Great service by our server Justin! I honestly have to say he went above and beyond and was so kind. From when we got sat, he came and introduced himself and took our drink order. He was patient and kind and kept coming back to check on us. We ordered a couple of plates and drinks and let me tell you it was so good. I had the steak with mash potatoes and broccoli not pictured and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the bbq platter and those brisket quesadillas were so good. My nephew had the pasta and as always the best. My daughter had the best little burgers. The drinks did not disappoint. Our server was so kind all throughout the service and even when the table next to us was so rude, he kept his composure, kudos to him. It'd been quite some time since we had stopped in to a Chilis. We were hungry and parket in the same parking area as the Guitar Center so we said why not give it a go again. I must say, the staff was helpful and super nice. The indside has been refreshed and was very nice and kept well. The casual ambie=ance was as we remembered, and the ease of use of the allergen menu with a QR Code was a nice touch. The food came out quickly, hot, and tasting great. Chili's has long been my favorite sit down restaurant. I usually always get the cajun chicken pasta. This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a fan of spicy chicken sandwiches and make it a challenge to try them everywhere they are served. I really enjoyed Chili's version! I would definitely order it again. My only complaint which is the same complaint every time I go, it's SO COLD inside this restaurant! Like subarctic! I have to remind myself to grab a parka jacket before I go. We always experience great service here!! The food at this branch is also always amazing and tastes wonderful, unlike other branches I've been to. I think this Chili's is one of the best. No matter the time and busy crowds, the staff here handle the people well and get food coming quickly too. Drinks are served immediately and refilled. My friend picked here for dinner. I have only been to a Chili's maybe once in 15 years, Just not a place I ever think of. It was a good choice. Daniel was our server, and he was awesome. He took our order right away and continued to check on us for refills. He was great! Food was yummy; we shared a Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and a sampler platter. Everything was good, but my favorite was the quesadilla. I also had a watermelon ice tea, it was yummy. I will have to remember this restaurant when I am in the area. Everything went well. The service was timely, accommodating, attentive, and kind. I ordered my guiltless 6oz sirloin mid-rare and it came out exactly that way. The asparagus that came with it was really good. My kids loved their food, as well. One of their meals came with an entire Mexican corn on the cob. Presentation was awesome. First time here! I was excited for the mozzarella sticks, but honestly, they weren't the best. The rest of the food was definitely better than your typical fast-food spot though. Drinks felt a little light, but service was super quick. My server at the bar was on point--always checking in and making sure we were good. The food today was horrible. My family and I spent $90 on food that was over cooked, day old, and salty. My mom ordered the enchilada soup and it was super salty. We told the waitress and she exchanged it for the baked potato soup and it was better but you could tell it wasn't fresh. My sister ordered the sampler with the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and everything else and it was oily and just awful. The sausage from the rib plate was over cooked. The only good thing was the chips and guacamole and the margaritas and water. The waitress never once came to apologize or try to fix the problem. This place has been lacking in food and seriously needs a change in management and staff. Those who actually care. I'd be embarrassed to serve food like that. $90 down the drain. Poor service, not enough workers, and the workers don't care about their appearance. Bringing people there looking sloppy. Chili's use to be one of my favorite places, but not anymore. We visited for dinner on Wednesday evening with a party of three and it was a very good experience. We had to wait about 5 minutes for a table, and noticed quite a few empty tables, as well as a bunch that were not bussed. I assume that reflects the staff shortages all restaurants are experiencing. After that short wait, we were seated in a booth and drink orders were taken. We each ordered the 3 for $10.99 dinner specials with Just Bacon Burgers. The Chips and Salsa apps were huge. The Chili was tasty, but very salty. The Margaritas were well made. The burgers were excellent. The waitress was excellent, prompt, professional and friendly. Inside was dirty and dingy as soon as we walked in. Initial waitress placed us at the worst booth in the back by the kitchen when there was one empty by the sun with a view right across, we had to ask to be moved. Chilis is Ok for picking to go (even tho it's overpriced for the quality of food you get) but not the best ambience for dine in and paying extra to tip - times have changed. Waiter was lost the entire time, ordered a drink which was still not there and we were already finishing up so I didn't want the drink anymore at that point, the waiter did not bring it out - clearly he had forgotten or hoped we did.. so we didn't bring it up again since we were done with our food. I had no drink the entire time, he didn't even offer us water in the beginning which all restaurants usually do, so that was weird as well and the first time we've had that happen and we were eating out of the appetizer platter, no plates were given to us and he saw that we were eating with a napkin underneath and still didn't bother bringing plates. I was happy to finally get out and drink water I luckily had with me in the car. We still bothered to leave a tip for this type of disappointing service when he deserved none. Disappointed. Theyed rather saved burned food than fix the issue. My husband and I each ordered the 3 item deal. We ordered everything at all at the same time, mine was with the Cajun shrimp pasta. Food came put in a rational amount of time. No complaints there. The food... Take note it's costs $18 to have fetucini Alfredo with soup or salad and free unlimited bread sticks at olive garden. I paid $17 for this meal at chilli's. The potato soup was very runny like they have watered it down. I've had it from here before and it hadn't ever been this runny. Tasted fine otherwise. When the pasta arrived it looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamps for a while. The top noodles were very dry and looked like they had been sitting out. Assuming the sauce was under the noodles I mixed it up and although I was correct, there wasn't enough sauce to cover half the noodles on the plate. Also the slice of garlic toast that comes with the meal was burned on both sides. And here's the kicker. I brought up the burnt food to the waitress and she explained they have a "new" toaster that no matter what they do the toast comes out burned. So you're telling me that you'd rather served burned bread than toss a slice on the griddle and let it toast there? Are you serious?! She offered to bring me another peice of toast and said it would come just as burned as the last. It also took two times requesting sauce for the pasta. By the time I got the sauce my husband had finished eating. And although the food was burned the waitress made no comment on removing any cost from the bill. And lastly they no longer have seating for when they have large wait crowds. They took out the bench at the front door. Maybe they nolonger have long waits due to their service? Either way I won't be back here by choice unless they get new management. read more

Avoid this chilis management is clueless and rude. Service started out decent enough, waitress was attentive, food was chilis fare. The problem came when checking out. The bill was messed up too many sodas, double billed for a few items. Waitress was nice and we got it worked out looked it over and paid. Manager came out telling us we paid the wrong bill and under paid. After explaining correcting the manager a few times with other bills he was bringing us, who was very argumentative instead of friendly for their own mistakes it ended up being a difference of $2 bucks. To be rudely accosted by the manager over two bucks this location needs to do something about their management. Looks like this isn't the only review complaining about management. read more
