We came here for a vow renewal so im not sure if the food we had is the same as the restaurant but everything we did have was delicious. They started us off with a delicious charcuterie platter followed by a burrata salad with pears. This was amazing and went exceptionally well with the bread they gave us which was drizzled with delicious olive oil. For the main I opted for the filet mignon which I dont normally like but this had such a good demi glace. The bartender was excellent and made delicious cocktails as well. I definitely want to come back to try the regular menu.

Excellent menu, appetizers and entrees! Our family had a group of 4 and we shared several dishes. Everything was great. My favorites were the kale Caesar salad, CH burger, mushrooms with polenta, crab bucatini with a hint of spice. Excellent service with a smile. Also beautiful historic Victorian farmhouse from 1904!

Homemade Foccacia Bread & Smoked Out Cocktail

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Copperhill. We were sat right away on what seemed to be an indoor porch area. He had the "Smoked Out" cocktail which he enjoyed and their homemade foccacia was amazing. We shared the poutine and duck nachos to start and shared the burger and the crab bucatini for dinner. The burger was amazing and I love that they cut it in half for us. We didn't have any room for dessert. Great service!

Loved this restaurant! Perfect for an intimate dinner or a gathering. They also take reservations to host their space - plenty of showers held here! There's also a parking lot which makes it super convenient, both for anyone dining here and for hosting events. The decor is also lovely inside so I can see why they get booked for private events. The service is also amazing. The staff came a few times to check on us, refill our drinks, and also changed our plates. The food was amazing. From the appetizers to the entrees and even the dessert. They're very much a farm to table style so all the ingredients are fresh and reflect what's in season, which makes it all the more delicious. The menu would change slightly to reflect the seasonal ingredients. For example, we had one of the most delicious burrata beets dish where the highlight was really on the beets, and I'm not even big on beets. I don't think I had a single bad bite from our choice of dishes and we ordered a looooot to share too. We really enjoyed our experience here and would highly recommend it! The ambience is also cozy and intimate but spacious between the tables so I can see why they would get busy. A reservation would be helpful!

This was my first time here and it was just lovely. The ambience is warm and welcoming. I love all the greenery kudos to the decorator. My Cheddar Scramble was delicious other than the bacon. I should have requested a swap out of the protein, but I just didn't think of it. The bar I set for bacon is that it taste at least as good as Costco's bacon. This didn't come close. I hope the purveyor considers using a different bacon. It was plentiful but dry and tasteless. This did not take away from my overall dining experience and I still would order the Cheddar Scramble again. I just would not order the bacon. We also had the French Toast and it was very yummy. Everyone in my party loved their food and we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch there. Our waiter, David was awesome and we would be back again and I would highly recommend.

I had an amazing birthday dinner here at copper hill. We started out with a delicious salad very fresh and nice portion for the table. The waitress was so nice and gave us free champagne toast for my birthday. I had the duck which was very good and pictured. They were super accommodating to my elderly disabled grandfather and my little niece. All the dessert was divine as well. Thank you so much for a great experience

Great restaurant for any occasion! Delicious food with amazing service and decor. The portions are nice and the food is fresh. I got the pork belly and had some regret because it was really fatty, and I couldn't stomach it. However, the other dishes we got as shared appetizers were good. Will have to come back and try more on the menu!

I tried Copperhill for Sunday brunch. I didn't have a reservation but was still able to be accommodated, which I appreciated. The ambiance was nice. For the price, I thought the food was average. The plates were picture worthy but I didn't find the taste to be anything special. We got the Breakfast Poutine, Eggs Benny and Hanger Steak. The Breakfast Poutine was probably the richest in flavor and it probably was what we liked the most. There was a nice sauce on the bottom that had a little spicy kick. The Eggs Benny was basically a poached egg over avocado toast with two small pieces of thick cut bacon. Normally I'd like all of those things, but I thought the hollandaise sauce was too sweet. The hanger steak was cooked well but it was small for the price. We liked that there was a parking lot in the back.

The food and service was excellent and the decor is beautiful! The appetizers were delicious and flavorful. The octopus was tender and came with a nice refreshing salad. The steak was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. My favorite was the chocolate soufflé which came with an espresso cream. It was 10/10! Soft, chocolaty and creamy with a delicate cream! Can't wait to go back!

Stopped by Copperhill and was really happy with the experience. The food was great, the service was on point, and the prices were fair. I'd definitely go back.

Found this place randomly and boy are we glad we did. Super nice atmosphere - warmly greeted (no reservation), seated in a prime location, incredibly kind and helpful servers and the chefs behind scene are killing it. Everything we ate was impeccable. My husband still talks about the porchetta. Fabulous meal. Looking forward to going back.

Brasied Short Rib and Polenta

We went out at the bar, I called same day to see if we can get a table but reservations for 2 were only available at 9pm. Definitely call in advance and know that they open at 5. So we ended up rolling the dice and sat at the bar. Best decision ever!! Because the food came out fast and barkeepers were very social and knowledgeable about the menu and all the drinks. We ended up getting the grilled octopus, lamb skewers, and braised short rib. Grilled octopus was two large tentacles over a salad with some harissa hummus. It very tasty especially with their bread, a focaccia baked in house and coated with an amazing olive oil and herbs. The lamb skewers were very flavorful and went well with the tzatziki sauce. Lamb was well seasoned and delicious. Finally, the short rib and polenta was our main course that we shared and it was delicious. The gravy had so much flavor and the short rib was so tender that you can break it apart with just your fork. Every bite was delicious and well balanced. For our drinks we went with the screwball which was very flavorful and refreshing. I had the juice break IPA which was easy drinking and went with the meal very well. For desert we had the skillet bread pudding and Bourbon ice cream. It was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try more of the menu. Ambiance is very cozy with plenty of small tables and nice lighting for a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area and have the budget as prices were a bit higher than other local eateries but it's expected for the farm to table quality.

I do not believe so- more of a NYC mandate.

Are dogs permitted, during brunch, if you dine outside on the patio?

Not sure this place is for me I saw the reviews for this…read moreplace and wanted to check it out. So, the last time we were at the mall, we came here for lunch. The restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. The food and menu, however, weren't really to my liking. Not knowing that this was a health-conscious restaurant, when I was asked if I wanted something to drink, I replied with "Diet Coke." That's when our server explained the health concept of the place and mentioned that they didn't carry soda. I was a bit confused because of the amount of alcohol I saw on the menu and at the bar after hearing about the health angle. He suggested a drink similar to ginger ale, but since that drink would cost more than a beer, I went with the beer instead. Now, moving on to the food: the charred cauliflower wasn't bad (could've used a bit more char), but the main dishes were disappointing. The tuna poke bowl didn't look appetizing, and the rice didn't seem fully cooked. The all-American burger also missed the mark. I asked for it medium-well, but it was closer to medium. It wasn't terrible in terms of cooking, but it lacked flavor. I'm not sure if the burger was properly seasoned, because all I tasted was cooked ground beef, a bit of Thousand Island dressing, and bread. The fries were okay--not bad for a restaurant that chooses to air-fry instead of deep-fry to be healthier. However, the ketchup, which I had to request, tasted like standard commercial ketchup. It didn't have the "smoky, tangy with the right amount of kick" flavor described on the company's Instagram.

This place definitely gives a hole in the wall vibe and that's what I wanted. There are plenty of "brunch vibes" in Long Island and that's not what I was looking for today. Service was super prompt and the food came quick, less than 10 minutes. I ordered the Mexican omelette which was eggs, shredded chicken and oaxacan cheese. I expected the chicken and cheese to be cooked into the omelette - it was actually an egg omelette with the chicken and cheese folded inside. No complaints though; when I had enough eggs, I was able to eat just the chicken. It was well seasoned and not doused in cheese, which I appreciated. Note to self: no sour cream next time. It was unnecessary. The omelette came with a side of home fries. The home fries were the perfect mix of soft and crispy, with onions and peppers. They tasted great. It also came with toast and I added avocado, and made avocado toast... YUM. I had an iced coffee on the side. Nothing special about the coffee- not good or bad. They had almond milk and sugar-free vanilla... yay! Lastly, I took a sausage omelette with sweet potato chips to go for my son and he loved it. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a good experience!

Very centrally located in downtown MIneola by the entrance to the LIRR train station. Very close to NYU Langone Hospital. Fairly easy parking with plenty of meters on the same street and just around the corner across from the train station. Plenty of light inside with all the windows and when it's warm outside, they open up to the two garage doors in front. We met our friends here who are regulars and I was really looking forward to this breakfast. We definitely sat and talked for a while sine we were celebrating my wfe's first day of retirement. After getting the cauliflower rice base the employee started dousing my warm bowl in salad dressing. I quickly spoke up, since I had wanted my dressing on the side, and she took the bowl and moved it under the counter to try to selectively scoop only the parts of the cauliflower with the dressing into the garbage. I could hear my bowl literally hit the side of the garbage container. It grossed me out when she then tried to use the same bowl and just scoop in a bit more cauliflower rice to replace what she'd scooped out. I politely asked for a new bowl, and the idle male employee standing next to her started making facial expressions indicating that he thought I was being unreasonable. She ended up giving me a new bowl -- but then putting almost no cauliflower rice in it to "punish" me for not wanting a bowl that had touched the side of a garbage can. Keep in mind that my warm bowl with the cauliflower rice upcharge came to over $17. I will never frequent that particular Chopt again.

Some of the tacos were done well, particularly the crispy fish taco and crunchy shrimp tacos. The chicken taco and birria tacos were also not bad mostly because they had enough sauce to keep it moist. The Al pastor steak taco unfortunately we would probably avoid in the future. The steak was dry and the taco was just not moist enough to eat happily. We had a side of nachos which was great and also the street corn side as a dip was also delicious. The jalapeño poppers had a good crunch, however, it lacked any spice at all and tasted almost like a regular fried green pepper. For my order I went with a trio of tacos - al pastor, coconut shrimp (both of these were listed as signature items) and the crispy fish. The Al Pastor was the best of them, but overall the tacos were on the sweet side probably due to the condiments and additions of onions and corn that were pickled. Glad they have hot sauces on the table to bring need heat. I got a side salad with this - I would say this is bit of afterthought lettuce with 3 pieces of cucumber and tomato each there wasn't much to it. I tried the Carne Asada bowl - again a bit on the sweet side, but they give a good amount of food. They use a cheese blend and I think one of them is a parmesan because it tasted a bit out of place. We ordered a piece of tres leches and it had a maple flavor that was unexpected. It took me a second, but I placed that it reminded me of a discontinued Entenmann's cake that I think was maple walnut iced cake. If you remember that and miss it then get this. I enjoyed this non-traditional version. Although not the best Mexican food I would come back here and perhaps try other items on the menu since it seems inventive, but I will keep my expectations in check because the execution doesn't always hit the mark.
