red lobster Carle Place, NY . Plenty of Parking.

Well, the place was packed when I arrived. One hour wait list. was after all the holiday. Every bodies, Ma. Granny, Auntie, Cousin, Babies and more on board for Mother day. Service was great, Servers personable and attentive under multi tasking. It took a bit longer for our food to arrive but holiday, no complaints. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which was okay. My diet require that shrimp be cooked at a certain temperature and the manager did accommodate me. The biscuits were under baked however. Strawberry Lemonade. Yum. Had I asked I m sure they would have browned them more. Nice friendly family atmosphere.

Haven't been to Red Lobster in over 10 years. While browsing at Barnes and Noble nearby, saw the RL and out of curiosity made a reservation for 1 person. Arrived 10 minutes early and ended up waiting about 40 minutes for a table. Ordered 3 maine lobster tails (it is called "Red Lobster" after all), broccoli and fries well done. Lobster was prepared properly, not over done. Broccoli was bitter and starting to yellow and fries were crispy as requested. Complimentary cheese biscuits were warm. 3.5 for food would be more accurate. Service was not good probably because they were understaffed on a Saturday night. 40 degrees out and the AC was on, making the food (and guests) cool quickly. Good effort for a chain restaurant, but definitely better off patronizing a dedicated seafood restaurant nearby. About $90 all in, no drinks.

12/15/25. Christine was attentive and friendly. I ordered the create your own ultimate feast ($54.99), with lobster tails and shrimp. I'd skip the alfredo next time and ask for less butter. Food arrived hot and relatively quick. Items to go were packed perfectly. I don't frequent RL often but those biscuits hit the spot!

Red Lobster told me to tell y'all "don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years"! My daughter chose to come here for her birthday dinner and I honestly wasn't too thrilled but it was her birthday not mine. Shocked to see how busy it was here and service was on point! It has the regular ambiance of red lobster but no lobsters in the tank. The biscuits were coming out hot and delicious. Flounder sandwich was plain but the flounder itself was good 8/10. Fries 6/10 Shirley temple 9/10 Mozzarella sticks 7/10

My family has a tradition of eating at Red lobster on New Year's Eve. This year, it was a bit quieter, but we were treated so well. They have us a booth and no one was sitting in our section. The waiter put music on for us, the food was good, my drink was strong, and we got biscuits to take home. As we were about to leave, my daughters were looking at the lobsters in the tank. A kind person, who I think was a manager, came over and taught us about the bigger claw showing you if the lobster is a lefty or righty. He scooped up a lobster and let us take pictures. It was awesome!

I've been to this red lobster before. It's spacious. There was not much of a wait time therefore we were seated very quickly. The waitress was quick as well and took out orders exactly as we told her. The food was really good. I went there to get the the Tuesday's special crab legs, which was delicious.

Been coming to this location for years! Prices have gone up over time and now everything is fried. They have paired down the menu but it's best to go when you're craving a specific item. Staff is always kind and helpful and the restaurant is clean and neat. Reliable spot as long as you are ok with price and food options/taste!

I'll always prefer this location over Valley Stream. Came for my friend small birthday dinner. Didn't disappoint. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good, haven't had it in years. Ambience was cool, nothing has changed but the menu prices lol

I haven't been to red lobster for years but decided to go and take my mother and daughter. My mother went inside and put us on the list the wait was over an hour so we sat in the car and waited. After over an hour of not getting a call I decided to go in and check to see how many tables were ahead of us. When I have the woman at the front desk our info we were no where in the list to be found, I immediately asked to speak to a manager to see what we could do. He was a very nice, kind gentleman who was very apologetic about the situation and looked to fix it immediately. We were given a booth within 5 minutes and we're able to have dinner. To drink my mother got a piña colada which she really enjoyed in at he big cup. I got the margarita. For appetizer we got mozzarella sticks and crispy dragon shrimp the shrimp is slightly spicy so my daughter didn't have much of that but it was good. For entree my mother got two lobster tails with fries, baked potato and broccoli on the side. I got a lobster tail, shrimp scampi and two sides of mash. My daughter got the seaside trio of course she couldn't eat it all but I wanted her have options. Our dinner was alright and our server was pleasant.

I wish it wasn't just a special but a main stay because I'd definitely order that each and every visit. It was that good. I was apprehensive about the gnocchi since im not a big gnocchi fan in general but so many people have sung of it's praises so I decided to try it. Easily one of the best dishes I've had this year. The flavors were so perfectly balanced. It taste of the toasted sweet potato gnocchi was something I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised. Kept it more simple for entrees because the starters were so rich and indulgent. We had the filet mignon and the steak sandwich. Both perfectly portioned and delicious. Ended with the stroopwafel cheesecake, it wasn't too sweet which was nice. The service was great, I love how the manger was so hands on and checking in with tables. There was an older couple nearby celebrating their anniversary and the manager came over and surprised them with a mini bottle of champagne and congratulated them. That really was so thoughtful! Definitely top tier care and service.

Big pot, loaded with flavor, and honestly enough to make you question ordering anything else. Seafood tastes fresh across the board, and the sauces actually matter here (not an afterthought). Bread basket is dangerous--crispy outside, and soft inside The vibe is classic Long Island "upscale but loud." Red booths, stained glass accents, packed room. Great energy if you're out with friends, less ideal if you're trying to have a conversation. It gets noisy--no way around that. Service was solid--attentive without hovering, which is what you want when you're juggling a pot of mussels and drinks. Only knock: it's pricey. But to be fair, you're paying for quality seafood and a pretty unique Belgian bistro experience (and a massive beer/cocktail program).

Their menu alone was overwhelming because they had so many choices that looked good! There were so many pages of options I forgot to take a picture except for the dessert menu haha. I personally ordered the Eggplant Rollatini as I'm a huge fan of eggplant and this dish did not disappoint! I also ordered a Calamari Fritti to share with the whole table and this too, was absolutely delicious and a generous sized portion. It's definitely an appetizer to be shared. The calamari was tender and fresh, not overly oily. It also came with a side of I think marinara sauce. My friends ordered the Linguini Clams (x2) and Spaghetti Nero. The portions were huge. No one was able to finish their plate and I took leftovers home. For dessert, we ordered the Gelato, all 3 flavors offered: Cookies n' Cream, Hazelnut and Ellie's Espresso Chip. Again, everything was delicious, flavorful and creamy! Each flavor came with two scoops. If you wanted extra toppings on your gelato, it's an additional charge per topping. The dessert menu also said "There is always cotton candy for everyone!" which we all thought was a dinner thing but when we inquired about it, our server said he'd bring some over for us. He brought over this humongous thing of cherry flavored cotton candy! The decor inside feels very cozy/homey. The noise level was not too loud and we were able to hear each other talk the whole time which was great. Our personal server (sorry, didn't catch his name!) and other wait staff that assisted our table were all so pleasant. Waters were always refilled and when we were leaving, we each got a little Valentine's Day themed cookie! Cute little bonus. You are also able to do coat check at the front prior to sitting down which I thought was nice. The only con is they had mandatory valet parking. I don't like valet parking because I don't like anyone to be driving my car. Their lot is pretty small and when I arrived at 12:15PM, there were still a few spots left though they were blocked off (I'm assuming for valet). Our server was so friendly with my kids, even talking to them about Minecraft - which they were obviously elated about. I apologize for forgetting his name but my son wants me to let the owners know that he was the nicest "restaurant person" ever. My only real complaint is that the tables are all very cramped together. It seems like they've added tables since the last time my family was there in order to accommodate a bigger influx of patrons. However it feels very tight and our table was in an awkward place (sticking out in front of the French doors that lead into the other room). Other than that the atmosphere is very welcoming, all the floor staff were nice, we had a great time and left very full!
