Keegan is hands down the best bartender this side of the Mississippi! He's quick with the service, personable, and can even school you at pool or darts. Only flaw? He's a Niner fan, while we're Raider Nation! But hey, we tip him well anyway. Cheers to Keegan! read more

Damn! So many great people here! Lifetime friends. All you can ask for. Ask Rhonda. Chris and Amber have karaoke on point! Laaaagittttt!

No frills pub. Local watering hole with affordable drinks and - for the most part - friendly people. I came here initially because I heard they have karaoke nights Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Karaoke nights are more metal/rock-themed, but feel free to sing whatever you like. They also have pool tables and TVs. If I'm being completely honest, this place is more of a three star for me, but I have to bump it up with the way management handled issues I had with a patron heckling me and a former KJ who tried to ban me from the bar because my presence upset his girlfriend. Management stuck their neck out for me both times, and I truly, really appreciate it. Thank you, Gallagher's, for creating a welcoming space, and I'll be back on a future karaoke night. read more

Honestly, I've never had more fun for St. Patrick's Day (Weekend). This event is top notch from afternoon til early hours of the morning. The service is beyond impeccable. If you're ever looking for a great Irish restaurant and bar in the Bay look no further and yes it's worth the drive...Uber or Lyft. read more

This place is a Dublin staple. Is it 4 star like high quality? Not so much, but it is definitely 4 star what you'd expect from a neighborhood bar. They've got the regulars you'd expect to see, experienced staff, pool tables, karaoke night and live bands. Drinks are okay, You're not going there for the craft cocktail experience. read more

We only just found this place with our friends last Friday - right when we are moving out of the area!! Wah. This is the perfect "dive" bar but not really "dive" as in dirty/dark/filled with miscreants. This bar is filled with colorful characters, live karaoke, collection of Leprechans, couple playing Lord of the Rings card game at the next table and nobody giving them shit, The waitress could not have been sweeter, keeping us lubricated with chardonnay and Guiness. (not together) The karaoke regulars were SO talented - many had exceptional voices and the ones that didn't were so earnest that we applauded them louder. They all had their obvious favorite Go To songs and they sang them magnificently. This is exactly a place we would have loved in college, especially the pool tables. But I don't think they would let you use them during karaoke. read more

I'm back for another round of karaoke on a Thursday night. The bar is lively and fun, as always. Such good vibes except for the girl in the black hoodie vaping... smh... a bit disappointed that they didn't address the girl vaping indoors... No... a lot disappointed. But I love this bar so much that I refuse to dock them a star. My favorite nights are the nights when KJ Richie Rich and Eric is working. KJ Richie Rich is such a sweet and kind DJ. And Eric, the bartender makes the best drinks! Plus, he's super sweet too :) This is our go to on Thursday nights when the karaoke mood strikes... read more

I've been here with coworkers and another time on a date. Friendly bartenders offer good service and pour cheap drinks. Plenty of bar games including giant jenga which was great fun on my date, although the blocks are clearly home made and gave splinters. I guess that's just part of the adventure. Would return read more

If you grew up in this area, you know about this gem. Great happy hour and super chill vibe that hasn't changed in 20 years

Good chill place and I enjoyed my time there. I want to go back when they have karaoke and see what it's like, I think the first time I stopped by kinda early. read more

So glad we found this hidden gem! Best Bloody Mary and michelada to cure a hangover and Sunday football on multiple screens with multiple games. Family owned for 40 years. Hard to find places like these in the bay. Great stop on the way to a game if you're passing through. read more

We went looking for a place to play pool on a Sunday night and stumbled upon Gallagher's. I loved that it wasn't crowded, the pool tables and cues are in good shape and the tables are quarter operated. Food wasn't horrible but we had a few drinks so didn't matter, cool vibes from a chill dive bar, we all had a great time and will be back. read more

Went to Gallaghers pub with a group of friends for a night of music, Halloween costume contest and karaoke. It was so disappointing, head banging heavy metal music for three hours, no costume contest and no karaoke while our group was there. That was the whole point of going there. Plenty of people in costumes..bar thinned out by 10 pm. We might try again just for the benefit of the doubt. Shouldn't advertise if you can't fulfill! read more

Came in for a drink on a Friday night. Sat at the bar. No hello. No 'I'll be right w you' Bartender just spent her time talking to another customer. Bar phone is ringing. Over and over. Bar tender made to attempt to answer the phone or serve anyone After 20 min (was watching my phone to see how long it would take to get a drink) she still talking to the same person. Not once did I get offered a drink If your on the wagon this is a great spot. You'll never get served. But I'm not on the wagon. Left after 20 min Poor service read more

If you want to ease into your day, stop in Gallager's from 10-2. Mosey around and look at what makes an Irish Pub. You might even get away with an Irish song or two on the jukebox. You don't have to impress anybody...just relax. read more

Update -- I just found out they censored their jukebox to keep away swearing from the bar. Still love it here but let's all just agree that's a really dumb decision from management considering it's... A BAR. Say what you want about Gallys, as someone who has been going there for the last 2 years this will always be "my bar". The regulars and bar staff always make the place feel warm and inviting. Best time to go will always been karaoke nights, there's a perfect mix of amazing and awful singers every week that make it never ending entertainment. Rhonda and Eric have had my back several times when I needed it, Gallys wouldn't be half the bar it is without them. read more

I cannot thank the Galleghars Team enough for such an amazing birthday venue!!! I wasn't sure my Cholo/Chola Theme party would fly. But without hesitation I was told I could live my best life. : ) They provided me with an awesome dj, and taco man referral. All of my guest had the BEST time!! The dj was prompt and played great music. The taco man was also prompt and served amazing tacos and agua fresa. The bartenders handled all 40+++ of my guest quickly, professionally and with a smile! The owner was extremely responsive and helped ensure I had everything I needed to make my event successful. Thank you all again!!! My Cholo/Chola Theme was amazing!! It was a very happy birthday to me!!! read more

Gallagher's is a solid local hole in the wall bar. There's plenty of parking given they're in a shopping plaza. We usually go here to play pool since there isn't a LOT to do in Dublin. The only thing I'm not super fond of - they never give you an itemized bill for your drinks. I'd def like to know how much am I paying for each item vs a total bill. read more

Best hole in wall in dublin! Service is great. Drinks are great. We loved the atmosphere.

I just want to start off by saying I've never had a problem with the service or quality of drinks here. Everyone has been nice and drinks were made quickly. The main issue I have is the fact that they have a Back The Blue flag hanging in their patio. Very disheartening to see a local company support hatred read more

I'm reviewing it for what it is. If you're looking for an upscale lounge, want a "mixologist" to spend 10 minutes making you a custom drink, or want a chain where you can get every cliche appetizer in the world, this isn't it. What is this place? -It's a solid local bar that's been around for a few decades. -It's a place where you get a few pints or a few simple shots. It's a place where if you go a few times everyone will know you and you'll know them. -It's a place where instead of taking my ID, card, or a promissory note, the bartender opened a tab just based on my name. It's a great little spot. High ceilings. Good size bar counter. Not many tables. I imagine on busier nights lots of standing. They have two pool tables and my fave part which is a digital jukebox (LOVE the music that was going on in there). I even threw on a little Toto "Africa". Being my first time, the bartender mentioned coming back for karaoke on Tues or Thurs and frankly I can't wait to. read more

Gallagher's Dublin Pub - Space dust IPA. Legit - Pubs Near Me - Dublin, California

This place is not the worlds greatest bar, but it is what it is. If you accept that and are ok with an average at worst beer selection, you are fine. Sometimes solid bands come here though it gets cramped and the St. Patrick's day celebrations though not the level of a savannah, Georgia trump any suburb I have ever seen. Not too many creeps but locals for sure. This and evie's are the only true local hangouts remaining in Dublin after Dublin pub closed despite their seemingly equal location, bigger menu, better stage, better outside seating, and more TVs. So Gallaghers must be doing something right to overcome those disadvantages. read more

Gallagher's Dublin Pub - St patties 2016 - Pubs Near Me - Dublin, California

Apparently this place has been in Dublin for 30 years and from what I could tell is a local favorite. The bartender and patrons are really nice though they did stare at my buddy for a few minutes after walking in. We were on a mission to check out the different bars that Dublin had to offer. Beer prices are average but what caught my attention was free pool all day long on Mondays, typically you pay $1 a game but Mondays it's totally free!! read more

Gallagher's Dublin Pub - Pubs Near Me - Dublin, California

Great lil Irish pub/dive bar. Free pool on Monday and only $1 a game every other day. Very clean and bathrooms are nice for a bar. All the bar tenders are great and my favorite is Joanna on Tuesday and Wednesday. They got a great DJ Jon Jeezy on Saturday. Karaoke every Thursday, Friday and some Sundays with DJ's Richie Rich, Nor Nor and Chamber Greystone. Special events like chili cook offs, birthday parties, business meetups, Mardi Gras, the fattest St Patrick's day event in the entire Bay Area. There is a sip and shop/night market hosted by Island Woodz once a month from 3pm to 9pm with food and craft vendors from around the bay. Happy hour specials are Monday thru Friday from 3 to 7. 4 large tv's around the bar for sports and entertainment. I'm a local and this is by far the best spot in town. read more

I came here on a Tuesday randomly. It's karaoke night on tues and thursdays I learned. Very fun crowd. Very "UP TO DATE" Mix. When I say that I literally mean there was a beautiful blonde, a funny business man, couple college kids all in the same building. It's not so bad on a Tuesday. I guess I'll see what's up on Thursday. read more

I had some fun here a while back, I've only been here once but I had a lot of fun. They had a large bar area where mostly older folks hung out. My coworkers and I made some good use of the pool table, it was easy to get drinks, and we ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Pretty good dive bar, if I remember right I think the drinks were fairly inexpensive. read more

Came by with the boyfriend after running an errand to get something at the Dollar store. This place is right next to Round Table pizza. It's your local neighborhood bar. Classic vibe. Playing classic hard rock on the juke box when we went in. Nice touch to have free coffee for the patrons. For my taste, I like the Dublin Sports bar a bit more because of their choice of beers. But I can see the appeal of this place also for alot of the locals. read more

By far, my favorite place I've visited on this business trip. We wanted to go to a place with Karaoke or a place to have fun! This place has Karaoke on Tuesday's and Thursdays... we came on Wednesday, but we had a BLAST! Environment: very much an Irish pub vibe! There are pool tables and it's a u shaped bar. Lots of seating and a juke box! (Which we utilized!) Staff: the bartender was the best!!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was very welcoming, superior customer service skills, very fast, accommodating, and funny! Drinks: they were great and SUPER AFFORDABLE! I asked for pickle-backs for my friends and he went out of the way to get it for us. The shots were quick and the drinks were delicious. This is not somewhere you go to be super Pretentious. This is a place you go with a friend or want to make a friend, relax, and just have a good time! (Like cheers) I would definitely go back here again if I'm ever in town! I would recommend people going here to have a great time!! read more

I been here a couple times keep trying to get them the chance i thought they deserved and continued to be disappointed.
