This place was ok. We came here at midnight, their website says their kitchen closes at 2:30am and we were starving after a night out dancing and drinks so we were excited to get something to eat! The waitress was really nice and courteous, she said the kitchen closes at midnight. Thankfully we got to order something quick to fill our hungry bellies. Long wait for food and drinks while we seated, waitress was busy entertaining the casino guests. They do have a full bar so we could order any drink or cocktail we wanted, although they do not have a drink menu so if you know what you want you should be good. We got their Korean Burger which came with fries. It was delicious! Juicy Korean patty with pieces of bacon all went wonderfully well together. We enjoyed every bit of it! Good place to grab a late night delicious bite that's not the usual fast food.

Got off work and yelped some late nite food options and stumbled using this gem that's open till 2 am. I didn't want to settle for fast food and I'm soooo glad I found this at 1 am . Called to make sure they were open and hallelujah!!!!! Wonderful nice and welcoming staff from the security guard to the bartender who helped me with menu options. Extremely clean place, nice scented smells in the air and music in the background. Great decorations for the season... great gem . I will probably try out the casino after this meal Prime rib was full of flavor and not bad for a last minute 1-2 am meal. Casino floor was packed and easy going crowd. First time players get a bonus so sign away lol

It's difficult to give a review when part of a large group. Too many kitchens can get overwhelmed by the number of meals that need to be prepared. But on the other hand, you still have expectations of reasonable service, properly cooked food and a good atmosphere. We were at a retirement party for a friend. Some guests pre-ordered meals. Some ordered food while at Bar Tatami and others just stopped by to say hi and congratulations. Some drank, some did not. No doubt that made it very challenging for the staff. Despite an attempt to organize our meals by groups, dinners came out when they came out. It didn't really matter because some of us sat at low two-tops while others sat at the bar. Another group sat at a long high-top that accommodated about ten people. I ordered Prime Rib, Rare with Mashed Potatos. It also came with Steamed Brocolli. She ordered a Strip Steak, Medium Rare with Mashed Potatoes. It came with some Steamed Carrots and Kale. The Veg were good. The Mash glue-ey. Beef was reasonably well-seasoned but somewhat chewy. Service was great when it was available but staff was overwhelmed by our group and a few other customers. I would have liked some horse radish for my Prime Rib but didn't feel like it was worth the effort to catch the bartender's attention. He did help us swap out when my partner was brought a Prime Rib instead of her Strip Steak.

I've been coming here for years, and I've never had a dish here that wasn't too notch. And the bartender/server Bobby makes THEEE BEST blue Cadillac Margarita you've ever tasted.

The best part of this place was our server ok and the food, but our server was amazing. We came on a random day for lunch with some co workers, and the food was actually good. It is connected to a card room, but over all, not a bad spot.

This is a nice hang out spot even if you're not a gambler. Parking can be very hard to come by since it's a popular card room though. I always run into Bobby, the bartender. He's on top of things and takes care of you. Food and drinks are good here and close enough to a lot of businesses if you need to catch a sports game on TV before your commute home.

    Too hungry to wait.

Still rocking that menu, phò?!?, those lollipop chicken wings, killer cocktails, potstickers...but don't get the spring rolls. Not so good. Come here for a pre-game or a happy hour or stay and gamble your life away. That's not my style!

Back in the day when I used to work in the casino (I know, can you believe that?), I used to eat here ALL of the time... partially because it was convenient, but mainly because it was so good. I hadn't been in years and decided to have a date night there about a month ago. This bar is located in the same building as Casino 580. When I walked in, the sense of familiarity rang in my ears. The beautiful Asian inspired decor had definitely been very well maintained and the bar looked as exquisite as it always had. It was extremely dead on a Tuesday night, which worked to our advantage. We sat down and looked at the menu. I was surprised to see some of my old favorites were still available! I have probably tried almost every item on their menu. Some of my favorites include: their chow fun, chow mein, club BLT, Tatami Burger, Korean street tacos, potstickers and their spring rolls. BUT... my absolute most FAVORITE item off of their menu is their Lemon grass chicken satay! The amount of flavor and spice in this dish is just so unbelievable! The lemongrass emanates throughout the dish and the mango slaw has such an amazing complimentary spice. I would crave this dish quite often and it instantly became my go-to. So as you can imagine, I had to order the lemon grass chicken since it had been so long since I'd had it. My only complaint is that I wish the serving size was bigger. It is characterized as an appetizer, but they literally only give you two measly pieces of chicken. But for the quality of the taste, it is so worth it. You have the option of either having mango slaw or white rice and I always get both and end up mixing everything together. You MUST get the mango slaw along with this dish in order to taste the full effect! The service is generally good and the bartenders and hosts are always friendly. They checked in on us several times during our visit that night and even cleared the empty dishes off of our table right after we finished eating. They have a nice sized television that is viewable from virtually every angle of the bar, and they have a nice selection of alcohol. I stuck to my glass of Pinot Noir that night and my date had a gin and tonic. We came around 8 pm that night, so there were plenty of parking spots available. During peak hours and on the weekends, the parking can be a nightmare. I've sometimes had to park all the way up the street because their parking lot is actually pretty small, and it's shared with the patrons at the casino. You may even have the luxury of seeing a few drunkards from the casino! Overall, I really enjoy this cute little bar and I always try to stop by when I am in the Livermore area.

Came here with a friend for a spontaneous late-night Monday dinner - it was one of the few places open around 10pm. It's located in the casino, which had a rather full parking lot when we arrived. We were served 1hr and 20min after being seated. When we were ready to order, it took about 10min to wave and finally get our server's attention in spite of not many people being there. The food (only appetizers) took over an hour to arrive, but once our first appetizer came, the other ones arrived within 10-15min. The server was friendly and apologetic, checking in on the kitchen every now and then and giving us an update about 50min in - I felt kind of bad for her, but the wait was truly long... perhaps we came at an unfortunate time? We ordered 3 appetizers: * lollipop chicken (4/5) - a visually interesting appetizer. In a way, it looked kind of grotesque - 5 heavily fried chicken pieces, each with a broken bone sticking out, hence the name "lollipop". The sauce was a blast of spicy, sour, and sweet, and the chicken skin was crunchy and sauce-infused. Pretty tasty, would've been slightly better if served when hot. * lemongrass chicken satay (5/5) - a redeeming dish. The grilled meat was amazingly tender and soft, and the sweet and sour sauce was a good complement. My friend rated this 9/10, maybe even 10/10. * Korean tacos with spicy pork (2/5) - two small tacos the size of one's pal,, mostly shredded cabbage and bits of tomato, limes on the side. I found this rather bland, but alright. Overall, the food was just okay. It would've been kind of nice as a late-night hangout in Livermore had the wait not been as bad.

It was kind of impressive that this little restaurant is located inside a casino. It's a tiny casino, but an average sized restaurant. The menu selection was interesting, it had a variety of Asian-fusion dishes and new American cuisine. Since the price wasn't bad at all, my coworkers and I decided to try a slew of things on the menu, including the crab rangoons (very good), chicken satay (good), and the tonkatsu hot dogs (my coworker loved them). As my main dish I had the kung pao chicken, which was very tasty. Not a huge portion, but enough to be satisfying. It also looked like they had drink specials. The server was really nice and we talked to the chef for a bit. This place was definitely worth a try, and since I work so close, I'm sure I will be back.

This place is located in a Cardroom and is a pretty nice and quiet place to enjoy a quick bite. The 5 stars is mostly for Paige the bartender. She's attentive and fun to talk to. I eat here regularly for work and always enjoy eating at the restaurant. My favorite is the lollipop chicken and trio shrimp platter

Is there a separate entrance just for the bar/restaurant? Anyone visit here recently? I'm mainly curious about the food.

Separate door to the left of the casino ... can still access the casino down the hall . Very elegant location and wonderful staff

When do they stop and start serving alcohol?

Stop when the bartender thinks/knows you've had too much drink or may ask that you pace your drinking.…

Did they bring back the lollipop chicken wings? They were amazing! Went into mourning when they stopped serving them & haven't been back!

    Yes, they're back ?

The restaurant is really big and we sat at a table for 14 pretty comfortably. We were also here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. The service is your typical Chinese restaurant vibe where you leave a little bit emotionally abused after paying for overly priced menu items. We did the à la cart and easily spent up to $1500. Better off with the family plan meal but nothing was of interest to us except one or two dishes. It took forever to come out and I mean FOREVER to a point where we almost cancelled a few dishes and called it a night, but they kept saying it's being made. With as many people and as massive as the restaurant was, and the price tags, I was expecting a more efficient service. A couple of times we saw our dish being brought to the wrong table and the people going "oh we didn't order this." With all of that out of the way, I am giving them an average score of 3 starts because the food did bring them back up. It was actually really good. My favorite of all things we ordered was their sea bass with string beans. The sea bass was fried crispy, garnished salty and still soft inside. It paired really well with the string beans. We ordered a bunch of other things that I couldn't tell you what the name was in English and they were above average taste wise. Their complimentary dessert however, was mass produced and tasted like they added too much water to it. This was the only one I was disappointed in. I still say this place is extremely overpriced but for a family meal experience and if you ever want to impress a date, why not.

To be honest, Fusion used to be terrible, and I used to absolutely hate coming here. Food was slow in coming, what came out was often cold, the dining room was loud, and service was impersonal, at best. On one visit, half the menu was unavailable, requested silverware was crooked, and numerous glasses, bowls, and plates were chipped or damaged. On another visit, I saw multiple families sneak out of the restaurant, walk to McDonald's across the plaza, and smuggle food back in to tide them over until their orders came. After a while, I wasn't alone in meeting the decree of, "come to Fusion on Saturday," with a groan. However, when HL Peninsula opened in Castro Valley and established itself as a threat to Fusion's business, it served as a wake-up call. Food immediately got better (from "below-average" to "know what to order and you'll be fine"), the speed of service improved, and food temperature became consistent and proper. It's not QUITE a "different restaurant" feel, and there are still some negatives. It's still loud and service could still be better (there have been times where chicken wings have taken over an hour to come out, which is a "should not occur"). However, at least I don't dread coming here anymore.

The experience begins in a small glass-enclosed entryway where you're greeted before the hostess is notified by radio. Moments later, the glass door opens, revealing a beautifully designed speakeasy with an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The space offers comfortably spaced bar seating, cozy booths, and tables, all surrounded by tasteful décor that perfectly captures the speakeasy era while incorporating subtle honeycomb-inspired touches. The spirit selection is impressive, and the appetizer menu is thoughtfully curated. Their specialty cocktails are creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. We sat at the bar, where our mixologist, Kalika B, was both personable and professional. I always enjoy sitting at the bar when the bartender is willing to share their craft, and Kalika did exactly that. She explained the story behind several of their custom cocktails, the history of some of their spirits, their signature custom ice program, and offered excellent appetizer recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire space was spotless and clearly designed with great attention to detail. It filled up quickly after opening, so I was glad we arrived when we did. Despite the growing crowd, there appeared to be plenty of staff, and the service remained attentive without ever making guests feel rushed. There is only one restroom, but during our visit it was never an issue, and there was no wait. I've been chasing speakeasies for more than 20 years, long before they became as popular as they are today. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to seek out a local speakeasy, so I've experienced quite a few over the years. Honeycomb ranks near the top of my list. It's the perfect size--not too small and not too large--with an outstanding selection of spirits, exceptional craft mocktails, knowledgeable mixologists who truly know their craft, and cocktails tailored to your palate. The atmosphere is elegant yet approachable, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the experience. I loved it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. I would honestly come back just for this drink alone. Honeycomb After Dark (9/10): Such a fun twist on an espresso martini! It reminded me of a Vietnamese coffee with a boozy kick. As the ice cream melted, the drink became even creamier and more delicious. Gin & Tonic (6/10): I'm not personally a gin and tonic fan, but my sister really enjoyed it. She thought the ratio of gin to tonic was spot on. Fries (6/10): Super crispy with a great texture, but they were a little too salty for my taste. The only downside is that there's only one bathroom, so keep that in mind if it's busy. If you're looking for a great spot to grab drinks in downtown, I highly recommend this speakeasy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the cocktails are outstanding, and the service is consistently excellent. I'd probably skip the food next time and eat somewhere else beforehand, then come here to enjoy the amazing drinks.
