The bar also was understaffed. A single bartender was serving both the bar and the entire dining room, which led to waits for drinks. My bartender was friendly, attentive, and worked hard, but one person simply wasn't enough. I finished with the Key Lime Custard, which had what appeared to be a layer of shredded cereal on the bottom. I wasn't sure what it was. The dessert itself was enjoyable, though I think a base of toasted sliced almonds with a few fried blueberries on top of it would have added better texture and complemented the flavors more effectively. Whether it be bussers, wait staff, kitchen staff, I don't know and frankly it's not my job to.... when I see our waiters running around and drinks are empty, orders taking eons and items being forgotten that tells me there's more going on than whatever is happening at my table.
