Not as good as a year ago. It was Father's Day and we had a reservation. We were seated very quickly. We ordered the Campfire Feast. We chose potato skins as the shareable appetizer. You get 6 potato skins served with sour cream and Ranch dressing. These were hot and very good. We both ordered the 15 oz New York Steak. He ordered his medium and I ordered mine well done. I confirmed that I could get it well done (no pink) without it being burned. My husband ordered broccoli and baked potato for his sides. I ordered au gratin potatoes and the vegetable of the day which was corn on the cob. I ordered the sugar free Dr. Pepper and my husband a cocktail. The drinks were good. My husband's meal was excellent - a good Father's Day meal. Mine was a disaster. The steak came out very pink (which after returning to the kitchen came back still pink on one end and burnt on the other. The au gratin potatoes were lukewarm and the corn on the cob was not even warm enough to melt the provided butter. They offered to cook me another meal but by then my husband was done. I can't understand how one meal can be so good but the other a disaster. The manager did come out and took $25 off the bill which I appreciated but I told her it was not necessary. Ok my previous review was 5/5 this visit is a 3. Here's why: Service lacked professionalism as we seemed to have been a bother when asking for what we were paying for. Carol the manager was great in at least noticing us sitting there with no drinks or apps for 10 mins. We are very understanding when they are busy but each employee walking by our table wouldn't even make eye contact. My friend went to order the $20.26 value deal and not only did the side get messed up the steak was over cooked. For a steak house you expect them to know how to cook a steak. I ordered off Grubhubs 2:1 as it will save you about 10-20$ not a lot but a good amount. Advising we had 2 separate orders/checks was not a problem. We sat down about 550 and we didn't get outa there till 8:15pm took over an hour to get our food and then another 10 just to get it fixed... the food when we finally got it was delicious. read more

Horrid place to go for dinner. Everything was absolute garbage and we couldn't get a drink refill to save the world. Service was awful as well and the place was loud from people talking about politics and kids screaming at the top of their lungs. The restaurant was dirty and not maintained so well and the restrooms were straight out of a horror movie. I will never eat at a place like this never again. Oh and they will charge you an arm and a leg just to eat there. Save yourself and eat somewhere a lot nicer. BARF read more

BEWARE of new fees. I went in to get a gift card for a friend of mine. I was shocked when I saw that a 3% service charge was added to the total because I used a credit card for payment. One month ago there wasn't a 3% surcharge for credit card usage. Worst experience!! The waitress was very nice and was quick to place our orders. The reason for the star rate is because it took too long for our table to receive our food and everyone's plate of food was cold. Sad to see another declining quality restaurant in the Antelope Valley. A party of 18 for dinner on 10/27. Food was mediocre. Portions of sides were very small. Even when ordering the extra, special side of Brussel sprouts for $13.99 we received a very small potion. A tiny overdone, mushy side of brussel sprouts. My husband's prime rib (ordered medium rare) was rare (nearly raw) and served cold with cold sauces. Prime rib should always be served warm to hot. My barbecue chicken salad was good. The waitress was excellent, friendly and worked her tail off but she was assigned to our table and others and was spread thin. We will not be returning. And please, whoever monitors and responds to this review on behalf of this restaurant, don't offer the usual canned apology and platitudes. Simply correct your problems. read more

Valentine's Day, 2026. I had no reservations, we were 2. We arrived around 5:00 pm . They told us the waiting was going to be 2 hours. We didn't mind waiting. When the 2 hours and 15 approach, I asked in a good manner how much longer they ignored me. Didn't even get a respond from them. They were like that to everyone . They never called me. Instead I saw one table opened at the bar area and we took it. The waitress came took our order, she later brought our drinks, then she said she'll be right back with waters, she never did, she brought our salads, then she said she'll be back , after a while someone else brought our steaks, I asked we order an appetizer, then he said what was it , I said Calamari, oh sorry he said, I will bring it . We started eating our steaks, later the waitress came back and said oh you missed your appetizer, I heard, I said yes, she said I'll be right back. She never did, after that she was kind of rude, a guy brought the appetizer later. At the end we felt rushed through the meal , we had told her that we were going to have dessert, then she asked me you don't want dessert right? I said yes we do and it comes with the meal... she brought the dessert. We finished. We left her a good tip as courtesy cause we always do. But if you asked me if I will ever go back to this place my answer is no. Even people with reservations were wanting 30-45+ minutes. No one cares, their system is dated and doesn't work, the hostesses lack training, ethics, or customer service , they seem motionless, management don't care. I know they were busy but they seemed lost. My partner went to the restroom before we left, I waited for her at the entrance where the hostess station is and as we were going out, I overheard the hostesses giggling. They still never called me. Even though, I even gave them my phone number. This made me understand that they are allowed to mistreat people, meaning that how is management their employees are the same because they allowed them to have that kind of unethical behavior. I asked my Husband what that noise was and he pointed to the booth next to us. I thought maybe she was hard of hearing. I felt bad because she was by herself in a nice steakhouse but once I mentioned it to our waitress she Immediately took action and asked this woman to turn her phone down. Our waitress was very pro active , but unfortunately this woman started playing her phone again very loudly. I didn't have the heart to complain after asking the waitress to move us the first time. I thought there's no way she turned it up again but in fact she did. It all worked out because shortly after that she left. I mentioned to my husband maybe she was hard-of-hearing but he very quickly replied, people have hearing aids when they're hard of hearing or they can wear earbuds She knew what she was doing. (They sat several parties before us and none appeared to have reservations- yes smaller parties but the restaurant was more than 1/2 empty.) Then our party of 5 adults and 2 teenagers seated in a booth- it was fine to sit but we could see table space was going to be an issue. Plenty of open tables so they pushed 2 together and we moved. Service was ok- sporadic it seemed as we'd go long periods without seeing the server. Then they charge a 3% fee for credit cards- didn't see a notice anywhere until the "service fee" appeared on the final bill- who brings over $300 cash (plus tip) to a restaurant to avoid a service fee? While waiting for our food, the complimentary bread wasn't served until we asked our server. Hmm he was kind of slow. Service was fast and friendly. My husband and I both got the special which was a 22 oz porterhouse steak with 2 sides for $32.99. The steak was cooked exactly as we ordered it, the salad was fresh, the broccoli was cooked just how I like it, and my husband said the air gratin potatoes were good. The only thing that wasn't good, keeping it from 5 stars, was the bread. The bread used to be my favorite thing there. This time it was tough and seemed like it had been warmed in the microwave. I would think that this might be a one time mistake, but my mom said the last time she had it it was hard and not good. They may need to rethink how they're warming their bread. read more

Tonight's dinner was special as we took our best friends out after she found out she was cancer free after a long treatment. As usual, we used our rewards member discount for the feast for two ( best deal of the house) My wife had her favorite, ribeye steak with baked potato and side of Mac and cheese, I , the salmon with their delicious rice and salad with chunky blue cheese dressing. The portions are so generous that we share the salad, eat half the food and take the other 1/2 home. Her steak was very tender and juicy and my salmon was flaky and cooked to perfection. Our server, Stephanie was extremely friendly and attentive , our drinks were replenished without our having to ask, she seemed very knowledgeable of the menu and her dessert recommendation was spot on. Our server, Dana, was super friendly, and checked in just the right amount- we never felt rushed.
