Tiramisu Cream Latte & Pistachio Rose Latte
    Fateha A.

4/5 Tiramisu cream latte $7.50- really good, strong 3/5 pistachio rose latte $8- before you mix it, you taste very sweet rose syrup. After mixing, all you taste is strong latte. Wish there was more of a rose flavor after mixing.

Very good. Small place but lot of options to choose from. Their drinks are very unique. Service was great and fast.

    Mango Passion Fruit Tea (~$7)

Ordered: Mango Passion Fruit Tea (~$7): tropical blend of mango and tangy passion fruit infused with green tea Aya's take: It's been a while since I've had a fruit tea but it was calling my name on a hot day! Artisan has good quality green tea and even the flavors of the mango and passionfruit were fragrant, tangy, tart, and overall very refreshing! The fresh fruit pieces inside is a nice touch although gets hard to drink through. Great try!

    Taro mochi milk tea

My sister brought the fam here after seeing a new bubble tea spot open up near her place and seeing their BOGO promo for their soft opening (2/9-2/11/24). Their bogo promo included taro mochi milk tea, red bean mochi milk tea, and black glutinous rice mochi milk tea. We were able to try all three flavors. The tea was really fragrant and strong. We ordered all our drinks with 0% sugar and it was decently sweet with the additional toppings with is already sweetened (for taro and red bean). I've never had mochi in my drink before and it was pleasantly delicious. It's not like Japanese mochi which is chewy and a tad tough. The mochi they put in is so soft, has very little chew. I actually prefer it over regular boba now..? Really good and definitely worth a try.

22oz Mango passion fruit bubble tea with added coconut jelly. So refreshing on a hot day!

A welcome addition to the neighborhood! Artisan uses nice chunks of fruit for their bubble tea. I have ordered the Mango Passion fruit bubble tea (it uses green tea and is huge 22oz lol), and it has lots of fresh fruit. I def order this refreshing drink as a splurge and when I want to "treat myself" which right now is almost weekly lol. I just wish it opened earlier (today it will open at 10:30am) so that I could grab one of their coffees to try.

This charming new location of an artisan tea shop is now becoming my local favorite. What makes this tea shop truly special is not just its cozy atmosphere but also its friendly and accommodating staff. During our visit, we had the pleasure of trying a variety of their drinks, each one showcasing their commitment to quality and creativity. One standout feature of their menu is the unique toppings they offer, with a special nod to their mochi drinks. The addition of mochi adds a delightful texture and depth of flavor, making each sip a delightful journey for your taste buds. Whether you're in the mood for a robust coffee or a creamy milk tea, this spot has something to satisfy every craving. Overall, our experience at this artisan tea shop was nothing short of fantastic. If you're in Jackson Heights and in need of a top-notch coffee or milk tea, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Red Bean Rice Mochi Matcha
    Hao Y.

New bubble tea spot in the neighborhood! I got the Red Bean Rice Mochi Matcha, 50% sugar, less ice. The total was $7.58 for a large, which is pretty average for a large bubble tea these days. It was pretty good overall. The red bean and rice mochi are a great combo. 50% sugar was enough since the red beans supplemented the sweetness. Their rice mochi is pretty unique. It was smooth yet jiggly. It has a consistency that is less thick/chewy compared to normal mochi but a bit more thick compared to pudding. The matcha itself tasted a bit powder-ish. I expected something slightly more bitter with a strong tea flavor.

The sauce that was served was absolutely delicious with the signature tanginess and sweetness of Thai food. The hot pot that I ordered was also enjoyed to the fullest! The food here was super good but also I love liver so I was glad they had a hot pot option that included that! After a delicious meal, we finished off with the mango bingsu which also was a huge hit! The bingsu was super fluffy and light! This meal was definitely worth it and didn't leave me feeling super heavy. The service was also great even though they were always full house with some parties waiting and only one person serving. I will be back next time to try their Thai barbecue which I saw people having and I could stop looking at! On top of all this, the server or manager even gave me a free Melona ice cream which I paired with the bingsoo after he saw that I was pregnant which I thought was super sweet. I don't live too far from here so I also want to add that even though I have not added a review, I always go to this restaurant to grab a coconut Thai milk tea to go (I am not even a huge Thai tea fan)! For some reason, I love the coconut thai tea from here and always find myself craving it.

Service is either a bit slow, they were backed up or they don't work on your app orders until you arrive and ask for it. Still, not exactly egregious and I'm trying to be understanding, though how they get backed up with 5 workers behind the counter is a little confusing. Still, the service is always friendly and the shop is cute so it's a good reminder to slow down and take it all in. Ambience is fine. Dark walls but well lit. Batches of seats up front and in the back separated by the service counter. Lots of Knick knacks for sale. They've got some pastries and sandwiches but I've never sampled them so I don't have much to add. I usually get some kind of Americano and the coffee flavors really come thru without excess bitterness. I'll also note, they've fixed their cups. Early on, their coffee cups to go used to leak but that's been rectified at least for the past few months. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a proper brew.
