I had a special occasion there on May 1, 2026. I had the time of my life. The venue Bravery Brewing allowed me to make my special day wonderful. Virgil was the original person I spoke to and unfortunately wasn't there on the day of the event, but it still went well for me and my guess. I rented out the back patio holding approximately 200 guess. I had over a 80 plus a dog and no one sat on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone with a stage which I didn't use. My guess had a great time and the staff were very nice on that evening. I had food catered in so I didn't order anything there but I'm hearing the pizza's and salad's are great. I also had my own music which was ok for the venue since we were in our own area. There was a side gate leading to my private area for the caters to drop off the food along with guess who didn't want to use the main entrance. I will definitely use this venue again and again to host big parties such as that night and recommend it to others as well. Such an amazing time we all had!! Bravery Brewery is a standout spot with a great vibe. Founded by the family of the late R. Lee Ermey of *Full Metal Jacket* fame (aka "The Gunny"), the interior has a woodsy feel and is very supportive of the armed forces--a wonderful environment for anyone to visit. The beer selection is truly fantastic, fitting every preference from ciders and IPAs to porters and stouts. My favorites are definitely the rum and bourbon barrel-aged choices, and The Gunny is a classic that you should try. They have a pizza place inside, and food trucks often stop by as well. If you plan on getting pizza, definitely order online ahead of time if you can, especially on busy nights--the wait can easily stretch past an hour otherwise. Whether or not you served, this brewery is open and welcoming to everyone, even on big celebration nights, like the recent 250th birthday of the Marine Corps, which was a great time. Holy cow! Immediately greeted at the counter and the guy was so helpful. He made recommendations and even said that their entire place is dog friendly. Insert crying emoji here! The pizza is so ridiculously good here! The dough is out of this world and is so fluffy that it truly beats any other pizza place around here. We had the pig and pineapple with light jalapeños, and the jalapeños were really delicious. They use prosciutto and if you've never had it, it is a game changer on ham and pineapple pizza. The fact that their entire building and patios are dog friendly absolutely melts my heart! We opted for the outdoor covered patio in the back. We saw multiple dogs on the patio enjoying a nice lunch with their humans. 10 out of 10 recommend. read more

Established in 2011, Bravery Brewing is a standout craft brewery and tasting room in Lancaster, California! This veteran owned establishment started up when there was a void of breweries in the Antelope Valley. It has since become a popular, award winning, community focused staple. I enjoyed a couple of their local beers and they were excellent. Particularly what they call "The Gunny", an American Strong Ale coming in at 7.5%. As much as I love beer, the main reason I visited was their scratch-made pizza. I ordered what is called "Meaty Boy". Pepperoni, sausage, and house pickled red onion. It was outstanding! A thin dough with a nice mouth feel and chewy bite, heaped with a generous amount of high quality toppings. The tasting room is bright, clean and cavernous with a patriotic aviation vibe. All of the staff were friendly, responsive and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in the area. read more

Came here at a very fitting time, Memorial Day Weekend. The weather was perfect on that Sunday. The breeze with the covered patio was lovely. The place holds such great history, you must check out. I was pleasantly surprised to find an assortment of Bourbon Barrel-aged options as well as a Tequila barrel-aged. If you like Sours, they have an assortment of those too. Tried their Cherry Cider option, if they're that good, I'm now a Cider fan. All go great with their "Voted Best Pizza", and it really was, the Best, everyone in our group thought so. I've been here a few times for some events and it's a really neat bar. Parking is limited but there is a long stretch of street that runs down with plenty of space. The space itself has a lot of cool art that pays an homage to veterans and the aerospace industry around the area. I'm not a huge beer guy so I don't have a valuable opinion on their drinks, but I am a big fan of their pizza. I was having trouble deciding what to get but the staff kindly allowed me to get half toppings on my pizza. I had one half Meaty Boy and one half Pig & The Pineapple. The pizza had a good crunch and the pepperoni is superb. You can see how they curl and the edges get crispy. I think this pizza is better than anything from a chain or from Blaze Pizza. Staff: This was the place of the biggest concern. We came in on June 28 and the place was pretty busy. Ordered pizza and after approximately 45 minutes I went to check the status. Here is how the conversation went so you can draw your own conclusion of her handling. Me: "Hi, can I check the status on my pizza " Her: Before I even finished my sentence, " we're running 1.5 hours for a pizza ". Me: "I'm not complaining, I just wanted to check the status." Another employee then stepped in and told me they were still working on it. Rather than default to dismissing a customer who is nicely confirming the status, she came off as very annoyed with the question. Quality/Quantity: The pizza that eventually came was pretty good but a bit small. Value: It was normal pricing that you'd expect. Overall: I don't frequent this city but if I did was in the area again I'd likely try again. However, management may want to speak with the girl (no name tag) in the ordering area and train her in the proper response to a nicely worded question on the status of an order. Ambiance is chill. Honoring our veterans with their decoration. Beer is decent. We got the giant pretzel and giant is correct. The beer cheese has a nice flavor and the mustard is more of a honey mustard - I enjoyed both dipping options. We stop here when driving back north from Running Springs and will continue to make it a tradition. read more

Came while visiting Lancaster for a softball tournament and was really impressed with Bravery Brewing. They have an amazing selection of beers, including a solid lineup of barrel-aged options. I had an American Strong Ale and an IPA--both were excellent and many are available to-go. They also serve pizza and salads. Our group tried several different pizzas, and every one of them was a hit. The seating is ample, with a great outdoor space that's perfect for relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful for those who needed some support making selections from their many beer and cider options. Nobody was left disappointed. Bravery Brewing is an AWESOME Veteran owned, massive brewery dedicated to the military. I've been to many many breweries, and I can honestly say, this is one of the better ones. The # of selections of beer is shocking. Most places have 5 or maybe 10 - Bravery has at least 20 (I didn't count b/c I was well....too busy drinking.) ANYWAY! I love barrel aged beers and they have PLENTY to choose from. I highly recommend getting a flight or two and trying as many as you possibly can. I truly loved each and every beer that I sampled. I was sure I was going to find something that wasnt good or wasn't as good and man...everything rocked. So impressive! Bravery brewing also has an awesome pizza kitchen - The two or three I had were great - sorry I forgot to take pictures of them - you'll just have to trust me. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to pickup a pizza to try at home. As you pull up, you will feel like you're in the wrong parking lot but rest assured, you're in the right spot. It looks like a converted auto repair shop. There's parking in the lot and plenty of street parking. It was a nice atmosphere and the place was crowded. At least 70% of the tables inside were taken. We got the meaty boy pizza with half with jalapeño and the other half with the red onions since we didn't know what that would taste like. As we were driving home, my fiancée and I both talked about how good it smelled! Alas, when we finally had a slice we now will not order pizza from anywhere else! The pizza had the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The dough wasn't thick but not too thin. Both jalapeño and the red onion toppings were really complimentary to the other toppings. We'll be back for sure! My fiancée mentioned if this place was closer to his house, he would be ordering once a week! read more

I don't come down to the AV much but when I do... this will definitely be a spot I'll want to do lunch at. They respect everyone's choice to mask up or not but it really is a nice open space so it makes it cocomfortable they have an outdoor patio and are dog friendly. 2- the service was awesome... the teams working behind the counters both at the food station and the beer stations were really great. They knew the beers and had great suggestions and were great on making sure everyone was doing great. 3- now... I love my stouts... but what I love more are barrel aged stouts and they were packing the heat haha. They have an amazing selection so if you want a good ipa,blond,wheat etc... they got you covered. I also love that they had wine because I brought my mom and she usually drinks wine... so at least I know she has options. Overall... this is a fantastic brewery...
