At this point I told him to cancel the order and that we would go elsewhere. Every time we go there it's the same guy in the front and he is always grumpy and clearly dislikes his job. I rarely go there because of this. I have three adult children that live in the area that say they have the same issue. It's such a shame because the food is really good there but customers should not have to be treated like we're doing them a favor by supporting their business. Very poor customer service.

I also had my own music which was ok for the venue since we were in our own area. There was a side gate leading to my private area for the caters to drop off the food along with guess who didn't want to use the main entrance.
