SUCH awesome service!! Stopped in after girls' dinner for drinks and catch-up time. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the indoor decor is super cute with total tiki vibes, but it was a pretty evening so we snagged an outdoor table. Perfect for people-watching: right by the street, but not so close you're dodging traffic! We arrived early enough on a Friday that we were seated immediately. The drink menu has something for everyone, including mocktails (huge plus!). I went with the Mango Bubbly Beach Bum, complete with a little umbrella and twisted straw - as cute as it was delicious. Pro tip: they have heaters outside, just ask and they'll bring one right to your table. The servers and bartenders were so attentive - even sitting outside, we were never forgotten, which I really appreciated. The best part? When we paid, our server told us not to leave just yet, something was coming. The three of us were side-eyeing each other trying to figure out who planned a surprise. Spoiler: it was the bartender (I believe his name is Prince - didn't catch it that night, but other reviews confirmed my suspicions)! He brought out mini shooters in this volcano-looking contraption, sprinkled it with cinnamon, and it did a fireball thing that was SO cool. He even remembered we ordered mocktails and made them non-alcoholic. Such a thoughtful send-off! Downtown is officially our new girls' night spot, we'll definitely be regulars. 10/10 would recommend!

Kitchy-themed bar with interesting drink glassware! I met up with my GF's to have drinks... good drinks... very good drinks. This place have wonderful icy margarita's, be sure to add shots of hard liquor to turn them into a cocktail. The favorite drink of the night was the Pigeon POG drink, it was tasty, fruity and had good top shelf liquor! Buzz!! The food menu was limited but necessary since we didn't have dinner. We ended up order the following: :| Charcuterie board - I've never seen cheese cut up to a size that would should serve squirrels. The few slices of cured meat was kinda sad. But we love the effort and the honey comb that pairs great with some stinky cheese. :( Tri-tip skewers - I would skip this. It came out over cooked and underwhelming. :) Hot honey flat bread - I did enjoy this dish. Never had honey on cheese bread before. Come for the drinks! Not the food. Then chill on their fun furniture and enjoy!

I keep seeing The Fat pigeon on social media for months and decided it was time to check it out. It was pirate theme this summer. I saw a few drinks I had to try. The one I started with was the one in tbe cone glass. I can't remember the name but it tasted like melted sherbet ice cream, very sweet. My husband got one that had grapefruit. He was not a fan but I did. He doesn't like too sweet drinks. We hot the pizza and the shrimp. The pizza was good. The crust was crispy enough. The shrimp was fine but not something I would need to get again. Service was ok, we had to get their attention a few times. I'd come back if the have a cool theme.

I've been intrigued by the idea of this bar that completely changes themes every few months, and I finally had a chance to try it with a few friends. The current theme is Lost on Pigeon Island, and it waa both island-y and pirate-y at the same time. The atmosphere was super fun and cute, and we were seated at a low table with two couches. However, the music was quite loud, making conversation a bit challenging. In addition to their cocktail menu, they also have interesting mocktails, which can be turned into cocktails with a shot of alcohol. I chose the Golden Sunset, which was light and refreshing. We ordered some items for the table to share, including a bowl of olives, which came out piping hot, with a little bowl for the pits and toothpicks all around. We also ordered a stuffed spinach flatbread, which was served with a dollop of tzatziki. It was very tasty, but I do wish they'd been a bit more generous with the tzatziki. We ordered the chicken meatballs, which came with little pieces of garlic bread. I found the meatballs to be a little bland, despite the marinara sauce they were served in. I'm looking forward to trying The Fat Pigeon again, when they have another theme!

Such a fun bar! The drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a night out with friends. I'll definitely be coming back!

I've been searching for a place that serves high tea and found out about this place online. This bar is located in Downtown Livermore. There is street parking but very limited even on a Monday evening. We found street parking around the block. I do want to mention that parking is limited to 2 hours max during the day until 6pm. The bar is next to several eateries, similar to Downtown Walnut Creek. We came here on a Monday evening so it wasn't busy at all. At first I thought the bar was closed! There were no customers when we walked in, it almost felt like we had the whole bar to ourselves...well, we were the only ones there, aside from the staff. The decor was amazing. When it came to the movie, they did not miss! Everything was decorated in Wizard of Oz theme, including the bathrooms. It cost $60/pp + gratuity ($24), which includes 2 pots of tea, a pastry tower (Yum!), 2 chicken skewers, and a slice of tiramisu cake. Our server/host was very knowledgeable of the tea blends. We had to select 2 out of the 4 choices. I recommend the green tea blend (this was very light and easy on the stomach) and a caramel blend. We also ordered a drink from their cocktail menu: Good Boy of Oz, which I also recommend. Overall, the service, themed decor and entire experience was exceptional. I'm glad that I found this place.

Hands down one of the best places to go to. Love B as our bartender. Great drinks, love the atmosphere.

My friends and I had some time before an event so we decided to stop by here for some drinks on a Friday night. Thankfully we were still early enough to get seating. The inside is small but decorated nicely according to the theme. Drinks were also on theme. I really like how their cocktails change every season so I get to try something new every time. Still is one of my go to spots for good drinks downtown.

This place is absolutely great, highly recommend it. There are a few things that are a bit annoying about it but beyond that I look forward to coming back. I highly recommend making a reservation first and foremost, however there is no-show fee per person so you have to ensure that your entire party is there on time The ambience and drinks is really what makes this place so special, especially during the holidays. So much beautiful decor to take in and appreciate. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive however, the night we came, we definitely must've had someone new because she was a little bit of a space cadet and all over the place, insisting that I help her with their POS system, that she couldn't figure out herself, but thankfully her team mates stepped into support us and corrected some of her mistakes

This review is so long overdue I am about to be ready to fire the next one when I go back during Christmas season! lol We went here after some wine tastings at the local wineries. I saw a video on this place that decorate during the holidays and it looked really neat so we stopped by. We were here on a weekend , earlier in the afternoon so it wasn't packed. Decorations were cool, feeling the Halloween spirt in the air. The drinks were fun and tasty and the vibe was chill. Staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend !

I had friends from out of town so I took them here! No comment on food because we were here for drinks and to have Christmas all in our faces! You need reservations but I took a chance and showed up anyways. Luckily, there was seating. Thanks Santa! Every single inch of this place was decorated. Christmas threw up in here and I kinda liked it. Drinks were on point and tasty with the Holiday theme. You do get free Santas with purchase so look closely! Overall it was a fun night. Ho ho ho!

The experience begins in a small glass-enclosed entryway where you're greeted before the hostess is notified by radio. Moments later, the glass door opens, revealing a beautifully designed speakeasy with an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The space offers comfortably spaced bar seating, cozy booths, and tables, all surrounded by tasteful décor that perfectly captures the speakeasy era while incorporating subtle honeycomb-inspired touches. The spirit selection is impressive, and the appetizer menu is thoughtfully curated. Their specialty cocktails are creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. We sat at the bar, where our mixologist, Kalika B, was both personable and professional. I always enjoy sitting at the bar when the bartender is willing to share their craft, and Kalika did exactly that. She explained the story behind several of their custom cocktails, the history of some of their spirits, their signature custom ice program, and offered excellent appetizer recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire space was spotless and clearly designed with great attention to detail. It filled up quickly after opening, so I was glad we arrived when we did. Despite the growing crowd, there appeared to be plenty of staff, and the service remained attentive without ever making guests feel rushed. There is only one restroom, but during our visit it was never an issue, and there was no wait. I've been chasing speakeasies for more than 20 years, long before they became as popular as they are today. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to seek out a local speakeasy, so I've experienced quite a few over the years. Honeycomb ranks near the top of my list. It's the perfect size--not too small and not too large--with an outstanding selection of spirits, exceptional craft mocktails, knowledgeable mixologists who truly know their craft, and cocktails tailored to your palate. The atmosphere is elegant yet approachable, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the experience. The Honeycomb Speakeasy in Livermore is truly a destination-worthy cocktail experience. They post their updated schedule and the weekly secret password there since it changes regularly based on bookings. Here's what we tried: Cusco Comb (1000/10): Absolutely one of the best cocktails I've ever had. It was sweet, strong, and incredibly smooth without the alcohol being overpowering. I loved it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. I would honestly come back just for this drink alone. Honeycomb After Dark (9/10): Such a fun twist on an espresso martini! It reminded me of a Vietnamese coffee with a boozy kick. As the ice cream melted, the drink became even creamier and more delicious. Gin & Tonic (6/10): I'm not personally a gin and tonic fan, but my sister really enjoyed it. She thought the ratio of gin to tonic was spot on. Fries (6/10): Super crispy with a great texture, but they were a little too salty for my taste. The only downside is that there's only one bathroom, so keep that in mind if it's busy. If you're looking for a great spot to grab drinks in downtown, I highly recommend this speakeasy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the cocktails are outstanding, and the service is consistently excellent. I'd probably skip the food next time and eat somewhere else beforehand, then come here to enjoy the amazing drinks.

I wish I had ordered an appetizer, like the deviled eggs or brussels sprouts, as it would have rounded out my lunch well and it would have been more filling. First off, this is NOT on the staff working. We genuinely felt bad for them. Management thought it was a good idea to schedule ONE bartender and ONE server on a packed Saturday night. The entire place was chaotic, customers were visibly irritated, TVs throughout the restaurant stopped working, and the poor employees were drowning trying to keep up. The stress was palpable that made the experience stressful and not enjoyable. Absolute management failure. At one point I used their self-pour beer wall and poured myself half a Modelo only for it to come out warm I was able to find another beer that was actually cold... but still charged for the warm one. The food was somehow even worse. We ordered the barbacoa nachos, wedge salad, and a kids burger with fries. The kids burger was the only edible thing. The wedge salad was drowning in ranch like someone emptied the whole bottle on it. Tomatoes tasted old and gross. Then came the nachos... tiny portion, bland chips, barely any cheese, no mango salsa like the menu claimed, and the "barbacoa" -- if you could even call it that -- was tough, fatty, and completely inedible. $74 later for one appetizer, one salad, one kids meal, and 1 1/2 beers. We only tipped because we felt bad for the server. We will NEVER be back. Thanks for ruining our Mother's Day dinner.
