The people who run this place keep this place tidy and clean as evidenced by how quickly they cleared my glass and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I missed the rock n' roll memo, but amazingly talented singers including the KJ himself. The sound system can be pretty loud especially the bass, so ended up keeping my ear plugs in. My only major reservation is how the karaoke queue is managed. Couldn't help but notice the bartenders and some patrons who generously tipped got to sing multiple times in a row. One of the patrons tipped $20 and sang three songs in a row. In comparison, I got one song in in the span of three hours. I kind of expected the place to start clearing out after midnight but ppl stuck around and seemed to be having a good time. If you're not into rock n' roll/metal karaoke, they also have pool, shuffleboard, and darts. I do like the KJ and the patrons here, though in the future, I'll just set the expectation that I'll get one song in and set a curfew for myself.

He was upfront that the kitchen was backed up and food might take 20-25 minutes. We ordered simple breakfast items, but our food didn't come out for almost an hour -- and when it did, it was cold. The avocado toast was tiny, and the bacon was so hard it was tough to bite into. For the price, the quality and wait time just weren't worth it. The waiter did his best, but the overall experience was disappointing. We won't be eating there again.

We were told to add our names to the waitlist and that someone with an iPad would come over to help us. While we were waiting, I went to grab some food, and my boyfriend sat down at an empty table for literally a minute while waiting for me and for the employee with the iPad. The table was completely empty. Instead of helping us, multiple employees came over and repeatedly told him to get up and leave. He politely explained that he was waiting for me and that we had been told someone would come add us to the waitlist, but they continued speaking to him rudely and insisted he leave the seat immediately. At that point, we stepped outside to wait. We then tried to order drinks, and one of the employees told us she would send a server over. A man came to us, introduced himself as the manager, and told us they could not serve us any food or drinks because we didn't have a reservation. We explained that we had already asked to be added to the waitlist and that we were happy to wait or follow whatever process was required--we simply wanted to watch the match like everyone else. He walked away and later came back saying he had "spoken to the manager," despite introducing himself as the manager just moments earlier. Then he demanded that we leave. After spending 30-40 minutes being ignored, pushed away, and treated like we weren't welcome, we were completely shocked. We weren't causing any problems. We simply wanted to have dinner, order drinks, and watch the game. The worst part happened at the end. I told this whoever is that liar guy was (server or manager) that I'm not leaving without finishing my drink because I paid for it . Right after without asking for my permission, that same employee took my drink directly out of my hands, turned around, walked away with it, and then yelled at us to leave immediately. I have never experienced such disrespect in any restaurant. I've worked in restaurants myself, so I know what professional hospitality looks like. This was the exact opposite. Your customers are the reason your business exists, yet your staff treated us as if we were an inconvenience instead of paying guests. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The staff were rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy and not get disappointed by service and servers. I would have gladly called the police, but since we had already spent half the day dealing with this bullshit and missed out on enjoying the match, we decided to just go somewhere else.
