It felt like a fun two hour in town road trip, there were snacks, there were sodas, there were card games, we stopped for a pitstop at one point because of all the "are we there yet" comments from the peanut gallery in the back seat. We dined and danced and then I dropped everyone back home in reverse order from pickup. The van was comfortable, it was relatively easy to drive, the seats were clean and everyone had a great time not having to drive. What a fun 8 hours! $150 for a one day van rental was just right and I'll definitely do it again if I'm planning another night around town or a short trip with a big group of people!

Unfortunately my experience working with the outside service agents left me feeling like I was an inconvenience by asking questions on functions on the trailer with the scissor lift I rented. When I returned the trailer it was just as poor of customer service and the outside guys just again made it awkward. Maybe they're short staffed and in a hurry but it really made it awkward hanging out at my truck waiting on anyone to acknowledge I was there waiting to take my purchase order as instructed by the guys inside. Halfway through the move, I began getting texts from the U-Haul location saying that I had to return the truck immediately. I stopped what I was doing and returned it. Upon arrival I was met by two men. The one man asked to just renew the truck. While the other gave me directions about where to move the truck to to drop it off. I did. So, I finally get my receipt showing they never checked it back in, charging me another days rental. Sure enough the employee let a friend use it and the employee figured out that it was going to be found out what he had done. Here are the screenshots from him and the way he tried to get me to meet him to gI've me money to save his butt. The gm, said pretty much the employee and old never do that. I had to laugh. He said that I didn't even return the truck, but he saw his other employees helping me close the read gate and secure it. I also booked the truck online for mobile pickup in hopes of having a smoother process but that was not the case. There's no point to mobile pickup when I still had to go inside to talk to the employees four times. They had my truck parked in the wrong spot - it was in the back instead of the front. And then it was also blocked by another truck. And then the license plate number didn't match the mobile inspection. It took much longer for me to pick up this truck then it should have. The drop off process was also very slow. Poor service and organization at this location.
