Smash burger
Beverly T.

Went to Chili's for SF Niner game last night. The J team (James and Janette) were fabulous and very welcoming. Very engaging customers too with a friendly ambiance. They are fast and extremely on point with their service. The 3 for me meals are an awesome deal. I had the smash burger. Can't even get this value or quality at fast food restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Cajun Pasta (Chicken on Side) & Chicken Fajitas
Tvisha G.

I haven't been here in a while, so we decided to come eat here. We came during happy hour hoping for some good appetizer options, but there were only drink specials. We ordered chips and salsa, Cajun pasta with chicken on the side, and chicken fajitas, along with a strawberry lemonade and a margarita. The chips were good, but the salsa was pretty thick. The fajitas came with four tortillas and fillings but no guac, which was a bit disappointing. The chicken was also really plain and unseasoned. The pasta tasted good though, and came with garlic toast. Service was nice, but the restaurant was really loud and crowded, with football games playing on the screens. We ended with the chocolate molten cake, which was a large portion and tasted good, but could've been warmer.

Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo

My fiancé and I visited last Wednesday night for dinner and everything was perfect. We sat at the bar, and even though there was only one bartender, she was super fast and friendly. I don't think I ever had an empty drink and our chips and salsa truly were bottomless. I ordered the chicken crispers with broccoli and macaroni and cheese, while my fiancé ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was perfectly hot and crispy. Hot tip: put your broccoli into your macaroni and cheese. It's divine. The atmosphere was exactly as you'd expect: not quiet, but not overwhelmingly loud. Everything was clean, and we left with happy bellies!

Boneless wings

Took the kids here tonight before we're going to see a movie. We were seated promptly, and the drink orders were taken really quickly. I haven't been to chili in several years, so I went to my go to item of the Cajun chicken pasta. It was good just as I remembered it. The endless chips and sauce were good. The chips seemed really fresh and warm. The kids like their food one chicken strip meal the other got some of the boneless wings. We also got a half rack of ribs meal they were decent The server was decent. The waiter didn't come around much to check on us. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms both the men's and the women's were really not kept well. Definitely could use some attention in this area.

Chips and salsa

I returned to Chili's for the first time in over 15 years after meeting up with some friends for a snack and catchup. We visited between 7:45 PM and 9:30 PM on a Monday and went with the "Pick 3" combo with ribs, jalapeno cheese sausage, and chicken crispers. The crispers were good, though not quite as airy and crisp as I remembered. However, the sausage portion was disappointing, it seemed to be just half a link cut into small pieces. (see my photo). The ribs were a bit dry and overcooked, though the BBQ sauce helped. The fries were just as I remembered but a tad on the salty side. We also ordered the bottomless chips and salsa. Our first basket, after the top layer of chips was mostly crumbs, and while the second basket was much better with intact chips, it took 10 minutes to arrive. We had a hard time flagging down our waiter. As for drinks, the dragonfruit and blackberry margaritas were extremely sweet; I'd recommend asking for half the syrup. Service was mediocre at best; it was quite slow, and we struggled to get our server's attention for basic water and drink refills. When it's time to pay, they place a payment machine on your table where you self-pay with a credit card. There is also an option to join their Chilis rewards program. The restaurant definitely showed its age. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to Chili's in the future.

Happy Hour Oct 2025 Mon to Fri 3- 6
Ranie A.

Positing an updated happy hour menu. Mon to Fri 3 to 6pm The drinks are discounted but no happy hour food.

I never post reviewed but I absolutely got ripped off. Got the Margarita Chicken and received maybe a quarter of a chicken breast. I also got the cajun pasta, I use to love it but they make the sauce weird now.

Joshua S.

Honestly not too bad food and the service was good for me. I had low expectations and it was slightly better than I expected it to be. Not sure if it's worth the price though. The little devices at every table with the games and bill paying option are really cool. I guess it was on the salty side but I expected that so I was not surprised.

Long over due, has been their frequent flyer for over 2 years. Sign up for free and get free crumbsous crunchious chip and salsa for free. If I'm not looking for anything fancy, but want a meal that is fast and hearty, Chili's is my go to place! I usually sit it the bar section. Service is typically great! Food is consistently good. Most recently I got the deluxe chicken sandwich (with bacon and honey mustard) with fries and a side of chips and salsa. Exactly what I wanted! More than enough food (I went home with leftovers). I can't ask for much else than good food, convenient location, and great service!

John T.

Food was nice and a great price. However a LARGE but. I used my AI on my smartwatch to see if Chilis played football games. Therefore I eagerly went for the Thursday night football game. I even told the front person I needed a TV viewing screen seat. I said I'll be right back. Then lost my table to another guest. Finally I sit and order the $10.99 burger special. I told my server i was there for the game mainly. And gave her a 40% tip. I even offered to make her a $2 rose (origami style) I asked for a receipt twice. Then she asked me to vacate my tiny 2 seat table as they were busy and sit at the bar. I can't drink booze as I recently had a stroke so the bar was an UNcomfortable choice. So I left. As I left I looked inside and saw about 10 empty tables. No receipt! The only saving grace was the game was the lowly Falcons vs Tampa Bay and the food as always was delicious.

Delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger - cooked perfectly
Cheryl M.

It's been awhile since I've dined at any Chili's with no particular reason. Met up with a friend for a weekday lunch and had a wonderful dining experience from the friendly and attentive staff to delicious food. My friend ordered the lunch combo so it came with a burger and fries, chips and salsa and a beverage. The chips have changed (in a good way) since I last visited and addictive! Light, thin, airy and not greasy. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and I have to say it was nicely prepared like a smash burger...crispy edges, nice char, yet juicy with great flavor. We were both pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the burger and lightly-seasoned, crispy fries. Service was excellent. Luis, our server was friendly, efficient, with plenty of follow up which is a rarity these days. The day manager, Roxanne even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. Really appreciate the customer service! No complaints and look forward to a future visit. Plenty of lot parking. Pricing for lunch with drink, tip/tax: $20/person

Ferhat G.

It's a good place to go for a nice dinner. The service was good. The atmosphere was pleasant.

The menu is large, with savory and sweet, and out server Eda was excellent and attentive. The table was set up with plenty of condiments and lots of half-and-half, which was was great. I usually have to ask for extra. I ordered coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. When the juice arrived, a large glass, I almost downed it at once, it was soooo good. The place has a full bar, and they offer a tasting sampler of four spiked iced coffees - fun! One problem with the menu - the omelettes are all four egg! That's huge. I was afraid to order one, thinking that I'd waste half. I got the basic two eggs with sides (with "potatoe" written on the receipt, ha!) When it arrived, it was clearly more than two eggs, perfectly scrambled. The wife ordered avocado toast, which was a beautiful presentation. It was DIY, with unadorned toast, a little bowl full of avocado topping, additional sliced avocado, two sliced hard boiled eggs (the menu said it would be one - see a pattern here?) and crispy hash browns on the side, instead of fruit. Everything was delicious and well presented. I can't wait to try more dishes there, but come hungry!

They had a lot of great drink options, and we tried quite a few. The espresso martini was great, and the lavender drink I got was really good too. Overall, though, we would all probably pick the yellow drink over the others. The food itself was incredible. I got the corn ravioli pasta, which was sweeter than I expected, but I should have guessed that from the ingredients. It was still delicious. The jambalaya was by far the best dish at the table, though. Absolutely incredible. The Chinese noodles also had an amazing presentation. I've never seen something like that before, and they tasted amazing too. We really enjoy Main St. in Pleasanton and hadn't tried Elia yet so we decided to make a reservation and come here on a Monday evening. This restaurant is gorgeous! It's very charming yet fancy at the same time. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. To be fair, it was a slow Monday and there was plenty of seating. We opted to sit outside due to the nice weather. They brought us waters and bread to get started which I appreciated. For drinks, my wife went with the Cab and I chose an old fashioned. Both came out promptly. For appetizer's, keep in mind they're not very large portions and can take a bit to come out. I suggest 1 appetizer will be enough for two people. Order more than you think you need if you're hungry or it's a larger party. Since it was later in the day, we both chose salads for our entrees. They were delicious! We also had the meatballs which were okay. Nothing too exciting but if you made sure to include some of the white sauce in each bite then it gave it a little extra pop! After seeing so many amazing photos of the lamb chops I had to try them. I asked for medium rare but received rare. Not too big a deal but for the price, you should expect to receive them cooked to order. There was a nice char flavor to the outside and a rich juicy taste on the inside. A few of the cuts were rather chewy. I tried it but didn't finish since it wasn't what I had expected and I'm fairly certain it made me and my fur babies sick. (I fed the rest to my dogs when I got home and they got sick) The final disappointment came in the form of two small pieces of cheesecake that cost $30+ and carried a bitter aftertaste. I thought I was imagining it and asked my friend to confirm, and he did. The blueberries on top were unimaginably sour and it seems like they just slapped some grape smuckers jelly on top. Not to mention a chunk was missing from one of the cheesecakes. If you have the money to waste and want a nice place to relax their outdoor seating is pretty cosey. A nice place to enjoy some cocktails with friends if you are in the mood.
