We were in the city of Palmdale overnight to check out properties and after seeing lines to get in other places we decided on this location. It was very busy on a Saturday night. We were seated in an undesirable booth by where the kitchen doors were but i didn't complain because we were starved. I saw a man behind the counter with a beard and a baseball cap that i thought was a bartender. Someone came out, took our drink order and then the bearded man came to us and took our order. Now, i've been living in central Los Angeles for the past 30 years and i've seen a lot of waitresses and waiters. Most are horrible and expect tipping "just because" they poured water. This man was extremely personable, funny and THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH OUTSTANDING WAITER/BARTENDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. "RANDY" was amazing!!!!!!!! He checked on us throughout our meal. The steak was very good but your ribs suck, step up your game on that. Also, step up your game on your appreciation with Randy. He deserves recognition and a pay increase. What a disaster of a dinner we picked up last night. I even paid extra to get the bigger classic top sirloin steak. I ordered it medium-rare and what I got was a well-done piece of shoe leather. We're regular customers that order pick up at least once a week. I'm very very disappointed, my dinner was terrible with my piece of shoe leather. Walked in to the bar, all but three tables were open so I grabbed a booth. Sat for 15 minutes before I got up and asked to be seated in the dinning area. The hostess wasn't pleasant and made excuses for the lack of service. Once sat I waited for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from anyone. Our family just moved here in January, we have eaten here twice now. We had to wait a little longer the most recent occasion because we asked for a larger booth than the four seater they offered. Three of our four person party are over 200 lbs. We don't mind the wait, it's always woth it. My hubby eats with his elbows out. I eat comfortably and don't get elbowed. The food was good both times. My wife and I had lunch today and everything was on point today. Our server Pedro was awsome, our food came out quickly and was great. He was checking on us the whole time and our drinks were always filled. They have a special going on right now, a meal for two for $22. Your choice of an appetizer to share and a main dish (which my wife ordered the chicken fajitas and I ordered the bacon burger). Also if you sign up for their rewards program you can get free chips with salsa or a non-alcoholic drink for free. Came here for a quick bite after work on a Friday evening with a friend. We had really great service, and were able customize our order to our liking. I'm a vegetarian, so I opted for the classic nachos without meat and my friend got the spicy tomato soup. Both were very flavorful, and filling as well, even though they were not entrees. I hate to give this location 3 stars. We love this place we come a couple times a month. We visited the location on 5/09/19 for my sons coming home from camp and his birthday (he loves chili's) and the service was awesome our waitress was great as well. The food was great we never had a mad meal at this location. We're always pleased. But last night at 2:30 my husband woke up so sick and was vomiting nom stop for hours and had diarrhea both which is rare for him! That was our last meal of the day and we couldn't think of anything else it could be. He missed work today 5/10/19 he was in bed all day. I think the people in the kitchen need to take a food and handling class all over again. Again we love this location and we hope this gets fixed food poisoning is no joke. I'm just glad my kids didn't get it. Today, July 1, 2022, I stopped at the Chili's location at 1021 W. Rancho Vista Blvd. Palmdale Ca. for a late lunch. Let me start by saying I am in a power wheelchair that has an eighteen inch lift capability. Upon eyes we're told it would be a fifteen minute wait. We did , however notice that a pub table was available in the bar area. We explained to the hostess that in lieu of the fifteen minute wait we could sit at the pub table since I had a lift on my wheelchair that would make it possible for me to sit at the table and take up no more room than any other customer. She explained that she wasn't "allowed" to let me sit there. When my wife asked why she said she just wasn't allowed and would we like to speak to the manager, a Mr. Sergio Reyes. We said yes and when he came out he said he couldn't let me sit at the pub table but I could sit at the lowered bar/counter seat. I told him no , that I wanted to sit across from my wife not side by side. He told me that that wasn't possible and the bar/counter is "where wheelchair people sit". I've been to that Chilis location before and never had a problem sitting at the pub table. I've eaten at the Chili's Lancaster location and never had a problem with sitting at a pub table. In fact I've never had a problem at any restaurant with that type of seating. I left without ordering lunch and will never return. I will tell everyone who will listen not to eat at Chili's because they are not ADA sensitive. Mr. Sergio Reyes was rude and insensitive. I feel belittled and embarrassed not to mention furious. I expect an apology from Chili's and Mr. Reyes for their actions today!!! read more

Everything else went from car to kitchen, then the fries, chicken tenders and onions in the street so at least the crows can have some garbage to eat tonight otherwise everything went in the trash. The food quality has declined at Chilis in Palmdale. The changed the recipe on traditional favorites. Everything is over seasoned with a new seasoning and makes the food taste salty and leaves an aftertaste. The classic chicken nachos are now too salty. They use a season tortilla chip, and over seasoned chicken (same seasoning on both). The Blossom Petals were also over seasoned with the same seasoning as on the nachos. The chickhen cripsers were overcooked and hard. So unforunate. This used to be one of my favs for happy hour. read more

I can see why many have left bad reviews and I get it. Not everything here is great, but if you find what you like, you can't beat the price. The drinks are good and priced well. They have improved a lot. However, I've had a bad experience here and there and it was the result of a bad there waitress. She works in the section near the takeout order register and her service/attitude toward my family is sub par. I always request to mot sit in that section. The good news is, they do have some very nice staff if you sit in the right section, I mean on point with some of the five star places. Next time I will get their name. I tip them big all the time because I am grateful for their service and eant them to know.
