The order was incorrect. they didn't make it and I ordered it and waited a half an hour for it. the pizza was raw. it wasn't cooked. I ordered my spaghetti with extra meatballs and it only had two meatballs. I ordered my lasagna and have two little tiny pieces of lasagna in there and I paid $130 for this dinner which wasn't worth $5. when I called them the cashier would not tell me their name. she says the cook's in charge asked to speak to the cook. the cook was on his break and she would not tell me none of their names do not eat at this place. it's absolutely terrible. the pizza is raw. when I got it I asked for her to talk to the manager or the owners and she would not give me their names. this is a terrible place to eat. terrible read more

Big Al's has theeeee best pizza in the entire Antelope Valley area IMHO. The reason for the 2 star review has to do with the fact that I called yesterday to confirm that they would be opened today on Easter Sunday. I was told "YES". This turned out not to be the case. I just tried calling to place an order and there's no answer. So they definitely are NOT opened. I'd made plans with a few friends to have a "pizza day" together at my home, however, this turn of events has resulted in some very disappointed people, me especially. To save others from future aggravation, Big Al's should post their holiday schedule on their website so that their customers know when they'll be closed. read more

I used to go to the Big Als on 170th street east but something changed and the pizza was always burnt and didn't taste like it used to. The salads were awful with red wilted lettuce. They were very sparse with toppings. I changed and started going to the one in Littlerock. What a difference!! Excellent pizza. It might be further away but so worth it. read more

This place has no customer service what so ever! Wanted to place a deliver food order at the time I did they said they didn't have delivery, I said fine I don't live so far so I can go pick it up. Honestly it would be first time going in the store. I ordered in the pass before but only for delivery and honestly the food was ok and customer service was ok but this time the lady that took my order and was in the front was not nice at all she was rude, I had to tell her my ordered twice because either she couldn't hear me or she wasn't paying attention. When I get there same lady that took my order was in the counter really rude and with an attitude! She tells me my total and I hand her my $100 bill she tells me they don't accept that how else can I pay, I tell her sorry that all I have. Why wasn't this said over the phone while I placed the ordered? I guess saying ( if paying cash please keep in mind that we only take $20 bill) over the phone was too much for her! She gets mad starts saying not the nicest thing and tells me well how else can you pay for you bill, once again I tell her that all I have. I end up cancelling my order and just stepping out. It's sad that their miscommunication and lack of customer service pushed me to take my business elsewhere. With this experience I wouldn't order or even come here ever again! read more

Been getting pizza here since I was a kid. About 30 years now. I always order Big Al's when family is visiting and they love it too. The bbq chicken pizza has ALWAYS been my favorite. SO GOOD! Even their pizza crust is great lol I've seen some reviews say that the food is not as good as it used to be but honestly I do not know or remember what a pizza from a few years or weeks ago would taste compared to one today sooo lol the food is always delicious. I've never had any complaints at all over the years. The carne asada fries are also a huge hit in my house.
