Sea bass

Small Batch continues to deliver that elevated yet cozy Long Island dining experience. The dishes are simple at first glance, but so beautifully executed. We started with the seared fish topped with crispy breadcrumbs -- perfectly golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and served over a bed of buttery, gently wilted greens that added the perfect freshness to each bite. Clean, balanced, and so well-seasoned. The pasta was another standout: hand-cut, rustic ribbons tossed in a vibrant green pesto that tasted bright, herby, and full of texture. The sauce coated every piece without overpowering it, and the little hit of cheese on top tied everything together. Thoughtful flavors, great portions, and a kitchen that clearly cares -- Small Batch remains one of the most consistently good spots around.

This restaurant has such a cozy yet elevated feel. Car for dinner on a Saturday and our reservation was honored, the service was good and the food was just okay. We had the wings, which were a large and tasty portion, the wagyu burger, and the seafood pasta. We split a lava cake for dinner but that was underwhelming.

Service was outstanding. Restaurant had great ambience and a cool vibe. Eggplant appetizer was outstanding while veal meatball and a pasta dish ok. Dessert was also only ok. Would go back but order something completely different (still get the banger eggplant appetizer).

Wow! What a cute place. Nicely decorated, simple yet modern. The restaurant is also very clean. We came here on a whim to try something new with the kids. I always love an open kitchen in a restaurant too. Kids menu had good choices as well. A bit more pricey than your typical kids menu, but the quality is there. Services was kind and attentive, and there weren't many people dining the night we went. If we were locals this would be more of a usual spot, but well worth the drive on occasion, especially if in the area. A nice spot to check out either with friends, family, a date, and you can feel comfortable bringing the kids as well. A win!

The food was very good and healthy. I love how the kitchen is an open space so you can watch them Cooking your food almost. I went very early in the day during the week so the service was great & very fast.

I don't know why I didn't come here sooner. This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Every single bite of everything my family and I had made us go "mmmmm". This restaurant over exceeded my expectations on brunch. I will definitely be back again and will totally recommend it to everyone.

Me and my wife dined here for the first time on Friday night. We both loved the ambience immediately when we first walked in. The Spanish octopus and whipped ricotta toast appetizers were both 10/10s. The Wagyu cheese burger and pan seared cod were both delicious. The only disappointing thing was the cookie skillet dessert. The cookie was slightly overcooked and hard instead of soft. Still tasted amazing. Me and my wife will for sure be back. There are so many things on the menu we still want to try. Perfect place for dinner and a movie.

Came here for brunch. Parking was easy. When we walked in they asked if we had reservations. Im assuming it is best to make reservations before you go? We did not have any reservations but were seated immediately. The menu had a lot of options from burgers to healthier options. The food was very fresh. The waiter was very attentive to my daughter. They gave out huge portions of French fries. The ginger mocktail was surprisingly refreshing. Overall, I would come back. It is a cute little restaurant with farm to table vibes.

We came here for my birthday and it was a great first experience! I made a reservation and we were seated right away. Our waitress, Naomi, was very sweet. They printed "happy birthday" on my menu and I thought that was so lovely! I even got to keep it. We ordered the avocado salad, the bouillabaisse, chicken fingers, and the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. For dessert, we had the cast iron chocolate chip cookie and lattes. The ambience and decor were nice. We sat by the kitchen and we could hear them fire up all the orders! It was pretty cool. We will definitely be back!

Food was amazing. Seasoned to perfection not overly salty. Server was attentive and had great recommendations on the wine list. We loved the open kitchen concept being able to see how everything is being made is an amazing touch to the dining experience. Will definitely be back.

Came here on a Wednesday. Great place for something nicer near the mall. The ingredients are fresh, and service is attentive. The cocktails are done nicely with good balance. I got the Beef Wellington recently, and the meat was tender with complex sauce.

The food is as good as ever. The eggplant parm appetizer and the cheese burger are a must. The caramelized onions have a special spot in my heart. The interior is nice especially for a restaurant connected to a mall. Service is either amazing or abysmal. Overall a great spot for brunch, lunch or dinner

Decent food but super salty. On top of that the waitress added extra tip. Check your CC statement after you dine here.

The food and drinks we tried were delicious. 2 of us each had a bowl, one had 3 tacos, plus we shared guacamole w chips. 2 shared churros and one had gelato. Dinner ordering and service went great, but they seemed to have forgotten to put in our dessert order. We waited a VERY long time. While we were waiting for dessert a could servers were nearby cleaning other tables, not checking on us. Eventually we were able to call one over to check on our dessert order. We were a party of three without reservations and were seated right away. We started with chips, guacamole, and the red and green salsas. The chips are more like thin tortillas and were the perfect pairing with a cold beer. For tacos, we tried the duck, pork belly, mojo pork, fish, and chicken verde. The portion size was just right--enough to try a few and still leave full without feeling heavy. The fish taco was one of the best I've had: perfectly crispy with a great crunch, balanced with slaw and sauce. The mojo pork was also really flavorful with a great sauce. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit messy. On a positive note, we noticed dogs outside, which is great if you're looking for a dog-friendly spot. Overall, great tacos, fun atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back.

This place is beautiful and perfect for pretty much any occasion. The first time I brought my sister here for her bday dinner and every dish was absolutely outstanding. The service although it was busy Friday night was also excellent. Our drinks? The smokin gun and spicy margarita were perhaps some of the best drinks we've had in a long time. The minute we left we decided we had to come back again for some drinks and apps. Fast forward to a Thursday night we saw they had a late night happy hour so we decided to give it a try! This is where it all went downhill and I debated on writing this review because I honesty believe in giving businesses sort of a pass for a rough day or just because and you never know know what someone is going through but I was clearly so bothered that I am still thinking about it and I feel like it's only right that the owner should know. We arrived for the late night happy hour and 4 seats happen to be available at the end of the bar. The female bartender proceeded to place menus right in front of us without saying a word. I smiled, kinda hinting hello and when I tell you I just got a blank stare, at first I was confused but again (it's late, it's thursday, people have struggles, be compassionate and move on) Fast forward we order some food, she places mats and utensil in front of us and again nothing, not a word. It was also as if she was annoyed at us for being there. At one point I was speaking Spanish with one of my girlfriends and I noticed she finally looked at us and smiled. I'm unsure what that was about but I was happy to see her smile for once. Finally I noticed a couple came in and went straight to the bartender and right away I noticed her tone and demeanor changed, she was much happier to see them. So I guess she had a decent day after all. The couple and the bartender kinda pointed towards us as if we had taken their seats. This is all happening right in front of my eyes. Now listen, I'm an expert on picking up cues and noticing things around me. It's pretty much what I do for a living. The couple then sat against the wall behind and we could just feel that we just weren't wanted there that night. The vibe and energy felt really off and when I tell you this was perhaps one of the worse customer services experiences I've ever had in this type of establishment, I am not lying. It felt very dismissive and unwelcoming without even saying anything. I'm really disappointed because Ive been bragging to all my friends about this place and really looked forward to the same experience I had previously but this wasn't the case. I'm not sure of if I will be back, but I do hope the managers and owners here give their staff better training on how to treat customers. A simple hello, a smile, and being kind goes a long way not only in the business word but in life.

The only issue was that it was served just warm and should have been hotter possibly it sat in the kitchen while other dishes were being finished. I have to mention an unusual and disappointing part of the experience. The check was brought to our table before dessert was served, without us requesting it and without being asked if we needed anything else. When we questioned the server, we didn't receive a clear response. A manager explained that "this is how it's done in many restaurants" and assured us the table wasn't needed for another reservation. Regardless, the experience left my guests and me feeling rushed and uncomfortable, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. Overall, the food was very good, but the service approach specifically presenting the check prematurely needs improvement. A simple check-in before presenting the bill would make a big difference in the overall dining experience.
