This place was ok. We came here at midnight, their website says their kitchen closes at 2:30am and we were starving after a night out dancing and drinks so we were excited to get something to eat! The waitress was really nice and courteous, she said the kitchen closes at midnight. Thankfully we got to order something quick to fill our hungry bellies. Long wait for food and drinks while we seated, waitress was busy entertaining the casino guests. They do have a full bar so we could order any drink or cocktail we wanted, although they do not have a drink menu so if you know what you want you should be good. We got their Korean Burger which came with fries. It was delicious! Juicy Korean patty with pieces of bacon all went wonderfully well together. We enjoyed every bit of it! Good place to grab a late night delicious bite that's not the usual fast food.

Got off work and yelped some late nite food options and stumbled using this gem that's open till 2 am. I didn't want to settle for fast food and I'm soooo glad I found this at 1 am . Called to make sure they were open and hallelujah!!!!! Wonderful nice and welcoming staff from the security guard to the bartender who helped me with menu options. Extremely clean place, nice scented smells in the air and music in the background. Great decorations for the season... great gem . I will probably try out the casino after this meal Prime rib was full of flavor and not bad for a last minute 1-2 am meal. Casino floor was packed and easy going crowd. First time players get a bonus so sign away lol

I've been coming here for years, and I've never had a dish here that wasn't too notch. And the bartender/server Bobby makes THEEE BEST blue Cadillac Margarita you've ever tasted.

It's difficult to give a review when part of a large group. Too many kitchens can get overwhelmed by the number of meals that need to be prepared. But on the other hand, you still have expectations of reasonable service, properly cooked food and a good atmosphere. We were at a retirement party for a friend. Some guests pre-ordered meals. Some ordered food while at Bar Tatami and others just stopped by to say hi and congratulations. Some drank, some did not. No doubt that made it very challenging for the staff. Despite an attempt to organize our meals by groups, dinners came out when they came out. It didn't really matter because some of us sat at low two-tops while others sat at the bar. Another group sat at a long high-top that accommodated about ten people. I ordered Prime Rib, Rare with Mashed Potatos. It also came with Steamed Brocolli. She ordered a Strip Steak, Medium Rare with Mashed Potatoes. It came with some Steamed Carrots and Kale. The Veg were good. The Mash glue-ey. Beef was reasonably well-seasoned but somewhat chewy. Service was great when it was available but staff was overwhelmed by our group and a few other customers. I would have liked some horse radish for my Prime Rib but didn't feel like it was worth the effort to catch the bartender's attention. He did help us swap out when my partner was brought a Prime Rib instead of her Strip Steak.

The best part of this place was our server ok and the food, but our server was amazing. We came on a random day for lunch with some co workers, and the food was actually good. It is connected to a card room, but over all, not a bad spot.

This is a nice hang out spot even if you're not a gambler. Parking can be very hard to come by since it's a popular card room though. I always run into Bobby, the bartender. He's on top of things and takes care of you. Food and drinks are good here and close enough to a lot of businesses if you need to catch a sports game on TV before your commute home.

    Too hungry to wait.

Still rocking that menu, phò?!?, those lollipop chicken wings, killer cocktails, potstickers...but don't get the spring rolls. Not so good. Come here for a pre-game or a happy hour or stay and gamble your life away. That's not my style!

Back in the day when I used to work in the casino (I know, can you believe that?), I used to eat here ALL of the time... partially because it was convenient, but mainly because it was so good. I hadn't been in years and decided to have a date night there about a month ago. This bar is located in the same building as Casino 580. When I walked in, the sense of familiarity rang in my ears. The beautiful Asian inspired decor had definitely been very well maintained and the bar looked as exquisite as it always had. It was extremely dead on a Tuesday night, which worked to our advantage. We sat down and looked at the menu. I was surprised to see some of my old favorites were still available! I have probably tried almost every item on their menu. Some of my favorites include: their chow fun, chow mein, club BLT, Tatami Burger, Korean street tacos, potstickers and their spring rolls. BUT... my absolute most FAVORITE item off of their menu is their Lemon grass chicken satay! The amount of flavor and spice in this dish is just so unbelievable! The lemongrass emanates throughout the dish and the mango slaw has such an amazing complimentary spice. I would crave this dish quite often and it instantly became my go-to. So as you can imagine, I had to order the lemon grass chicken since it had been so long since I'd had it. My only complaint is that I wish the serving size was bigger. It is characterized as an appetizer, but they literally only give you two measly pieces of chicken. But for the quality of the taste, it is so worth it. You have the option of either having mango slaw or white rice and I always get both and end up mixing everything together. You MUST get the mango slaw along with this dish in order to taste the full effect! The service is generally good and the bartenders and hosts are always friendly. They checked in on us several times during our visit that night and even cleared the empty dishes off of our table right after we finished eating. They have a nice sized television that is viewable from virtually every angle of the bar, and they have a nice selection of alcohol. I stuck to my glass of Pinot Noir that night and my date had a gin and tonic. We came around 8 pm that night, so there were plenty of parking spots available. During peak hours and on the weekends, the parking can be a nightmare. I've sometimes had to park all the way up the street because their parking lot is actually pretty small, and it's shared with the patrons at the casino. You may even have the luxury of seeing a few drunkards from the casino! Overall, I really enjoy this cute little bar and I always try to stop by when I am in the Livermore area.

Came here with a friend for a spontaneous late-night Monday dinner - it was one of the few places open around 10pm. It's located in the casino, which had a rather full parking lot when we arrived. We were served 1hr and 20min after being seated. When we were ready to order, it took about 10min to wave and finally get our server's attention in spite of not many people being there. The food (only appetizers) took over an hour to arrive, but once our first appetizer came, the other ones arrived within 10-15min. The server was friendly and apologetic, checking in on the kitchen every now and then and giving us an update about 50min in - I felt kind of bad for her, but the wait was truly long... perhaps we came at an unfortunate time? We ordered 3 appetizers: * lollipop chicken (4/5) - a visually interesting appetizer. In a way, it looked kind of grotesque - 5 heavily fried chicken pieces, each with a broken bone sticking out, hence the name "lollipop". The sauce was a blast of spicy, sour, and sweet, and the chicken skin was crunchy and sauce-infused. Pretty tasty, would've been slightly better if served when hot. * lemongrass chicken satay (5/5) - a redeeming dish. The grilled meat was amazingly tender and soft, and the sweet and sour sauce was a good complement. My friend rated this 9/10, maybe even 10/10. * Korean tacos with spicy pork (2/5) - two small tacos the size of one's pal,, mostly shredded cabbage and bits of tomato, limes on the side. I found this rather bland, but alright. Overall, the food was just okay. It would've been kind of nice as a late-night hangout in Livermore had the wait not been as bad.

This place is located in a Cardroom and is a pretty nice and quiet place to enjoy a quick bite. The 5 stars is mostly for Paige the bartender. She's attentive and fun to talk to. I eat here regularly for work and always enjoy eating at the restaurant. My favorite is the lollipop chicken and trio shrimp platter

It was kind of impressive that this little restaurant is located inside a casino. It's a tiny casino, but an average sized restaurant. The menu selection was interesting, it had a variety of Asian-fusion dishes and new American cuisine. Since the price wasn't bad at all, my coworkers and I decided to try a slew of things on the menu, including the crab rangoons (very good), chicken satay (good), and the tonkatsu hot dogs (my coworker loved them). As my main dish I had the kung pao chicken, which was very tasty. Not a huge portion, but enough to be satisfying. It also looked like they had drink specials. The server was really nice and we talked to the chef for a bit. This place was definitely worth a try, and since I work so close, I'm sure I will be back.

I originally came to Fusion Delight because of the purple interior…read more Seriously. The giant lotus chandeliers, the deep violet lighting, the old-school banquet hall atmosphere - it immediately reminded me of the large Cantonese restaurants that used to define family dining in the Bay Area years ago. But after eating here during a packed weekend dinner service, I realized the real attraction is not the decor. It is the operational consistency. The dining room was completely full, with a long line of people still waiting outside. Under that kind of pressure, many large Chinese restaurants start losing control somewhere: fried dishes soften, stir-fries lose wok hei, food arrives unevenly, service becomes rushed. Fusion Delight somehow keeps the system together. And what impressed me even more was that the staff never became impatient. Even with the restaurant running at full capacity, the servers stayed friendly, patient, and organized. No chaos, no attitude - just steady service under pressure. That is not easy in a restaurant this size. The Mongolian beef was the first thing that stood out. Instead of thin slices hidden under sauce, the beef here is cut unusually thick and long - some pieces nearly two inches. Thick-cut beef is risky because once overcooked it immediately turns tough, but here the meat stayed tender while still carrying proper wok sear and caramelization. That tells me the kitchen understands heat control and timing. The crispy pork intestines were even more impressive. These were clearly braised first, then fried before the final stir-fry. The outside kept its gelatin-rich texture while the inside still carried fat and aroma, but without the unpleasant odor that ruins this dish at weaker restaurants. Even people who normally avoid intestine dishes could probably eat this version comfortably. That level of cleaning and pre-processing matters. The braised lamb with skin was another old-school banquet dish done correctly. The lamb was soft without collapsing, while the skin still retained structure. More importantly, the prep work was meticulous -- no gamey smell, no rough trimming, no shortcuts. The sea cucumber and pork tendon dish also showed strong banquet-kitchen fundamentals. The pork tendon had clearly been oil-expanded beforehand, giving it that proper soft and elastic texture instead of rubbery chewiness. The sea cucumber still retained bite and structure. The Singapore-style rice noodles and scallop egg white fried rice were textbook Cantonese banquet staples. The rice noodles stayed dry and separated while still carrying wok aroma and oil fragrance. The scallop egg white fried rice looked simple, but every grain remained distinct and lightly coated without clumping together. That level of consistency under volume is difficult. Even the red bean dessert soup at the end was handled carefully. The red beans still held their shape instead of dissolving into paste, while the sago remained fully intact and translucent. Most restaurants stop caring once dessert leaves the kitchen. Fusion Delight clearly does not. And honestly, that may be the best way to describe this restaurant overall. Fusion Delight is not trying to be trendy. It is not trying to become minimalist fine dining. It is not trying to be social-media bait. This is a high-volume Chinese banquet restaurant operating with old-school Cantonese production discipline. Hot food arrives hot. Fried dishes stay crisp. Wok hei survives peak hours. Plating still looks intentional during a packed dinner service. That kind of consistency is harder than people think. And somehow, inside a giant purple dining room filled wall-to-wall with families, they make it work. - Dr. C Purple room approved. Wok heat calibrated. Banquet discipline detected. Consistency at scale = correct.

There is also plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The restaurant is spacious, with beautiful purple lighting that really catches the eye. The high ceiling also makes the space feel very open and comfortable. Although this place doesn't have the highest ratings on Yelp, it's definitely still very popular and worth visiting.

We only had to wait a few minutes on an early Friday evening, but got in fairly quickly. From the entrance to the bathroom to the seats, everything was just so cute. Besides the ambience, drinks were delicious. I got some drink that had some bell pepper flavors and it's surprised me in the best way possible because who knew you could have some bell pepper essence in a drink. When we left around 9:30pm there was a small line. The cocktails here are pricier but I would come back for special occasions or when we have visitors. They had signature drinks but also a limited specials menu. The specials included a drink with Thai flavors (galangal, coconut, kefir lime leaf, Thai chili, butterfly leaf tea, etc) and it was so good! I hope they keep this drink on the menu and I'm excited to see what new craft cocktails they come up with. Overall a fun experience to add to your night out in Downtown Livermore!
