    I must say that this location is going to be my absolute super duper number one U-Haul from now on!…read more Sadly, I'd originally reserved a moving truck at a different location closer to me (4240 W Camelback Rd | Phoenix, AZ 85019) for the sake of convenience. However upon visiting that location (on 43rd Camelback) I was completely dismayed as their staff was beyond rude, unfriendly, unaccountable, and overall unprofessional. It left a very bad impression on me; thus I contacted Customer Service to modify my pickup to another store. Luckily, the CSR I spoke with was able to complete a reservation which fit my moving needs for a 20ft truck on 26th Street & Indian School! Preemptively, I arrived one day prior to my reservation just to check in and make sure everything was all set for my moving day. It was then that a member of staff named "Jimmy" kindly greeted me and assisted with any/all concerns I had for my pickup day!!! Jimmy was friendly, most patient, gave excellent recommendations for movingly supplies and assured everything was set to go smoothly for my rental! I arrived the next day and was helped by two additional gentlemen who sufficiently checked me in for my truck rental. They were so concise and professional when informing me of all safety apparatus entailed with my rental! And to top that the 20Ft truck they supplied for my reservation was immaculate--seriously the cleanest UHaul I've ever rented! I feel so bad though because I (regretfully) didn't get to note either of their names to ensure proper credit could be received for their all of their hard work! Thank you all so much again! This is my new favorite location in Phoenix!!!

Halfway through the move, I began getting texts from the U-Haul location saying that I had to return the truck immediately. I stopped what I was doing and returned it. Upon arrival I was met by two men. The one man asked to just renew the truck. While the other gave me directions about where to move the truck to to drop it off. I did. So, I finally get my receipt showing they never checked it back in, charging me another days rental. Sure enough the employee let a friend use it and the employee figured out that it was going to be found out what he had done. Here are the screenshots from him and the way he tried to get me to meet him to gI've me money to save his butt. The gm, said pretty much the employee and old never do that. I had to laugh. He said that I didn't even return the truck, but he saw his other employees helping me close the read gate and secure it. Long story short I had to pay for this Nico man stealing from uhaul and myself.

    I needed to order a new laptop from Dell for work. It was scheduled to come the Wednesday before…read moreThanksgiving. The Fedex tracking showed it was out for delivery with a driver named Salvador on 11/27 at 5:18 am. Here we are 12/5 and still no package. Fedex claims the driver said his scanner "broke" and he "thinks" he dropped it at the leasing office. Funny fact, my leasing office doesn't accept packages as they have a parcel locker for deliveries. Fedex customer service lied to me multiple times telling me the package was lost, then found, then lost, then found again, but ultimately ended up telling me the shipment was never found and they could not locate it. Clearly the Fedex driver Salvador stole it, or at any rate can't be trusted with expensive packages. This has caused me to miss out on over a week of wages and nobody can be held responsible. All I get is apologies and the run around. The most that Fedex would do is close my case so Dell could re-send. Fortunately, Dell customer service is capable and helpful, and will hopefully issue a replacement but nobody can replace my time or energy spent waiting on a package Fedex "lost." I am so frustrated and upset but Fedex never delivers my packages on time and their logistics are clearly not up to par. I had dish sponges delivered to me with better care from Amazon. I can't file a claim with Fedex for lost wages because only shippers can file the claim. Even though the shipment cost ultimately is paid for by me. I will never ever ever trust Fedex with my deliveries ever again and am extremely disappointed but what can you expect from a huge company that has lost sight on customer service. Salvador, I hope you enjoy the computer. Karma is a real thing!

    Let me start with saying the fedex phone support is absolutely terrible. I was miss informed by…read morethree different individuals who by the way told me 3 different things. I ended up driving to this location in rush hour traffic just to find out I couldn't pick up my package. After being wrongly informed I called the customer support number again in which I spoke to 3 more incompetent employees and none of which were giving me consistent answers or helpful helpful in the least bit. After 30 min of taking on the phone I made zero progress with the support team on the phone. All that being said, the four ladies at the counter (one of which stayed late to assist me) were absolutely incredible. Not only did they understand my situation but they aided me into being able to pick up my package the following day from a closer location. I can't empathize enough how sweet these ladies were to me. Between this location and the help from another I was able to retrieve my package the following morning. My biggest complaint aside from the misinformation and inconsistencies was that no one was giving me any solutions to my problem. I would strongly recommend retraining employees in the call center to better assist their customers. Again, to the ladies that took the time to help me out I can't thank you enough and I hope that someone in the company sees this review and shares it with you all!
