanada wrong, I ordered short rib and my receipt and food are beef; (2) half chicken is $12 on the menu but my receipt shows $13, so I asked why. He couldn't care less and just said it's the tax. Dude, I know sales tax! I showed him the receipt that sales tax is applied after the $13 chicken and $4 empanada, and showed him the menu that says $12. Then I asked if any of my sides have surcharge, he just said yes but without properly taking care of this matter and providing any support. Chicken is seasoned and doesn't come with green sauce. Veggies taste like it's cooked in clam juice. Beef empanada is juicy but that's not short rib, just like Ross said "she is nice but she is not Rachel!"

Stopped by one random night for dinner. All the food was tasty and there was tons of wine. Our favorite dish was the prego steak-- not the best cut of steak but the sauce made up for it. The whole chicken was amazing. The garlic shrimp and clams swim in wine sauce. I with there was more garlic but they were both delicious. The waitress was the nicest and didn't really push us. She is definitely a kind soul. There were tons of complimentary sides and all of it was great. From the fries, to the vegetables and rice and salad and bread -- although I wish we got some chips, the fries were good too.

It is our first time here based on a recommendation from a friend. It is relocated from another place. In the front is takeout and then there is a door leading to the dining room in the back. We ordered the flavorful barbecue chicken, the grilled salmon and they came with sides. The food was delicious. There is a bar in the dining room. Service was friendly and efficient. It is nice that they post the cash and credit card prices on both menus. We will definitely be back!

We were in the mood for a large lunch and wanted to stay local by going to Casa Dos Frangos. According to Yelp, they closed down. Fortunately for us, they re-opened as Brasa 2 Rodizio with the same menu. Ambience - nice colorful dining room really sets the mood. Food - we ordered Clams Brasa Style - clams cooked in a buttery broth. Mmm. Kids Rodizio - this is a bargain with the amount and variety of meats for the little ones Grilled Salmon - so tender and flavorful.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly and attentive service. There was no wait time, which made the evening even more enjoyable and stress free for such a large group. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in the perfect portions. Everything was so good that we left nothing behind. I had the flan, and it was honestly the best flan I have ever had. My niece ordered the chocolate cake, and it was absolutely perfect. This was one of the best dining experiences we have had for a special occasion. Simply incredible.

I even received a rose for the occasion! However, we waited 10 minutes before someone finally approached us and asked, 'Is anyone helping you? Are you okay with tap water?' I understand it was a busy Valentine's Day weekend, but I expected a proper greeting rather than just being asked about tap water. When she brought the water, she asked if it was our first time. We said yes, expecting a brief explanation of the restaurant's concept. Instead, she just said, 'Technically, the meats will come to you, and you can go to the market and get anything you want. That's our special for tonight, you can go ahead and head over to the marketplace.' We went to the 'marketplace,' and it was delicious! We tried several items, and everything was tasty and fresh. Salads. Cold cuts. Rice. Beans. Zero complaints there. Back at the table, the gauchos began bringing the meats--filet mignon, picanha, sausage, bacon-wrapped steak, chicken, and lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service, however, stayed subpar. My mango caipirinha arrived five minutes later, but my husband's Coke never showed up. We waited all dinner for it and never received it. Our waitress only came back once because we flagged her down for water, and then again for the check. Even the tables around us were wondering where she was. This was extremely disappointing!!! Zero smiles or a nice tone from Her. The food was delicious (5 stars), but the service she provided was definitely 0 stars. I want to come back for the food, but the service is making me think twice.

I like to support all of the ethnic establishment on Long Island, since there aren't enough of them; especially if they're family-owned! First, the Cafe: Their menu (see my photos) is extensive: Fresh pulp juices, Brazilian snacks, burgers sandwiches, Tapas, sweets and fresh breads! There is so much to explore here! I wasn't particularly hungry on the day I went, so opted to try two of their snacks; while my friend tried a burger and cheese breads: -- Frango com Catupiry (chicken w.cheese) ($6.23): this is a traditional Brazilian snack item filled with shredded chicken and cheese. This was mildly seasoned (maybe too mild) but packed with chicken and cheese. Very rich and heavy. Don't forget to ask for their green sauce and hot sauce to go with this. -- Carne e Queijo Pastel (beef & cheese) ($6.23): this snack item was made to order and freshly fried to perfection. The beef and cheese were mildly spiced (again, maybe too mild for me) but went well with the tomato relish they served with it. Ask for their green and hot sauces! -- X-Pichanha ($18): The person who had this Pichanha burger loved it! It's a rather large burger, and came with fries. Half was taken home. They said they would order this again! -- Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) (.70¢ each): the person who had this loved it so much, they ordered more to take home! The Market: Right next door to the Cafe is a small market, packed with Brazilian treasures! Their shelves, fridge and freezer are filled with Brazilian goodness! They even have a butcher shop full of different meats and sausages! Bonus items: bathing suits and flip flops!!! lol Take your time to peruse the market and you'll be amazed at what unique things you come across! I must add that customer service & hospitality in both the Cafe and the Market, were outstanding!! So friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! Welcome to the neighborhood!! I look forward to many return visits!

What impressed me most was that everyone in our party of seven found something they loved, from adults and teens to a first-time 11-year-old guest. Did we wait an hour for our table? Yes, but it was well worth it. There was a spot at the bar where we can chill and all catch up with the peeps we hadn't seen in a min. It was nice to have that time because there was silence when we sat and got our food. We were hungry. One thing I will say, they took away the bowls of olives. They do not take reservations on the weekends so be prepared to wait 35-40 minutes for a table since it tends to get packed in the evening. They do have a big bar to have a drink and wait in the meantime. The staff is very friendly and attentive which I loved, they made sure our table was clean and our drinks were filled. Now the food, their appetizers that they bring to the table were just ok; the sweet plantains, rice and beans were pretty good. The French fries were undercooked which no one at the table touched. The salad could have used a little more color but the dressing was really good. The meats themselves were good but could better. I really enjoyed their picanha; it was cooked a perfectly medium. It was juicy and flavorful. The chicken legs and turkey wrapped in bacon were so delicious and well seasoned. When it came to the skirt steak, short ribs and other cuts of meat, I felt like they were on the drier side and not as tasty. They never asked how we liked it cooked (medium or well done) so we just got whichever temperature they were served. I was also disappointed they didn't have chicken hearts since I always look forward to those when I go to a rodizio. Each person rodizio is $54 which is definitely on the higher end and the prices on their website are outdated. I would probably not return; there are more affordable rodizio with higher end cuts.

I needed a treat. Something different. So I said you know what... let me try Texas de Brazil. I went on a Monday--figured it wouldn't be packed, no reservation needed. And it's just me... table for one. Now let me be clear--I'm not trying to spend an arm and a leg. I got cocktail dresses, wigs, and heels to fund So I went with the salad area buffet. Unlimited salad and charcuterie? I'm good with that. It's $31.99 and you get three sides included. They gave me fried banana--I thought it was plantains. Nope. A whole yellow banana, fried in sugar till it caramelized. Baby... AMAZING. You also get delicious crispy fries and creamy, silky mashed potatoes with a little skin in there. They were so good. They also give you a basket of Brazilian cheese bread. Salad is salad--your usual suspects. Romaine, spring mix, all the fixings. But I wasn't there for that. I was there for the charcuterie And they did not disappoint. A whole spread--cheeses, cured meats, olives, hearts of palm, roasted peppers, marinated artichokes. Fresh mozzarella, manchego, goat cheese, salami, prosciutto... Also pineapple carpaccio. The thinnest slices of pineapple fried in sugar for a delicious glaze. Was a good palate cleanser to combat the saltiness of the charcuterie. I could have eaten the whole platter. If you want to see the entire spread go to the website. But what got me? Smoked salmon. They had me at smoked salmon. Add some red onions and capers? I'm sitting there feeling like somebody's Bubbe Oh--and yes, they had linen napkins and actual water glasses. Real cute. Shame there were no linen tablecloths though... I love that kind of detail. Please look into it. I washed it all down with caipirinhas--had the traditional lime and the strawberry. Both did what they were supposed to do. They even serve their soda in wine glasses. Fancy AF lol Service? Amazing. From the hostesses to my server, Deliah--she was a doll. Answered all my questions like a pro. I left full and happy. Ngl the meats did look delicious. So one day I'll bite the bullet and get the full experience. I did order dessert. I got the pecan coconut pie. Didn't taste much coconut but it was good. PS: The bathroom? Clean and FABULOUS. Something about a full door stall that goes all the way up to the ceiling... yeah, that does it for me
