Came here for dinner after work with my coworkers and we had a great time! We went on a Friday and it was pretty busy, however our waiter was always checking up on us and making sure we got what we needed. I returned to Chili's for the first time in over 15 years after meeting up with some friends for a snack and catchup. We visited between 7:45 PM and 9:30 PM on a Monday and went with the "Pick 3" combo with ribs, jalapeno cheese sausage, and chicken crispers. The crispers were good, though not quite as airy and crisp as I remembered. However, the sausage portion was disappointing, it seemed to be just half a link cut into small pieces. (see my photo). The ribs were a bit dry and overcooked, though the BBQ sauce helped. The fries were just as I remembered but a tad on the salty side. We also ordered the bottomless chips and salsa. Our first basket, after the top layer of chips was mostly crumbs, and while the second basket was much better with intact chips, it took 10 minutes to arrive. We had a hard time flagging down our waiter. As for drinks, the dragonfruit and blackberry margaritas were extremely sweet; I'd recommend asking for half the syrup. Service was mediocre at best; it was quite slow, and we struggled to get our server's attention for basic water and drink refills. When it's time to pay, they place a payment machine on your table where you self-pay with a credit card. There is also an option to join their Chilis rewards program. The restaurant definitely showed its age. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to Chili's in the future. read more

Took the kids here tonight before we're going to see a movie. We were seated promptly, and the drink orders were taken really quickly. I haven't been to chili in several years, so I went to my go to item of the Cajun chicken pasta. It was good just as I remembered it. The endless chips and sauce were good. The chips seemed really fresh and warm. The kids like their food one chicken strip meal the other got some of the boneless wings. We also got a half rack of ribs meal they were decent The server was decent. The waiter didn't come around much to check on us. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms both the men's and the women's were really not kept well. Definitely could use some attention in this area. read more

Food was nice and a great price. However a LARGE but. I used my AI on my smartwatch to see if Chilis played football games. Therefore I eagerly went for the Thursday night football game. I even told the front person I needed a TV viewing screen seat. I said I'll be right back. Then lost my table to another guest. Finally I sit and order the $10.99 burger special. It's been awhile since I've dined at any Chili's with no particular reason. Met up with a friend for a weekday lunch and had a wonderful dining experience from the friendly and attentive staff to delicious food. Light, thin, airy and not greasy. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and I have to say it was nicely prepared like a smash burger...crispy edges, nice char, yet juicy with great flavor. We were both pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the burger and lightly-seasoned, crispy fries. Service was excellent. Luis, our server was friendly, efficient, with plenty of follow up which is a rarity these days. The day manager, Roxanne even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. I have ordered the triple dipper from many different chilis. I came to this one today and the food was not good. My egg rolls were undercooked. When we asked them to just toasted it more. I ended up losing a whole egg roll when they brought back the food which took about 20 mins. The server was nice and definitely tried to make our situation better. Worst service experience I've had in years. 15 minutes to have a server come and take drinks seemed excessive considering half the restaurant was empty on a Sunday night. Ordered a burger and specified no grilled onions, only for grilled onions to be there. Server only wanted to pay attention to 1/3 of area he covered and was more interested in talking with patrons at tables whom he knew including having conversations while cleaning tables. I also did not receive any silverware and had to ask. Did not have a chance to get a single refill on drink because server would disappear and had the awareness of a Pringle chip. When the server finally returned to my table I was given two boxes that I didn't ask for and was told to have a good night as if I was done with my food, I just wanted a refill but I figured since I was rushed out it was time to go. Spent another 20 minutes trying to pay the check but the table kiosk from 2012 did not allow me to pay the check. Where was my server for help? Your guess is as good as mine. After finally resolving the check the server decided to half apologize and laugh at me spending my night sitting in a booth not able to pay for food that was served wrong. Front of house seemed very unprofessional and more concerned with having personal conversations by the bathrooms outside the kitchen more than caring for the people eating. I don't know if Chili's had a hiring event near a local McDonald's but seems they hired that entire staff and brought them over to run front of house. I did a to go order and Chili's had the 3 for Me: beverage, starter, and entree, plus substitute for a classic margarita for an additional $3.99. I got the smash burger with fries ($10.99), the fries were overly salty, the burger was good, and my starter dish was their house salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. The space for the to go order pick up is on the side of the restaurant with a separate entrance. The staff were friendly, and my order didn't take long. When looking at the glass, it looked like tiny particles floating along the edge of the glass. We didn't even bother to order a new one. We just figured the dish sanitizer wasn't completely rinsed off. And well the friend that ordered it just lost their mood. The rest of us didn't have a problem with our drinks. Continuing my chain restraints review... good spot here and criminally underrated on price I came on a Friday night around 8 and was blown away by how many teens and young folks were here, seems to be the hangout. A lot of smokehouse combos, trio platters, and ribs all around. The appetizer trio thing seemed really popular and we got one with mozzarella sticks, honey chipotle crispers, and the Southwest egg rolls. All were great, perfectly fried and hot. For some reason I just didn't expect the food to be hot but it was and tasty. Very salty, but everything was hot, crispy, and came with 3 nice dips. I was very pleasantly surprised by the food and how the large quantities. The salt content is likely enough to raise your blood pressure but can't win them all. Of course, by good, I mean this is very much a sliding scale weighted for being a chain restaurant. The 3 for me for $11 is really a steal though - my bowl (not just a cup) of enchilada soup was steaming hot and has tons of chicken, the smashburger actually had a ridiculous crust on it was somehow juicy while being well-done. You can upgrade the drink to a marg for $4 which continues a great price to food ratio. Lastly, service was also unexpectedly great. Continuous check ins and drinks came before we even finished ordering with the waiter on apps. As always, appreciate anyone that made it to the end of a long review of a chain restaurant. This was our first time at this location, and we had dinner here on Valentine's Day. Our server, Alondra (apologies if we misspelled her name), was amazing! She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff at Chili's was also very attentive and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious! Bartender Alaysia didn't even acknowledge my friend and I. We were sitting there for an hour so I asked for a drink menu and she checked in with the lady next to us but ignored us. She was hiding behind the register on her phone. Horrible service. We had already been served & paid for our first round of drinks when we were sat at a booth. We then moved to the bar top to watch the game because the tvs weren't working. Getting her attention was just difficult because she refused to make eye contact. I don't expect from Chilis, but at the bare minimum, she should've at least asked us if we wanted to order anything else. If I could give 0 stars I would. Chili's is a guilty pleasure for our family, and we had another filling and delicious lunch over the weekend. We demolished all the food that came our way (see pictures!). My favorites were the honey chipotle chicken crispers, buffalo boneless wings, and the queso dip. The missus enjoyed the southwestern egg rolls, our girls liked the mini sliders and fries and went crazy for the molten chocolate cake! Chili's has changed. I've come here for lunch a few times in the past few weeks and it's just incredible. The food is great and exactly how I remember it. The prices are on par or cheaper than the "fast food" equivalent (especially the lunch pick 3 menu). The food comes out quickly and the staff and service is great. Enjoy the sit down atmosphere for a quick meal, then get back to your day. I was used to the Chili's from 10 years ago where I wouldn't get my order for sometimes a whole hour (we would time it). Two weeks ago I was here and got my meal in maybe 10 minutes. Chili's now is all of the nostalgia, none of the baggage. The chicken crispers have changed, but it's still good and if they had to change to make them faster I'm all for it. The chicken sandwich is like a bigger, better version of Chick-Fil-A's. The Arnold Palmers are killer. We've been telling everyone to check out their local chili's, it's worth it! read more

The restaurant was very clean & wasn't too busy at all for a Sunday evening but you would think it was b/c service was pretty much on the slow motion side & our server was not as attentive , slow on the refills slow delivering the check , just overall he had no sense of urgency! We asked for separate check from the very start & there were only six & he only had to split 5 but you think it was a big party literally 20 minutes to split 5 checks. What the heck w/ the salt & peppers no condiments on the table . He handed us a community salt & pepper grinder which was sticky so we had to wipe it down ! YUCK!!! No manager presence , our last visit Diane was on the floor & talking to guest this visit , we were questioning was there actually a manager in the restaurant??? It didn't seem like it . I'm giving 5 stars for an overall experience. We celebrated a 5 year olds birthday party with 12 people. We called ahead and they set up for 5pm. We had an amazing time. Everyone was super nice and the service was outstanding. The manager kept checking on us throughout the meal. 8 employees came over and sang happy birthday. The birthday girl was static. The only issues were. -The steak for the fajitas is not very tasty. (The rest was good). They held our cake and provided plates and forks. -when customers order iced tea bring the sugars in advance or with the tea. Customers shouldn't have to ask for it. This it!! We met our grand daughter here for a late lunch yesterday. When we entered, the server asked us if we could sit in the bar area as she was the only server. We did, no problem. The food was done right and the service was excellent! Robyn, our server, could be called rockin Robyn as she was on top of it all. Working in the customers, keeping up with our needs like refills on drinks and clearing our table as we finished. It is not very often you see a server handle multiple tables and keep it all right with a smile and she should be commended and maybe evaluate her hourly as she is worth more than you are paying here Chili's!
