Prince was fantastic. Drinks were phenomenal, we ended up getting a ton of drinks. Including their tropical themed drinks, Zulu bliss, the kraken, hot girl summer, hot girl summer, and the moon rip. The best place to go. Themes change every few weeks.

Thank you, B! My new favorite Bartender! Your drink recommendation was on point. My 1st time was a great experience. I'll be back soon!

My girlfriends and I chose The Fat Pigeon to celebrate belated Galentine's. No ragrets! Only good vibes here. The theme was The Wizard of Oz at the time and the decor in the establishment looked wonderful and whimsy. The staff were amazing, the drinks creative and food *chef's kiss.* I'm pretty sure the ube cheesecake was in my dreams that night lol I recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I've been searching for a place that serves high tea and found out about this place online. This bar is located in Downtown Livermore. There is street parking but very limited even on a Monday evening. We found street parking around the block. I do want to mention that parking is limited to 2 hours max during the day until 6pm. The bar is next to several eateries, similar to Downtown Walnut Creek. We came here on a Monday evening so it wasn't busy at all. At first I thought the bar was closed! There were no customers when we walked in, it almost felt like we had the whole bar to ourselves...well, we were the only ones there, aside from the staff. The decor was amazing. When it came to the movie, they did not miss! Everything was decorated in Wizard of Oz theme, including the bathrooms. It cost $60/pp + gratuity ($24), which includes 2 pots of tea, a pastry tower (Yum!), 2 chicken skewers, and a slice of tiramisu cake. Our server/host was very knowledgeable of the tea blends. We had to select 2 out of the 4 choices. I recommend the green tea blend (this was very light and easy on the stomach) and a caramel blend. We also ordered a drink from their cocktail menu: Good Boy of Oz, which I also recommend. Overall, the service, themed decor and entire experience was exceptional. I'm glad that I found this place.

Beautifully decorated bar and especially delicious drinks. If you are looking for an immersive experience with kind and friendly staff, definitely add The Fat Pigeon to your list. We have spent many times here whether stopping by for a quick drink or celebrating big life moments. I appreciate how they change their decor every few months with so much intention (I'm constantly finding new hidden elements each visit!). Most importantly, staff is extremely professional, pleasant and provide great menu recommendations. My friends and I are now a few cities apart but still opt to gather for drinks and catch up here

The service was amazing with a great ambiance full of lively friends and couples enjoying their drinks and the music. A good place to go out with good vibes overall it's the perfect place to de stress and catch up with friends. Expect dancing and a great dj with beautiful decor

This place is absolutely great, highly recommend it. There are a few things that are a bit annoying about it but beyond that I look forward to coming back. I highly recommend making a reservation first and foremost, however there is no-show fee per person so you have to ensure that your entire party is there on time The ambience and drinks is really what makes this place so special, especially during the holidays. So much beautiful decor to take in and appreciate. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive however, the night we came, we definitely must've had someone new because she was a little bit of a space cadet and all over the place, insisting that I help her with their POS system, that she couldn't figure out herself, but thankfully her team mates stepped into support us and corrected some of her mistakes

This review is so long overdue I am about to be ready to fire the next one when I go back during Christmas season! lol We went here after some wine tastings at the local wineries. I saw a video on this place that decorate during the holidays and it looked really neat so we stopped by. We were here on a weekend , earlier in the afternoon so it wasn't packed. Decorations were cool, feeling the Halloween spirt in the air. The drinks were fun and tasty and the vibe was chill. Staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend !

I had friends from out of town so I took them here! No comment on food because we were here for drinks and to have Christmas all in our faces! You need reservations but I took a chance and showed up anyways. Luckily, there was seating. Thanks Santa! Every single inch of this place was decorated. Christmas threw up in here and I kinda liked it. Drinks were on point and tasty with the Holiday theme. You do get free Santas with purchase so look closely! Overall it was a fun night. Ho ho ho!

The Fat Pigeon is a perfect holiday themed bar in downtown Livermore! They have amazing Christmas decor and delicious holiday themed drinks. It is quite cozy in here, so the perfect spot to come for an evening drink with friends or family! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a good time with lots of cheer.

This is my holiday tradition and this year the service was superb! Destiny our server was the best. We ordered the charcuterie board, chicken and tri tip skewers and ended with a decadent chocolate ganache cake, that was so delicious. I had the Krampus cocktail that was refreshing with a bit of spice. As always the holiday decor was extravagant and whimsical. It's best to make reservations so you're not waiting for a table. We weren't rushed or given a time limit. It was an enjoyable time and great way to start the "2025" holiday season.

We visited the fat pigeon a couple times during the Halloween pop-up and loved it! Very creepy (in a good way) and my family had a great time. The drinks and food were very good, as was the service. One of the evenings they also had a DJ mixing music which was a lot of fun. Making a reservation online was easy, and it's recommended to book in advance if you want to visit around a major holiday. Only thing is they have limited non-alcoholic options and run out of them quickly. Because those drinks are premade, they don't remake them when they run out, so my husband couldn't get a fun mocktail and had to settle for a soda. Not the end of the world, but something I hope they could consider adjusting for the future.

Finally made it out to the Fat Pigeon! Made reservations for the High Tea experience during their Wizard of Oz theme for a Saturday date night. Recommend making reservations in advance especially if you want to sit in the couch area. Prince was our curator and made it a fun and interactive experience. You get your choice of 2 teas and a tower full of delicious sweets and sandwiches. Experience lasts for about 90 minutes and we enjoyed every bit of it. The decor is so well done you really get the full immersion into the wizard of oz. Even the restrooms are themed. lol We will definitely drop in again when we are in town and can't wait to see their next theme.

First off, this is NOT on the staff working. We genuinely felt bad for them. Management thought it was a good idea to schedule ONE bartender and ONE server on a packed Saturday night. The entire place was chaotic, customers were visibly irritated, TVs throughout the restaurant stopped working, and the poor employees were drowning trying to keep up. The stress was palpable that made the experience stressful and not enjoyable. Absolute management failure. At one point I used their self-pour beer wall and poured myself half a Modelo only for it to come out warm I was able to find another beer that was actually cold... but still charged for the warm one. The food was somehow even worse. We ordered the barbacoa nachos, wedge salad, and a kids burger with fries. The kids burger was the only edible thing. The wedge salad was drowning in ranch like someone emptied the whole bottle on it. Tomatoes tasted old and gross. Then came the nachos... tiny portion, bland chips, barely any cheese, no mango salsa like the menu claimed, and the "barbacoa" -- if you could even call it that -- was tough, fatty, and completely inedible. $74 later for one appetizer, one salad, one kids meal, and 1 1/2 beers. We only tipped because we felt bad for the server. We will NEVER be back. Thanks for ruining our Mother's Day dinner.
