Chili's is a guilty pleasure for our family, and we had another filling and delicious lunch over the weekend. We demolished all the food that came our way (see pictures!). My favorites were the honey chipotle chicken crispers, buffalo boneless wings, and the queso dip. The missus enjoyed the southwestern egg rolls, our girls liked the mini sliders and fries and went crazy for the molten chocolate cake! This was our first time at this location, and we had dinner here on Valentine's Day. Our server, Alondra (apologies if we misspelled her name), was amazing! She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff at Chili's was also very attentive and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious! We ordered the classic chicken nachos and steak tacos, and both were absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu! read more

The service was friendly and the burger we ordered was juicy and delicious! I would come back for that bacon burger! The grilled chicken salad however was just ok. I felt like it was missing something. We also ordered the triple dipper we chose the mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and sliders. The Nashville hot sauce on the mozzarella sticks was not spicy enough, but still yummy. This is a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. read more

Bartender Alaysia didn't even acknowledge my friend and I. We were sitting there for an hour so I asked for a drink menu and she checked in with the lady next to us but ignored us. She was hiding behind the register on her phone. Horrible service. We had already been served & paid for our first round of drinks when we were sat at a booth. We then moved to the bar top to watch the game because the tvs weren't working. Getting her attention was just difficult because she refused to make eye contact. I don't expect from Chilis, but at the bare minimum, she should've at least asked us if we wanted to order anything else. If I could give 0 stars I would. We left right before half time because it was just ridiculous. Do better, hire better bartenders. Chili's has changed. I've come here for lunch a few times in the past few weeks and it's just incredible. The food is great and exactly how I remember it. The prices are on par or cheaper than the "fast food" equivalent (especially the lunch pick 3 menu). The food comes out quickly and the staff and service is great. Enjoy the sit down atmosphere for a quick meal, then get back to your day. I was used to the Chili's from 10 years ago where I wouldn't get my order for sometimes a whole hour (we would time it). Two weeks ago I was here and got my meal in maybe 10 minutes. Chili's now is all of the nostalgia, none of the baggage. The chicken crispers have changed, but it's still good and if they had to change to make them faster I'm all for it. The chicken sandwich is like a bigger, better version of Chick-Fil-A's. The Arnold Palmers are killer. We've been telling everyone to check out their local chili's, it's worth it! read more

This visit which was actually 3 weeks ago was no where near what we had over 2 months ago. The restaurant was very clean & wasn't too busy at all for a Sunday evening but you would think it was b/c service was pretty much on the slow motion side & our server was not as attentive , slow on the refills slow delivering the check , just overall he had no sense of urgency! We asked for separate check from the very start & there were only six & he only had to split 5 but you think it was a big party literally 20 minutes to split 5 checks. What the heck w/ the salt & peppers no condiments on the table . He handed us a community salt & pepper grinder which was sticky so we had to wipe it down ! YUCK!!! Our server was a nice guy just one mode SLOW! The food came out hot the burgers were perfect & fries were hot . No manager presence , our last visit Diane was on the floor & talking to guest this visit , we were questioning was there actually a manager in the restaurant??? It didn't seem like it . Even if it's slow it's a good time to check on your guest . I'm sure we will be back but more than likely only when Max ( bartender) & Diane ( mgr.) are there. He even helped out with helping me charge my phone!! I appreciate his hard work and effort! We ordered the Triple Dipper 3 appetizers we chose 1Southwest egg rolls Crispy flour tortillas, chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, spinach. The burgers were cooked right, juicy meat with soft buns. The fries , chips and salsa were better than most restaurants.

I'm giving 5 stars for an overall experience. We celebrated a 5 year olds birthday party with 12 people. We called ahead and they set up for 5pm. We had an amazing time. Everyone was super nice and the service was outstanding. The manager kept checking on us throughout the meal. 8 employees came over and sang happy birthday. The birthday girl was static. The only issues were. -The steak for the fajitas is not very tasty. (The rest was good). They held our cake and provided plates and forks. -when customers order iced tea bring the sugars in advance or with the tea. Customers shouldn't have to ask for it. This it!! Worst service experience I've had in years. 15 minutes to have a server come and take drinks seemed excessive considering half the restaurant was empty on a Sunday night. Ordered a burger and specified no grilled onions, only for grilled onions to be there. Server only wanted to pay attention to 1/3 of area he covered and was more interested in talking with patrons at tables whom he knew including having conversations while cleaning tables. I also did not receive any silverware and had to ask. Did not have a chance to get a single refill on drink because server would disappear and had the awareness of a Pringle chip. When the server finally returned to my table I was given two boxes that I didn't ask for and was told to have a good night as if I was done with my food, I just wanted a refill but I figured since I was rushed out it was time to go. Spent another 20 minutes trying to pay the check but the table kiosk from 2012 did not allow me to pay the check. Where was my server for help? Your guess is as good as mine. After finally resolving the check the server decided to half apologize and laugh at me spending my night sitting in a booth not able to pay for food that was served wrong. Front of house seemed very unprofessional and more concerned with having personal conversations by the bathrooms outside the kitchen more than caring for the people eating. I don't know if Chili's had a hiring event near a local McDonald's but seems they hired that entire staff and brought them over to run front of house. I went there on my lunch hour and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The deep fired chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease and was inedible. I didn't have time to reorder so I paid for a lunch a did not eat and left hungry to go back to work. I asked for a refund on my meal but I'll probably only get a portion of it. We met our grand daughter here for a late lunch yesterday. When we entered, the server asked us if we could sit in the bar area as she was the only server. We did, no problem. The food was done right and the service was excellent! Robyn, our server, could be called rockin Robyn as she was on top of it all. Working in the customers, keeping up with our needs like refills on drinks and clearing our table as we finished. It is not very often you see a server handle multiple tables and keep it all right with a smile and she should be commended and maybe evaluate her hourly as she is worth more than you are paying here Chili's! Her food runner kept up helping her get the food out and it was nice to watch it all work so well. I've always come to Chili's with low expectations, and those expectations are typically met. But this recent visit made me delete the app off my phone. The tone of this visit was set by the drunkard (at noon?!?!) at the bar screaming about Cryptocurrency and telling everyone how money is fake because it belongs to whoever signed it (WHAT?!?). Ordered chips and salsa to hold me over until the drunk passed out. Chips made on site, but if you don't separate the tortillas as you put them in the fryer, they're just big clumps of greasy masa. Ordered a full rack of ribs, which is usually what Chili's is known for (you know the song?). These ribs were so dry, I'm sure someone thought to put them in a dehydrator to make jerky. No quantity of sauce could help. This dish came with white cheddar mac n' cheese. Usually good because it's premade and just needs to be reheated, but I think whoever prepared this for me just cut open the plastic bag and dropped them into the bowl because they were ice cold. Finally, the french fries, which are typically pretty decent, were completely freezer burned. How many times are they taking the bag of fries out of the freezer, letting them mostly thaw, then throwing them back into the freezer to get them this freezer burned? My mom's freezer has fries in it that are probably a year old that aren't this freezer burnt. This was hands down, the worst, most embarrassing, completely revolting, visit to ANY fast casual restaurant I've had. This Chili's makes Applebee's seem like Michelin star material. read more

Bland costumer service by our waiter. We got the drink handed by the manager like we were at a backyard party, already wasted lol (he handed two old fashioned held in one hand with a "here". Where do I start? It's been a long time since I visited a Chili's so I decided to try Chili's "3 for Me" to get reacquainted. To my surprise, the food and service were good. We hit a pothole when it was time to pay. The $10.99 meal came to over $15.00 before adding a gratuity. My math shows that the bills should have been just over $12. Even with a 25% tip, it would barely reach $15. At this Pleasanton, California location, the kiosk on the table did not provide details so we paid and left. Several weeks later we returned for lunch and asked about the additional charges. We were told, "We may have selected PLAY on the kiosk and it charges you $1.99". WTH? As for the food, it was not as good as this second visit. But we were properly charged for our meals. I'm going on another Chili's hiatus. You almost had me back. read more

With past experiences at their other locations, I did not have high expectations here. Our server was attentive and checked on us a couple of times. I went in person to order takeout for the first time and they actually have a to-go area on the left side of their main door. The inside was pretty big and the service was ok. The cashier was quite confused when I asked for the sides option as I ordered a 3 for me set takeout. I saw that online have the option to choose corn instead of fries but they told me I couldn't. It wasn't a big deal and I just ended up getting a 3 for me with the big smasher burger, fries, chips and salsa, and a soda. There was a bit of wait time since it took almost 30 minutes for my order even though there wasn't anyone but it could be also because I went when they just opened. The burger was my favorite of this meal! It's juicy and really flavorful with all the toppings. The fries and salsa were decent and they gave me a huge bag of chips! Did I come here just for the triple dipper? YES. Those mozzarella sticks are sooo good. Probably one of the better ones I've ever had. It had such a nice cheese pull to it and was so good with the marinara sauce. I came with my bf on a Saturday because they have happy hour all day, but to my disappointment you need to be seated at the bar, which they didn't tell us. In addition the mozzarella sticks, we got the sliders and the Nashville hot chicken. The sliders were pretty average, there wasn't anything special about them but they weren't bad either. The chicken tenders were extremely salty though. I would probably order something else the next time I come . I will start by saying the Livermore location is absolutely MID and made me give up on chilis restaurants. However, this Pleasanton spot keeps people in line because the food is much better, comes out much faster, and the service and servers are way more cool and on top of it. It's been ages since we've been to Chili's but decided to show our son where we dated. The santa fe chicken salad was spicier than expected! I gulped down a lot of water in result. It was good but not sure if it normally was supposed to be so spicy. (Son said, "what did you expect mom. The restaurant name is "chili's"!) My son and husband got the burger and fries which they were both pleased with. We enjoyed the bacon and jalapeno toppings that came on our son's fries. I went to Chili's over the weekend with some friends, and ordered a drink listed on their menu (Texas ranch water). I attached a photo of what was brought to the table! It seemed to be a shot with margarita mix. After flagging our waitress over, she seemed to know it was about the drink, since she stated she didn't know what a Texas ranch water was. She took it to the back and shortly after brought out the same drink I had been served with the addition of ice.
