    Angry bird with onion rings.
    Joseph S.

What a fantastic place to be. There are so many good looking options. I went with the Angry Bird sandwich and onion rings. My wife got the same sandwich with loaded fries. The chicken was so perfect. The sauce was great, too. This hits different compared to other chicken sandwiches you've eaten already. I'll definitely be back for their wings.

With a name like "Cluck Norris", I'm almost afraid to write a bad review about this place. Fortunately, I don't need to. The Angry Bird sandwich was darn good. The chicken was pounded thin, which I like. It was tender and juicy inside and crunchy outside. The sandwich was good sized with the bird hanging over the edge of the bun. I expected it to be spicier based on the sandwich name and description of the ingredients: secret spice blend and a spicy ranch dressing. It did have a little bit of a kick though. The Budd Dairy Food Hall seems like a great location for this type of food. I appreciated the food ordering process. Once I ordered, I could find a seat and wait comfortably for a text letting me know when my order was ready. No need to stand around the counter impatiently waiting with all the other customers. Now that I know about Cluck Norris, I'll watch for them at other locations when I'm in the area.

One of the food stalls inside of Bud DairyFood Hall Amazing chicken with great breading. If you like a little heat get the Norris sauce.( buffalo sauce ) Service is normally quick but they are one of the more popular places inside Bud Dairy, so sometimes they do get behind.

Our first time into the food hall and it was awesome. Loved that you could find a seat, order a drink and order your food on the app. It texts you when the food is ready and you can have someone run down to get it while not losing your spot! My husband is the only one who ordered from Cluck Norris this time. I was unsure if the Angry Bird sandwich would be too spicy for me. He ordered it. It was just the right amount of spicy. I would definitely order it for myself. It was crispy and large. They have you a good amount of delicious fries too. They were so nice there. My husband collects stickers for our garage and they were so kind to give us some for free. We will be back for sure!

Wow! This place is inside Budd Dairy and will forever be my favorite! The batter and flavors are perfection! Everything is fresh and tender and just fantastic! We usually order the original sauce (which has some spice) and a bbq sauce that is really good too! We cannot help to get a basket of tenders each time we are here! They are addicting lol We will DEFINITELY be back!

The name itself is what drew me in, but the fries and sauce are what's really saving this review. Cluck Norris is a chicken spot in Budd Dairy. They serve tenders, chicken sandwiches, and fries. The good: I was a big fan of the sauce, the most spicy one actually had a really nice flavor instead of just tasting hot like most hot wings sauces do. The breading on the chicken was also top notch, super light and airy, not overly greasy (It reminded me of tempura). The fries were also delicious, not too salty and a great portion. My beef with cluck norris was the chicken itself. The chicken was really soft when biting into it, I didn't love the mouth feel at all, it was almost like melting in my mouth soft. Also, apart from the sauce there was absolutely no flavor in that meat or batter. No salt, no pepper, nothing. I know they're new and it seemed a lot of the staff working there is new to the cooking scene so maybe they just need some time to improve the product. I'd like to give them another try, maybe next time I'll go with a chicken sandwich because those had boys looked amazing coming out.

The name, of course, caught our eyes first. Hilarious!! They offer a nice selection of chicken (fingers, popcorn, wings, sandwiches), plus sides like fries, onion rings, slaw, fried pickles, and the like. We decided to go with the Buffalo Soldier sandwich and a side of onion rings. The portion size on both was quite generous, and everything was delicious. Both the chicken and onion rings were crispy and had a great texture. This is located in the Budd Dairy Food Hall, and there is seating available both inside and out at umbrella tables on the patio. A parking lot is available.

If you get anything here, get the Angry Bird sandwich. My favorite chicken sandwich in Cbus!

Wow! I had an amazing experience here at Cluck Norris. I've tried the food before and it was so tasty so I wanted to try it again. I ordered the 5-piece chicken tenders for $9 and it was so filling! The chicken came out warm and fresh and it was great. The bbq sauce was very sweet which I enjoyed. It wasn't a long wait at all Thursday evening at 7. However, the highlight was my server! Her name is Rosalba and she is just so wonderful. She is so kind and sweet and such a hard worker. She went out of her way to make my experience the best. She's fantastic! I hope whoever works there / runs the place knows how awesome she is! You have a good one there. Will be coming back!

From the name alone, I had to try this place out. It's located on the first floor of Budd Dairy Food Hall. The menu is simple, which is all I'm looking for when it comes to chicken. I ordered the five piece with barbecue sauce. It took around 10 minutes or so to get the food, but they were quite busy. Budd Dairy has it set up so your phone gets a text when the food is ready. It's very convenient! The chicken was pretty dang good! I loved the crisp, outer coating. After trying tenders from numerous restaurants, sometimes the chicken doesn't stand out. But this chicken had its own flavor and I'm a fan! You'll need some napkins for sure, as it is a bit greasy. I can't say I would get the barbecue sauce again though. It tasted a little bland. I'd try the honey mustard next time. Overall, this is a place I'd return to and recommend!

These chicken sandwiches are deeeeelicious! I tried 3 handhelds: the Cluck Pao, the Black Belt BLT, and the Angry Bird. Each one was different and unique. I loved the peanut butter on the Cluck Pao! There are so many great places to eat at in Budd Dairy but make sure you check these guys out!

Good variety of chicken sandwiches! We tried a few and my favorite was the Angry Bird (also their most popular). Crispy, juicy chicken, great sesame seed bun, and fun atmosphere at Budd Dairy. It's worth checking out!

    Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

We stopped by Budd Dairy on a busy and rainy Saturday evening. This was our first time actually getting food here. Overall, it was kind of disappointing. We decided to sample from a few places and I'm sorry to admit it, but this place was our least favorite of the three locations was tried. We got a pork sandwich and the angry chicken (I think that's the name) and both were super dry. Specifically, the chicken was very stringy and there wasn't enough by means of condiments to help it out. The pork was about the same, a bit more palatable, but kind of lackluster. We asked for a side of mayo and was told it would be .75. That's not a big deal for a homemade ranch or sauce, but that seems kind of wild for mayo- especially for a sandwich that was crying desperately for any type of extra sauce. I wanted to really like this place, but I have no inclination to come back. Honestly, the three stars may be a little generous.

This place was described as a farm to table chicken joint and also mentions being "rooted in the flavors of the locally loved Uncle Nick's Greek Fried Chicken". I am not totally sure what that reference means, but I can say the food and chicken was good. I had the medium heat fried chicken sandwich and went with mac and cheese plus the mashed potatoes and gravy for my sides. Everything was good. Mashed potatoes needed some salt and pepper and I never add salt to anything, but after that and pouring some gravy on them it was perfect. The heat level on my was great. I went with Medium and may try the Nashville Hot next but that medium was a just right. My partner loves fried chicken and ordered the two-piece meal with a wing and breast, no heat, and enjoyed it as well. No complaints there. Service was the best. The guy that took our order was so personable and friendly and walked us through the options. After we ordered, even brought the food to the table once it was ready. Everything was hot and fresh. Soda machines were down but sure they'll get it fixed soon, and the restrooms were worn and really cold, but none of that was a big deal really. Overall a good experience and a solid option if you are craving some fried chicken or looking for a good chicken sandwich. Tiny, carryout only, though there are a couple of tables to sit while you wait or maybe to eat a quick lunch. Super friendly staff. Fairly short menu; all the good stuff. I wasn't famished and didn't want to wait for chicken or fish, so I got an assortment of sides thinking that would be quicker. They fried up the okra right then, though, and had a steady stream of pickup orders coming through the door, so it still took 10-15 minutes. It was okay, though, smelling the amazing scents coming from the kitchen, talking to the staff and customers. I hadn't noticed they have ribs (just a picture, not on the menu) so I might've ordered those. Oh well. $20 I think, or they do combos with sides or fish and sides. Anyway. I got fried okra, and it was a big portion and absolutely amazing. No need for any sauces, tasty on its own. Perfectly crisp. Baked beans: my style, sauce so thick you can eat them with a fork. Slightly sweet, mostly savory, very good. Greens (collards) with turkey: outstanding. Tender but not floppy, nicely seasoned. Cornbread: soft, sweet, crumbly, topped with butter. Yum. Geechee rice: seasoned, bacon and sausage, very good. And black-eyed pea salad. I like black-eyed peas but had never had them in a salad. These were great: plump, with bits of tomato and cucumber and onion, in a vinegary dressing. Again, yum. Enough food for two meals. They gave me the side plate special, three sides and cornbread, which helped with the price. I was headed home and not thirsty so I didn't get a drink, but based on conversations with other customers I missed out on the lemonade and sweet tea. I'll be back for those and maybe a rib-fish combo. And to try the mac. Get here if you can!
