This is a review of happy hour on a Monday. I was promptly greeted by the hostess and led to the bar area for happy hour that was 3pm-5pm. It was pretty much empty so we had very fast service. The bartender was friendly and really great. Delarosa has indoor and outdoor seating and it's a decent size seating area for being in a strip mall. That being said, all chairs they offer are quite uncomfortable. Whether you sitting on stools at the bar with no backing, the stools at a table with no backing, or the cheap feeling chairs with no padding at the tables. The happy hour drink menu is pretty limited. I can't say I was a fan of any of the drinks. I got the cauliflower with aioli. It was very salty and just not impressive. I also got the margarita pizza. I assume the happy hour pizza is smaller and for $8 it's a pretty good deal. The pizza tasted good and I would get that again. All in all: the customer service was great. The happy hour drinks are not for me. The chairs are uncomfortable and makes it feel like they don't want you to be staying for long. There is very limited things I would go back for.

I had high hopes for this spot because I've heard many good reviews from people. The menu offers a good variety of pizzas, pastas, and appetizers. It's nested in a family friendly area with nice outdoor seating if you enjoy people watching. My server was friendly and welcoming. The pizza itself could have been a bit crispier. Unfortunately I couldn't finish it because I found a piece of hair or eyelash on my pizza. For me, this restaurant wasn't too memorable for me and I have had better Italian food elsewhere.

Amazing desserts and large variety of vegetarian food. Loved the experience. So lively a location and also service was quick and relaxing. The server was knowledgeable and knew exactly what would be best for me as I don't eat no meat no fish. We ordered margarita pizza with burrata and also few desserts. We went with friends and was so much fun. Greeted when we entered and it felt very warm. Desserts were my fav

I was surprised I found parking in the lot, typically it is pretty crowded and you have to park upstairs. I had dinner with a friend. It wasn't super busy and we were offered a table in the corner which was great for catching up. We started off with the beets salad, pizza artichoke, spinach, red bell peppers and added sausage, it was good. We also had the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza and dessert but remembered the salad.

When dining at Delarosa with my fiance last week on 2/11 for an early Valentine's dinner, I definitely felt that we were overpaying for vibes more than outstanding food or service. I ordered the mushroom pizza (funghi misti.) My fiance ordered the spinach and artichoke pizza, and we split an order of cacio e pepe fries. The mushroom pizza: I really wanted to like this more. Unfortunately it was super dry...so much dryness that I couldn't even really taste the fontina, and the crust was so hard that I found myself dipping it into the sauce that came with our fries to chase it down. I wished this could have tasted a bit richer. The spinach and artichoke pizza: Again, the super dry crust was pretty bland. The leftovers (doctored up with additional olive oil and spices) tasted much better than eating it fresh. The fries: these were the redeeming part of the meal. These shoestring fries had a generous amount of cracked black pepper and a decent amount of grated parmesan cheese. Our server was friendly enough, but when we asked questions, I got the feeling that we might have been annoying him. Perhaps this was an "off" night for them. The interior is pretty chic and I appreciate the cleanliness. When the weather is warmer, it looks like it could be a sweet al fresco dining spot. Overall, there were definitely some opportunities to improve.

Wow the inside is pretty cool plus I love the long table style and the service is so freaking fast. They were so patient with us while we waited like forty minutes for our friend to join us before we ordered. It was like we blinked and food suddenly appeared on the table. We did family style so got to try a little bit of everything. Food: - margherita pizza: 4/5 delicious nothing bad but nothing unique - bartender's special: 4/5 super good but also super spicy so I move the chillies off and omg love the burrata - penne primavera: 5/5 we have a vegetarian so we got this dish and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was and the mushrooms gave that meat texture so I get it. My pesto hating friend also thought this was delicious and went in for thirds - shrimp and lobster ravioli: 3/5 bro the look on our faces when we saw it it was five pieces of ravioli for $26 it tastes good but never getting it again - fritto misto: 5/5 can't go wrong with fried food - arugula salad: idk because I didn't eat it but my friends enjoyed it!

I was pleasantly surprised when we had a graduation lunch at Delarosa. The menu is concise but well crafted; just a few pasta and pizza selections. The selections though are carefully and imaginatively crafted which made me like Delarosa a little bit more. We were more than a dozen in our party. But we were properly accommodated with the long tables conducive for a family affair. Since the menu was limited, we practically ordered everything in the menu. Our server added that the food was for family style sharing. I highly doubt it: a 'sharable' pasta dish is a single order at Olive Garden. It would say sharable for two at the most. What really surprised me was that all the pasta that came to our table is pretty good. We had multiple seconds on their Penne Portobello. Prosciutto de Parma and Hot Salami pizza were such a delight. Delarosa score high marks because the price is very reasonable given the quality of food.

Always safe and great option when in the LOT and specially with kids!! We have been here multiple times now and recently ordered the crab cake, shrimp linguine pasta and veggie and artichoke pizza and all the food was delicious specially the pizza. Even kids enjoyed eating the spaghetti marinara pasta. Highly recommended!

Pretty yummy Italian food with great service in a family friendly vibrant setting. Had to wait for a bit since it was a Friday and it filled up pretty quickly but having the outdoor area to hang was helpful especially with a toddler. Recs: Get the crab arancini, Margherita pizza, pappardelle bolognese, and the linguini gamberi- everything was super fresh, hot and delicious! Wish we had room for dessert.

I found this place and it was near the hotel I was staying at so I made a reservation. When I got there I probably didn't need one. It was for dinner. It was really busy but it's a big place and they still had a lot of tables . We were seated right away and next to the kitchen, where all the servers came out with the food. It really looks like a chain restaurant to . It looked clean. I had to wait for two of my party and the server brought me an iced tea. The rest of my party got there and we ordered. I got the frutti di mare. It looked nice but had no flavor at all. It was so bland. I had to add tons of cheese just to get some flavor out of it. I was so disappointed. I was going to return it but not really a place to do that. My wife got the pappardelle and she liked it. I guess I should of changes it. My friend got the margarita pizza and it was just ok. Oh well an off day? who knows

I love the location of this restaurant especially the outdoor patio. such great selections as well for food and drinks. the spritz were all yummy and the food? excellent! the meatballs were delicious, and the chicken was so tender! and you can never go wrong with garlic bread. we got a spicy pizza with a burrata topping and wow the best combo!! the service was alright, we did have to flag down our server a couple times to get their attention. other than that, everything was great.

We came on a Friday night. We made reservations in advance. This place does get busy. They have a pretty big dining area and an option to dine outside. Our server is friendly and recommended some dishes to us. I ordered the penne pasta. The pasta was ok. I thought there was not enough sauce. We ordered a margherita pizza for the table. That was pretty good. My friend ordered the ravioli, but it was pretty small. There were about 5-6 raviolis, it did not fill him up. He was still hungry. My husband ordered frutti di mare. He didn't really like it. It was bland and most of the clams did not open. Not fresh. We decided to try Delarosa, based on the good reviews. Our experience was not great. It was a little disappointing.

The place was super lively and honestly pretty packed during my visit on a week night. The lounge itself is on the smaller side, but cozy. I like the concept, there are wire racks on the wall and each table has a little wooden game board on top (mine was Chinese checkers), such a cute touch and makes the place feel a bit more interactive. Their signature cocktail menu has a lot of options, but since it was our first time, we asked the bartender for a recommendation. He suggested "Meet Me In Pearis" since we wanted something vodka-based. The drink took about 10-15 minutes to come out, which felt a bit long, but it looked like he was the only one working, serving two big parties plus a few tables, so I get it. Service overall was still good and he was nice the whole time. For the drink... honestly, it didn't really wow me. Both the flavor and presentation were pretty underwhelming. It kind of tasted like a glass of sangria to me. I guess with "Artisanal" in the name, I was expecting something a little more unique or elevated. Overall, great location, nice vibes, and I like the interior concept. Service was solid too. Just wish the drink matched the same level. Probably wouldn't come back, but glad I got to check it off my list.

One of the patrons tipped $20 and sang three songs in a row. In comparison, I got one song in in the span of three hours. **Review 11.22.2025**…read more My family and I came to Bishop Ranch for the Christmas Tree lighting. We were a bit late to know so my brother made reservations for dinner here. I've been to their location in La Jolla and am thankful to know that their quality is still the same as in SD. Service: a bit of a cluster. We guessed they were understaffed... the employees were both working the movie theater, the restaurant, and the bar. I think our server was one of two for the night. Our server - whom we didn't get his name - was friendly and very efficient. We were there at 4:45 pm so whoever was serving during that time and day - mad props to him. He was friendly even if he was definitely under duress. We ordered a bunch and everyone liked their food. I ordered the Korean BBQ Hanger Steak and it was delicious. It was cooked medium, just like I requested, tender and well seasoned. I wished it came with rice (yes, the Filipina in me - and the bro said to ask a side of it next time.) My family also was able to avail Happy Hour drinks so that was cool. I had the Aperol Spritz - it's not the way they make it like in Europe but it would suffice. Though fair warning, it was pretty strong! We were going to order dessert but we were running low on time b/c of the tree lightening. Overall, they're still working out the kinks of transitioning from the Lot to Zentril. They might want to add more staff - this location is very open and wide - it seems cruel to just put two servers on a busy Friday night with something going on inside the center. Will definitely visit again and hopefully their staffing issue will be sorted out by then - fingers crossed!

Horrible experience and I never will go back and this is not the first time there has been bad service with wrong orders before. I believe in giving chances because every restaurant can have a bad day, but this seems to be continuous and now they even have a very limited menu. Not worth my time, my money or anything there. To drink, we had passionfruit mimosas, the maitai (the non-classic one), the chi chi, and the painless (mocktail). All were delicious and beautifully presented. To eat, we shared the Spam musubi. Another lovely presentation! The ratio of Spam to rice to seaweed was balanced and came with a tasty sauce drizzled overtop and a different one on the side. For brunch entrees, we had the ube waffles (one as is and one with chicken katsu), the kalua pork breakfast sandwich? And the poke bowl. The ube waffles are unique and delicious! They are topped with whipped cream, ube syrup, and a fresh fruit salsa; all complemented the waffles well. The chicken katsu was perfectly coated in panko and fried well. The poke was refreshing and came with crunchy pickled vegetables, edamame, and avocado; which was a healthy and tasty brunch dish! The Kalua pork breakfast sandwich was hearty and savory, and the potato salad completed the plate nicely. We finished our meal with the Hula pie. Must get, even if you don't have room! If you're looking for a great brunch spot with delicious island inspired food and a lovely patio (dog-friendly), make sure to check out Kaia's!

Once you enter in the bar, go to the right, they'll give you a stamp on your hand, and then you can head downstairs. There are many lounge areas, and small tables & chairs to sit and drink at. There are also pool tables to use for free! There's also a DJ that plays GOOD r&b, hip hop, pop, and even some throwbacks too! The DJ that night took song requests and even gave a shoutout to the birthday girl in our group too. The cocktails were good, and I'm sad I didn't take pictures of it (had too much fun). The waitress will come to your table and you can order there OR you can also order at the bar. When I ordered at the bar, the waitress was so nice and helped me bring the drinks over to our table. I also had a taste of the fries, and the cups and guac and it was tasty too! There's some parking right infront or a parking lot behind the bar. I will definitely come back!

They were about 10-15 other guests but the places so big and spacious that it almost felt like we had a place to ourselves. There's a spot for a DJ/music and I can only imagine that they have some great shows here. The bartender was attentive, and while they weren't very personable you could tell that they knew several of the regulars. I didn't drink anything fancy, bourbon neat, but it was a fair pour. You order food separately. We are fish tacos, wings & nachos. The fish was fried and coleslaw had a touch of mayonnaise but not too much. This was my favorite dish. The wings of the nachos or what you expect, definitely flavorful and cooked well. We liked the crowd and will definitely be back to listen to some music and check out the lounge downstairs.
