We were looking for a spot that offered lunch specials and beer, we have seen Vince's and decided to give it a try. As you walk in you are blown away by the size of the interior, so much to look at. They have a digital menu with specials, it took us a bit of time to take it all in and to decide on our food and drink options. We noticed that on top of a very large menu of good options they also had what looked like bumper cars towards the back of the building, we did not have time to explore this but we might follow up on this on our next visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can tell they focused on hiring friendly people. The food As you decided what to order, you line up near the front of the building, be sure to have your good options ready. As you order you will also place your drink orders, if you happen to decide on beer, please have your ID ready not matter your age they verify it. You will receive a number that you will place at the end of you table, the team will bring your food to you, you are provided your beer pitcher or glass at the counter. Separately if you order a non alcoholic drink, you will find a drink station to the left of the ordering counter, you will find straws, lids and many other items there. We ordered two individual small pizza's with a salad and a drink, it's one of the daily specials. The pizza is good sized I would say around 8-10in, plenty of food for a lunch special. It has great taste and a good amount of toppings and cheese. The salad was huge, very fresh, cold and crisp, we enjoyed sharing the meals. The have many pasta's, pizza options, chicken, salads and much much more. We were impressed by the variety of options. We were also impressed by the pricing of the food and the portion sizes. The seating and interior You will find an immense space for your specific seating needs, some rooms have TV's, some have booths and many are tables and chairs. One thing to keep in mind, you cannot hold tables it is not allowed, so plan ahead for large parties. read more

Never knew of this place guess it's been around for a very long time and it does show, things look dingy and run down I went because it was a friends little girls b day and she loves pizza she had never been we got 1 large pepperoni pizza one individual cheese pizzza, 12 wings 1 spaghetti and 4 sodas $96 with some change . Wings are pre breaded and not that great. The super spicy sauce the have tastes like Valentina , the pizza is like little Caesar's quality the spaghetti with meat sauce was watery no flavor the games kept eating out tokens an when we won lets say 10 tickets we would only get about 4 tickets an a piece. Prizes are dumb and lots of tickets one tootsie rolll is 40 tickets lol. I guess this is the best thing around for kids. read more

After buying food and spending $50 on coins for my daughter's, the collected enough tickets to trade and get some toys. My kids were told a care bear was one amount which they had enough to get according to the guy behind the stand. No ticket amount was on the bear, my daughter's went back and forth on what to get and the guy left. When they finally decided on sharing the bear. A different person said it was a different amount of tickets and they no longer had enough. The manager Andrea Miller said not one person is responsible for pricing the toys so im guessing they give whatever price to whoever they want. We go there often and we will be looking for a new place to take our kids. We planned on booking a birthday party after my kids got there toy but will take our business elsewhere. This place feels way bigger inside than it looks outside. It has a lot of arcade games and I feel like I would've really enjoyed going here as a little kid. I ate here with a friend and got myself a chicken fettuccini with broccoli. They portion sizes are very generous and the pasta came with some garlic bread. The pasta was good and I was stuffed by the end of the meal. I don't have any complaints and I think it's a great place for a group meal. read more

I used to come here a few years ago frequently with my nieces and nephew, and it's sad to see how much this place has significantly decreased in quality. My Husband and I decided to revisit Vince's. We ordered a salad, pizza twists, Alfredo pasta, and fried chicken. The salad was good. However, the pizza twists tasted raw and all I could taste is dough and pizza sauce. The Alfredo pasta was ok but the fried chicken was cold in the middle and the skin was barely crunchy or crisp like I expected. The cherry on top had to be when I got up to use the restroom and the booth where we were seated had a seat that was lifting. The seat lifted up from the booth and we popped it back into place, but before we noticed how much trash, crumbs, old bones/ pizza crusts ( I'm assuming) were underneath the seats and we got extremely disgusted. I'm not normally the type to write complaints but to have such high prices you'd expect better care in cleanliness. We lost our appetite and left after seeing this. read more

I drove over an hour to Palmdale to witness an adoption. To celebrate, we came here afterwards. Staff was very friendly, helpful and just KIND. I loved the hospitality here. It's a large space with tons of seating and fun-looking games for every person in the family. We had boneless hot honey wings, fries, pepperoni pizza and spaghetti (1 meat and 1 Alfredo). The wings and fries were phenomenal. The pizza was very good. I would have it again. The spaghetti, for me was just okay. I could be because I'm not much of a pasta lover. But both variations seemed a bit bland. Pricing wasn't cheap. But isn't over-the-top ridiculous. My overall experience here was very good. If you want melted cake, zero accountability, and a manager who won't even give you his real name--Vince's Pizza is the place. I came here on August 20th for my 3-year-old's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We brought in a special ice cream pizza for my child's celebration and asked if the staff could kindly store it in their freezer until we were ready. When they brought it back, it was almost completely melted. I calmly approached the front to ask for a manager and explain the situation. Instead of taking accountability or even offering an apology, the manager immediately tried to shift the blame onto us. He kept asking how long the cake had been out, even though we had walked in with it frozen and handed it directly to the staff. When I asked if there was anything he could do to make it right, he said "let me see the cake," came over to the table, looked at it, and then simply walked away without another word. To make matters worse, when I asked for his name on the way out, the staff seemed confused and evasive. They were running around asking one another if they could even give me his name. When I finally asked him directly, he gave me "Fabian?"--but another employee said it was "Sergio." This happened around 7pm, and the manager in question was Hispanic with Asian features. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy from the management ruined what should have been a special celebration for my little one. Mistakes happen, but how a business chooses to handle them says everything. Sadly, Vince's Pizza showed no willingness to take responsibility or treat customers with respect. read more

First time me and my daughter visited this place. We showed up around 7 pm for a late dinner. We were able to order a pepperoni extreme extra large pizza and a Caesar salad. There wasn't much of a line so that was great. Staff were friendly, but you could tell they were exhausted from working all day. We found a table with no fuss. The tables were clean. The security guard at the door was a nice guy. The drink area was also clean but the assortment of drinks were a bit lacking but nothing to complain about. Me and my daughter went to the arcade. I was surprised how cheap the tokens were. We got 20 tokens for $5.00, that is far cheaper than chucky cheese. The arcade had the typical arcade games found at just about every arcade across the U.S. However, some of them were broken. You'd insert a coin and the game wouldn't work nor could you get your tokens back. I couldn't play two player games with my daughter because the second player slots did not work on a few of the games. When our order was ready we dined on pizza and Caesar salad. The salad was pretty decent. They gave a good amount of croutons and Caesar dressing. The chicken was sliced quite thin, thinner than I've ever seen on a salad. Could be a cost saving thing as the price for chicken has gone up recently. The lettuce was good, crispy, fresh, no wilted or brown pieces. The salad was a the small one, cost about $6. The pizza WAS DELICOUS! To say this pizza was loaded would be an understatement. The pepperonis were crispy, the sauce wasn't sweet like some places nor was it to hearty, it was a perfect balance of the two. The crust wasn't burnt nor hard. I wouldn't recommend extra cheese as they give you a good amount. It was a very tasty pizza, which is becoming uncommon here in the AV. After getting stuffed, me and my daughter boxed our leftover pizza. However, there was one thing bothering us. We cant bring food or drinks into the arcade and theres a policy that states if your table is left vacant for more than 15 minutes, it would be cleared. So, we left the pizza on the table and went to the arcade only to check back in every 10 minutes to make sure our table wasn't cleared. I suggest Vincent's change this policy because it was ridiculous having to keep leaving the arcade area to make sure our pizza and drinks weren't thrown away. Cheese for as much money as you spend there they treat you like your inconveniencing them but at Vince's it's more of a let me get you through this help you out cause I have 50 other people behind you. We had our birthday party more than 40 people. They accommodated everything cost about 400 bucks but I didn't have to clean up anything at my house and I love that the food was excellent. The wings are awesome. My kids had a good time. The adults had a good time. I can't say anything bad about the whole time and it was a Friday night which that place gets the rocking, but we felt like they took very good care of us. Well, they used to be pretty awesome but now they have become so strict that they won't even let you bring a water bottle inside. Thank goodness we didn't walk and had the option to put the water bottle in the car! They will not seat a group until everyone is present, which is a policy I've seen with high end restaurants but never at pizza place. They have too many new policies to police the whole experience and make it hard to enjoy being here. In addition, their policies are inconsistent. Things like offering to keep track of tickets in their system by phone number, and then told they do not do it. Enforcement seems based on who is at the front "gateway," and their security guard patrols around the guest tables periodically. I don't think it gives a feeling of welcome if you need to have a guard making regular rounds of an establishment meant for families and children. Weekends are certainly the worst, and they aren't usually packed full like they used to be. I'm disappointed to see their decline because I had loved going here when I was a kid and it was across the parking lot. The game room has gotten bigger but the games have only gotten more expensive. Also beware, they are quick to clear your table if the teens are in the game room and you need to use the restroom. Even the food has gone down hill because the pizza is more greasy, everything is overpriced, and it seems like there is nothing like the past. I miss the establishment it used to be. read more

Dude... I don't even know where to begin. It's really everything you want and more when you go to a pizza joint. Tons of TV's to catch games, tons of seating and is able to accommodate large party sizes (softball teams with families), HUGE menu of quality food; Salad, Wings, Sandwiches, potato wedges were ordered on our first visit. Exceeded expectations. The bonus was the game room. Kids were super pumped and to see that they had bumper cars just excited them even more. Hi, I came to Vince's today, my family is always here, we have a big family with a lot of kids. Today was an awkward experience. My sister in law and I were in the arcade area with 4 children (under 10 years old). We played "Big Bass Bonus" and it's completely random what number you add on. My nephew landed on the jackpot which is 500 tickets. When they went to go put the tickets in the "ticket counter" the counter was eating the tickets fast but counting slow meaning it wasn't equal. They told a worker, the worked confirmed and told the manager Andrea. Andrea was such a hassle, saying she'll check the cameras to make sure we weren't stealing. Mind you isn't not a busy night, they were some of the only kids in the arcade. No chaos, patents available. Finally she came back and confirmed. My thing is, we're here all the time. Spend a lot of money. In this economy, and choose to come here for the kids. The food is good too, but let's be honest, prices have gone up. It's just an annoyance. The prizes aren't something beyond the imagination. It was 500 tickets. At the end of the day those 500 tickets didn't get him much anyway. Andrea needs to work on her people skills. read more

I recommend Vince's pizzeria, because is the best place for a family to go for any events where the atmosphere is friendly. The staff and security works wholeheartedly for the guests. We had my grandson's birthday party and it was so amazing. My family had the most awesome time, the food is delicious the prices are reasonable, and the service is100% 5 star. The fried chicken is so good but they are expensive and apparently come from a bag so you might get 3 nice sized pieces for 18$ or a baby wing and two random pieces that don't fit the cost. If I'm paying 13-30 for 3-8 pieces of chicken then pieces need to be consistent. Do better Vince's! read more
