I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini to go. First, the menu states that the dinners come with two sides. I was informed it only came with garlic bread. The Chicken Fettuccini was OVERLOADED with parmesan cheese which made it unbearable to enjoy the dish. What saved this review was the service. read more

My husband and I were out taking care of business and we decided to get a bit to eat. We were skeptical because no one was in the restaurant. In the AV most restaurants are a hit and miss. The waitress was nice and stated that we missed the breakfast rush. She assured us that the food was good. Although we were skeptical we decided to order. They had a number of items on the menu but we stuck with breakfast. The service was great and food came out pretty quick. The breakfast was good. The back was well done and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. We would come back again. read more

It's been a good minute since the last time I came to have breakfast. Went for the NY Steak and Egg . The menu did change up a bit. Friendly staff and it wasn't busy for a Sunday morning. Since there isn't any games to watch right now, it felt peaceful. read more

Love this place. Good breakfast and a cool place to grab a beer in the evening. Staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean.

Our breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. I'm not sure why, but the restaurant was nearly empty. Based on the fact that they have a bar and many televisions, I think this place once lived its life as a sports bar of sorts. We will likely return here again. read more

Waffle Kitchen - We ordered onion rings and wings . The wings were good and the onion rings not so much - Waffles Near Me - Palmdale, California

The food was okay. I ordered the chicken strips and waffle. It reminded me of something you would get at IHOP or Denny's--nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. It was decent if you're looking for a simple meal, but I was hoping for something a little more flavorful and memorable. read more

The service was absolutely terrible by Melissa. We had not even received our food and Melissa was already taking the silverware and cups we were using we waited for more than 30 minutes not a single plate came out and when they did they didn't come out at the same time we ordered 3 chicken strip meals 1 tuna melt and a burger. Melissa was at the bar just talking and never came back for refills or anything else when we were waiting for our food. There was barely 3 tables seated and the bathroom was dirty with no toilet paper and watered down soap. I asked to talk to a manager and Elizabeth who answered the phone said there was none on staff. I would not recommend eating here you'll probably die before getting your food waited so damn long. read more

Service was terrible, there wasn't very many people and the waitresses took forever to get anything done. The food took a VERY long time, then came out burnt. Majority of the food was burnt even the scrambled eggs. Paying was another thing that literally took about 20 minutes. Definitely do not recommend. read more

We went there for the first time a week and a half ago, excited to find a new place to eat closer to home that served drinks. We each had a limited special that was a pastrami melt. It was fairly good albeit quit a bit of gristle. The Potato Waves were nice instead of French fries. The drinks were average. On the second trip, my wife just had an order of onion rings . they were not edible. She gave them a two out of ten. I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs with corn on the cob and fries ( the were out of stock on the Potato Waves that were so good) they said they hoped to get more again because people liked them, but weren't sure even though they were a menu item. My ribs were boiled probably a day or two before and the baking step was omitted entirely. They warmed them up by boiling them again, which over cooked them and then smeared a small amount of bbq sauce on them. I ate on rib and took the rest home to my dogs. The service was fair. read more

It's Thanksgiving Day and my granddaughter's birthday We came in for brunch and it was a disaster Our order was wrong and took a long time to come out and the place was needless to say on Thanksgiving day not busy That's not such a big deal compared to getting raw chicken wings just awful Walking out of the restaurant I looked at the receipt and we got over charged to correct it they had to refund the money back to my card and charge the correct amount Hoping I don't have a double charge on my account read more

This used to be our favorite place when we came to town we ate there last night. It was very very disappointing. The portion size was half of what it used to be and didn't even taste like it used too. We will probably never be back. I will say the service is always good. read more

trash. I should have known when I walked in on a Sunday morning and it was kinda empty, dimly lit, and did not smell at all like waffles. Then for the table they brought out broken up tortilla chips and salsa- at a waffle house. Sir, this is not a taqueria. Toast would have made much more sense. The food was trash, basura. Greasy, previously frozen, obviously. Stale, cheap, gross. I didn't get waffles because the restaurant didn't smell like waffles so I opted for something seemingly more reliable, chicken sandwich. Trash. Don't come here if you want good food. The service was fine, I was just disappointed in their food.. read more

This was supposed to be karaoke night? I sat there for 2 hours ordered dinner ate had coffee. Not one singer and not one word from the KJ? Y'all got everything you need for a party except your host is a complete dud with a personality of a drape. I've been going to karaoke bars for almost 10 years and have never experienced this level of dullness, you need to get rid of this guy, you would be better off with a cardboard cutout of Richard Nixon read more

Ordered a waffle, it was so crunchy like a cracker. How is a waffle which is supposed to be fluffy and good is crispy? Coffee was cold, a bad experience. Too early in the morning for these mistakes, only 4 people in the restaurant, so, it wasn't busy. Just stay away from the waffles. Will not be coming back read more

Service and atmosphere very good. Hubby enjoyed his French toast combo. My Waffle Benedict not so good. Waffle soggy, ham super Salty, bacon under cooked and greasy, and hash browns super greasy. My sister and I walked in and placed an order togo. We both got the chicken strips and waffle meal. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. The chicken strips were not from a bag like most places. They were cut from a breast and seasoned nicely. The young lady who took our order was very nice. There weren't many people because we arrived a little after they opened for the day. I will be going back next time I visit my sister . read more

Where to start. Ugh. There was seriously 5 ppl in the restaurant. We were seated and then after that downhill. Our orders were done incorrectly and when we told the waitress she said we ordered it like that. Uh no. I wanted Hashbrowns and my husband wanted waffles with his egg Benedict. Then on top of that both our over easy eggs were well done I mean well done. And my country fried steak was burnt. And I don't know how the chef (if u would call him that) burnt the bell peppers but still kept them raw. Then when my husband was eating his ham he found broccoli pieces in his ham. When there was no broccoli for his order. So cross contamination (lovely :/ ) I will never go back again. What a disappointment. read more

Breakfast themed sports bar or sport themed breakfast place? I was craving a late morning breakfast when I happened to drive by and saw a big waffle sign at the door. Why not give it a try? When I stepped inside, I was confused. Did I just walk into a sports bar? Half of the restaurant is a bar area with beer taps and filled with TVs that run all the usual sports channels. The other half looks like a classic chain restaurant like Chili's, On The Border, etc. The place looks clean and the decor is updated, so let's give it a try. The menu has plenty of waffle and other breakfast choices. I went for the skillet. The food was good. Well presented. Good quality. Good taste. Good portion size. Service was prompt and friendly as well. Prices are at par with competitors. I really can't figure out all the bad reviews and complaints. My experience was positive. Suggestions for improvement: add more skillet flavor choices to the menu and pick better background music. read more

Waffle Kitchen - Supreme Classic Skillet - Waffles Near Me - Palmdale, California

I've driven by the Waffle Kitchen in Palmdale dozens of times. I like waffles, and I was extremely excited to finally get there and try it. I never looked at their menu, but from the outside, the restaurant lists waffles (obviously), pizza, salads, and sandwiches. Atmosphere: The interior has plenty of seating, a full bar, and is almost completely open. It does look like they have outdoor seating as well. When we went, no one was sitting outdoors. When we arrived, there were only a couple of other parties there. There was a couple at the bar making out, which isn't my favorite dining view. As we waited for the host, several people came in. Food: Where to start here? I assumed a restaurant called Waffle Kitchen would have several different waffle options, but it had roughly 5. I was hoping for a sweet waffle. It seemed like this would be a good spot to have it but there options are all savory including a waffle sandwich and spicy chicken and waffle. You can get sweet french toast or pancakes. They also have several lunch and dinner options including sandwiches and salads. I decided to order the chicken and waffle. It's one of my favorite meals and I was excited to try it. The excitement quickly died down when the food arrived. I had forgotten what I ordered and when I opened the box, the bright orange chicken caught me off guard. I thought maybe it was salmon. After trying it, I realized it was spicy chicken. The waffle was soggy and sad. No part of the meal was good, but it was edible. It didn't come with syrup so I had to ask for that too. Service: I could have given the Waffle Kitchen a free pass if it was busy, but there were roughly 3 other parties in the restaurant when we arrived. It took a long time for the food, to run the credit card, and just overall it seemed like a chaotic mess. I felt bad because it seemed like they were both understaffed and just disorganized. Cost: $ For my chicken and waffle plus coffee, it was $15. To me, it felt like a $7 take out meal I could have gotten at a fast-food restaurant. Would I Come Back? I am leaning towards this is a one and done type of place. I do think maybe if I'm around and they are still in business next year, I might try them again. I don't know if the restaurant was just going through a bad day but this definitely ranks in the top 1% of sad restaurant experiences I've had. read more

Food at waffle kitchen is not the best. It seems like all food is microwave. Service is horrible, will have to wait up to 30 minutes for drinks. food and service is excellent especially julio what an excellent bartender and always greats me when i walk into that door.

Dead flies, alive flies and crawling ants. Burnt pancakes burnt hashbrowns, and something is wrong with the chicken tostada salad. Waffles I just don't know how you mess up waffles and pancakes. This is my 3rd time here and the last.... I hope someone tells the waffle kitchen they need new management because it's in a very nice location.
