The GUYS never got refills on their beverages, but the ladies did, AND the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla had a couple pieces that had no chicken and couple others that had no bacon. I have been to this Chili's restaurant dozens of times over the last several years and I have NEVER had a 1-star or a 2-star experience here. That being said, I have also never had a 5-star experience here either though. All of my visits here have been worthy of 3- or 4-stars, with the vast majority of them being 4-star experiences, which is very good in my opinion. My family and I have had a lot of wonderful experiences here at this Chili's, and good times were made more enjoyable by celebrating them here. I have taken my family here numerous times, for a nice dinner after a movie, celebrating Mothers' Day with the mothers in my life, celebrating several birthdays, and quite often for celebrating the completion of a major accomplishment of one of my children. They have all been wonderful experiences and Chili's always made a good time even better for me and my family. Unlike the majority of the other reviews posted for this Chili's, I have to give this business a very good (4-star) rating for consistently providing great food, good service, and an inviting ambiance. For an appetizer you could choose a salad, a bowl of soup or chips and salsa. My husband went for the Smasher burger with chips and salsa. I chose the crunchy chicken sandwich with salad. I was in town for 10 days and had two experiences with this Chilis and both were awful. The first time we dined in and sat a the bar. While the food was great, the service was complete trash. We received our food with no silverware, napkins, etc. Bartender was clearly only concerned with regulars. Today I placed a Doordash order for pickup scheduled at 11:25am. I get there 5 minutes EARLY and show the receipt to the girl at the counter. Keep in mind the app instructs you to show them the confirmation page so they know it's you, and the restaurant should NOT be giving food away if you don't have proof that it's you. I had a very specific order with customizations so there is no way that someone had my exact same order. The girl tells me "uhhhh.....someone already picked up you order". WHY?! I said "well this is clearly my order. Did you ask them for the receipt before you handed my food away?". She doesn't even acknowledge that and says she's going to talk to her manager. She comes back and says "my manager said we can remake your order. I'll ring it in an comp it. It will be about 5 minutes". First of all, I paid through Doordash already so why the hell would I pay twice? Second of all, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes, not 5. And quite frankly if you can make a fried chicken sandwich in 5 minutes, that's concerning. I have a job and things to do, and mind you, this is Lancaster. Nothing is close by. I have a 20 minute drive each way. The point of ordering pick up is so that it's quick. There was nothing but an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".
