We've been ordering here for our lunch at work. Employees are always great and pick up is quick. Our food is always fresh and yummy. I absolutely love their twister fries and jalapeno poppers. The biggest issue with BB is the prices, they have gone up a disgustingly amount over the last year. Our order was about $35 and now its more than $46 (a wimpy pizza went from $6 to $10 in less than a year!). That's pretty insane. I get the economy but I feel like it's a lot. I came here because I was craving a buffalo ranch, chicken pizza, and I saw that this one had it on the menu. The pizza ended up to be around $20 for a 12 inch pizza and I waited about 20 to 30 minutes. I really love the service here and I had a really great experience but overall this review is about the buffalo Ranch pizza only. I thought that the dough was perfectly chewy and Crispy however it was a little wet and soggy at the bottom because of condensation and I'm not sure why that is. The flavor is a little sodium salt forward. I didn't like that they just drizzled the buffalo sauce over it instead of evenly distributing it with the chicken itself. I also didn't like that they probably use refrigerated premade chicken breasts and that was why it was really salty; I didn't like the texture of the chicken breast--It was huge chunks. I wish that they use like fried chicken or shredded chicken, then mixed buffalo ranch into it and then top it on the pizza before putting it in the oven. I just thought that it needed a little bit more sweetness--some little sugar/sweetness would be better because it was super salt-forward. Ambiance is fine. it's just a little pizza shop. read more

We went in on Friday evening to get pizza with the family. We were not greeted when we entered at all. After we found a menu, we ordered a pizza, half ricotta, basil and tomato and half big belly supreme. We waited 40 minutes for the pizza and when it came out, it was all big belly supreme. We asked them to make it correctly and they actually did and it was perfect the second time around but our wait time for the entire thing was more than an hour. Visiting my son here in Lancaster and in the mood for some pizza. Found this place on Yelp. I ordered the pepperoni, sausage with garlic in the Wimpy size. My pizza came a little over $8.00. Very reasonably priced for such a delicious pizza. I also ordered their mozzarella sticks which were pretty basic. The girls working the front were very nice. This place must be pretty popular as there were a constant flow of customers picking up their pizzas while we waited for our food order. To try out their pizza and when we arrived I was immediately greeted with attitude and before we even got a chance to even order any food the worker at the counter said just to let you know we have a 2hr wait. Everything you need is behind the counter, which means you have to wait for an employee to acknowledge you to get it. They only give you one soda refill, then you pay $1. Want a cup for water? It'll be a tiny cup and cost you $1. The drink machine is behind the counter, so again, you'll have to wait. There is one table that's seats 6, so don't expect to dine in. Tried the pizza in June (just moved down here from Oregon). Ordered the combo and it was under cooked (crust soggy/soft in the middle). So this was my second pie and I thought to keep it simple, just sausage, onion and pepper. The website told me 55 minutes so I got there 10 minutes before I was told to. Maybe a red sauce next time. The bbq chicken pizza was good both needed a lil more sauce and the crust was a lil doughy not chewy but doughy I like my pizza a more crispier but it was good. The lady at desk greeted me with a hello how can I help you she even offered ranch which is good. The shop looked like a regular pizza shop with a couple of seats inside.
