I like the quick and fast service here. There's a kiosk that you can order from, which feels unnecessary when there's no line but I like minimum interaction with the staff and I like to see all the options visually on a customizable screen. I always come for the matcha latte! I feel that it's very fresh and the price point is ok too. They have one table there that can sit two people and I think they have outdoor when it's summer time. Wow wow wow It has to be said three times, because this bubble tea spot is AMAZING There are seatings available in store and the staff is friendly. I adore the matcha mochi drink with taro, it's not too sweet - 50% or 70% is perfect for me. The mochi is such an amazing topping here, it enriches the entire drink to another level, it is creamy, scrumptious, and delicious. The fresh taro adds even more texture to the already amazing mochi. I cannot recommend this drink more! My second favorite has got to be one of their newly released guava series - guava lemon tea. It is o-so refreshing, with fresh guava pieces and juice added to brewed tea (I'm assuming green or white tea), topped with slices of lemon and lime. It will definitely quench your thirst within a single sip! Perfect for a hot summer day. Another highlight of their menu lies within the panna cottas, I always get their earl grey tea panna cotta, it is so creamy, has deep tea flavor, and not too sweet. I would love to taste the matcha one too but it's always sold out by the time I get there. I wish they would open an official location in Manhattan with all of their amazing items on their diverse menu. My sister brought the fam here after seeing a new bubble tea spot open up near her place and seeing their BOGO promo for their soft opening (2/9-2/11/24). Their bogo promo included taro mochi milk tea, red bean mochi milk tea, and black glutinous rice mochi milk tea. We were able to try all three flavors. The tea was really fragrant and strong. We ordered all our drinks with 0% sugar and it was decently sweet with the additional toppings with is already sweetened (for taro and red bean). I've never had mochi in my drink before and it was pleasantly delicious. It's not like Japanese mochi which is chewy and a tad tough. The mochi they put in is so soft, has very little chew. Came here for boba tea with my boo. He got the caramel macchiato and I ordered the tiramisu cheese milk tea with as low as possible sweetners. We both loved our orders! They were savory, if one could call it that, and sweet, but not overly so, except for his. He always gets it 100%. The customer service was wonderful and it was easy to make a decision. Inside is a small space with cushioned seating by the wall and a couple of side tables. It seems to be more of an in and out spot than a lingering zone. When we sat down to enjoy our drinks, they got a shipment of fresh produce. I'm interested to go back and try a juicy boba tea! A welcome addition to the neighborhood! Artisan uses nice chunks of fruit for their bubble tea. I have ordered the Mango Passion fruit bubble tea (it uses green tea and is huge 22oz lol), and it has lots of fresh fruit. I def order this refreshing drink as a splurge and when I want to "treat myself" which right now is almost weekly lol. It was pretty good overall. The red bean and rice mochi are a great combo. 50% sugar was enough since the red beans supplemented the sweetness. Their rice mochi is pretty unique. It was smooth yet jiggly. It has a consistency that is less thick/chewy compared to normal mochi but a bit more thick compared to pudding. The matcha itself tasted a bit powder-ish. The coffee was delicious the front desk girl the cashier/barista she was sweet only issue was that I went in because it was alot cold saw a coffee shop walked in plug my phone to charge I was the only one there after I order the coffee I sat down out of nowhere the ac got very low I had to put my hoodie I noticed some mocking from a boy worker and the manager I think her name is lee I noticed some hostility but I was trying to figure why is the ax so high I asked the barista she told me that they have stuff that can get damage right away she told the manager in there language that I had complained I did mention that I felt it was on porpoise just because of the way they was behaving amd staring at me been in the food Industry many years worked in bakery restaurants I have. Feeling they was upset because I sat to charge my phone the coffee was pretty large 5 dollars plus I tipped the barista it was 6 dollars it was worth it it was very tasty I asked the barista why did I got the biggest cup she told me that hot coffee it's the only size they can serve I saw smaller sizes cups again she told the manager I heard she was saying something in her language and obviously it was because I asked why am I getting a large size and not been asked about a smaller size I think the owner should do a smaller size just because not everyone wants. Such a large coffee and 5 dollars and change It's a little expensive the size it's very decent for 5 dollars but again I believe that if someone it's running to the train and wants a coffee such a huge large coffee can be uncomfortable to carry it is delicious! Don't get me wrong ! The barista knows what she is doing ! When the manager was told I said something about the size and asked how come I was directed to such a large coffee she came right away to the sitting area and she was moving a menu in the same spot was a little weird and she kept on saying something in there language I was able to read her attitude that she hated every minute I was sitting not sure if it was a racial problem towards me or just an issue of me charging my phone and noticed that the ac situation was to make me leave it was very unfortunate that this neighborhood it's a mix but more of a Hispanics community I would recommend either they take cover the plugs so we don't charge our phones Or to acknowledge that speaking another language can be a little rude Just because I was the only one there and the ac was probably on the 60s and outside it's pretty cold I walked in to Sri l a coffee for the reason that I was cold and I was colder inside the place because of the ac situation and the workers laughing I noticed it was on porpoise they have a plant inside and it was literally moving from side to side when the manager told the barrista to check a sign that she moved it the same spot for 2-3mi minutes and mumbled in her language something about me So then I realized that it was obvious Why I was the only one there I did not feel welcomed even tho the coffee was delicious I don't think I would ever go comeback when the manager was moving the sign (menu) for few minutes in the same spot they had a pick up order in the to go and they did not noticed , when the lady that placed the order walked in asked for the coffees they started working on the coffees when I was the only one in the store and one pick up order also I noticed either they was texting each other the barista was on her phone Most of the time that I was there working at the same time but I have a feeling they was communicating through the phone about me and if not I felt that way for the ac situation The laughing under there breath the manager stepping out acting a little weird mumbling in a language that was not English I recommend to other speaking Spanish costumers to go search for another bakery to drink there coffee one cuz they only have the large size second for the reason That they will feel not welcome if they sit to charge there phone or the uncomfortable ac so powerful on a go evening of a cloudy afternoon.
