My Nashville trip got canceled I been craving and wanting some biscuits and gravy and this place delivered and hit the spot. Amazing flavor in a hot plate just wat my stomach needed. Got the OMG plate and it was alot alot a lot of food but it was worth it definitely a bang for your buck! Thank you NORMA very attentive and she took care of us right. And the whole place is nice and clean and Great Wall decor.

Chilaquiles

First time in this place! A little disappointed, we waited 35 minutes and the waitress came to take our order again, she told us that she had lost the ticket, and we waited another 20 more minutes for the food! The chilaquiles are not very original,

Went in on 3/23/26 to have breakfast with my Wife. I got myself the OMG & boy was that really an eye opening plate that I got. All of this food for what I paid was a deal that I got. When any of you come to this place for the first time like me, come hungry, super hungry. Wallet friendly, Oh Yeah as the Kool-Aid pitcher would say.

Belgian waffle

I ordered the Waffles and chicken. The Waffles were very thick, but also very dry or overcooked. The chicken tasted sweet. Not really for me, but my spouse liked the chicken. The was very crispy, and the pieces were not the same size like they came from different types of chicken. The waitress, who took my order was very friendly. I had takeout, but it looks like the restaurant is set up family style.

Side salad

We have recently discovered that Karen's Kitchen is now open until 8:00 PM every day. Therefore, we decided to visit and I opted for the meatloaf dinner, which was excellent. Norma delivered exceptional service to us.

Big portions, big flavors- small hit on your wallet. Good breakfast experience. Your table will come equipped with hot sauces- and the coffee is fresh. Located in a outdoor mall type setting, try this little breakfast joint if staying at any of the locals hotels. Breakfast all day too if you're tired of typical dinner fare. Luckily we didn't see any "Karen's" there.

Country Scramble with bacon (and sausage for upcharge).

I'd also like to add that this is not the waitress fault in no way... I heard her ask the kitchen for my toast TWICE... and I made sure Rosie knew this. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, I'm just trying to provide feedback because truth is, if Rosie hadnt apologized, I doubt I would ever come back. I think I will come back but maybe not for breakfast. I heard the dinner is good. How long is too long to wait for your food? I arrived at 9:50 and was sat immediately (yay!!) Ordered about 10 minutes afterward... and the food arrived 30 minutes later. Feels like a long time to wait no? But I figured they're busy and its understandable for a Saturday morning. The problem is, they forgot part of my order (the toast) so we continued to wait and the food on the plate just kept getting colder and colder. After TWO reminders to the waitress, I got my toast at 10:43. I asked if i can speak to the manager, lets see how long it takes for her to come.

The drinks came quick the food did not I actually had to go and find my food and when I picked it up from the heat lamps I was not happy, that mind you was approximately 35 minutes after we got there. After the waitress came by to see what was wrong I basically said hey I want my check to pay for my drinks the manager came over and said they were super busy and she was sorry she comped the drinks and we headed out to go find some fast food from Sonic's. This is my experience I wouldn't recommend this locations to anyone but if u wish go and see for yourself I hope u have a better experience.

The diner style interior is very well lite, clean but a bit smaller than I anticipated, they do have a good sized outdoor seating area and an ample parking lot in the back side of the building. The food, we ordered a Reuben Sandwich and a Cheeseburger. From what we had seen, the food looked great. The burger had lettuce, tomato, union, cheese, that oddly was not melted, a nice sauce, pickles and decent looking meat patty, unfortunately the last few bites of the meat patty had a funky taste, like it was a little old, hence the 3 star rating, the burger is also served with a decent amount of fries. The Reuben looked and tasted amazing, also served with a large portion of fries, one of the nice touches on this sandwich was the grilled Pastrami, this was a nice touch, its also served with sauerkraut & Swiss cheese on Rye. I do want to return to try the amazing looking breakfast options, they seem to have a huge variety of options. I also want to commend the wait stay, they were very nice and engaging, they came around multiple times to ensure that we had what we needed.

Definitely order the home fries over hash browns, they are well seasoned crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So delicious don't skip! The garden burger was also so delicious the patty is made of like oats and mushrooms and one more ingredient that I can't remember right now but it was superb! Definitely one of the best veggie burgers I have had! Top 5 for sure. Now the reason they didn't get 5 stars. The side of fruit that I ordered and two other plates on the table came with, wasn't fresh. It looked a day or a few days old. Only the melon was decent enough to eat. Next is more of a suggestion. I understand it's a diner but I feel like all restaurants/diners/cafes should have alternative milks such as oat, soy or almond milk. Because I asked for a cold brew but I had to drink it black due to the lack of alternative milks. Which was fine but I can't be the only person that has that suggestion. Overall Katz n' jammers cafe was a cute diner with 50s nostalgia on the walls and fair prices for good food!

Everything tasted amazing. The food gave me the best food coma without feeling heavy afterward. The atmosphere was another thing I really liked. It felt nice and peaceful--a very chill and relaxing place to sit down, enjoy your food, and have a good time without feeling rushed. The service was friendly and welcoming too. Even the cook came out personally to ask us how we liked his cooking. I thought that was really cool and made the experience feel even more personal. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. The menu is very ample with many options, I tried the eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. The dish was well presented and more importantly had great flavor. I had the majority of the dish and even had some leftovers. The food was served hot and very quickly. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I would say that the only thing that stopped me from giving Otto's a 5 star was the cost of the breakfast, it was like 27 bucks for two eggs, hashbrowns and bacon with a drink.
