One of the best Mexican restaurants in the AV. Positive atmosphere and services. Mexican entrees are real cooking from Mexican chef. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Took my entire family to have them try La Fe. I was excited to have their fish tacos again. Delicious!! Everyone loved what they ordered and the service was wonderful yet again. This will definitely be our new go to place to eat out. Happy support this amazing family run business.

I've discovered a gem in East Lancaster. It's called La Fe. They serve food that is tasty, hot, fresh, and in good-size portions. The staff and servers are friendly and attentive. Wherever you live in the AV, it's worth the drive. I really enjoyed the beef milanesa, my husband ordered the two taco combo, and our friend ordered the barbacoa burrito combo (see pictures). I personally do not care for really loud music, so I appreciate the volume for the music they play. It did not interfere with our conversation. P.S They also have different specials during the week, such as Taco Tuesdays and Fish Taco Fridays.

This place was AMAZING! The food was PERFECT! I had taquitos, chicken and steak, and they were crispy and juicy! I don't like spice, and they were nice enough to get me non-spicy beans for my table chips. The horchata was also AWESOME! So tasty, but not overly sweet! Service was top notch! The waitress was very attentive and fast with our orders, as well as bilingual! She was very easy to communicate with and I didn't have to translate my mom's Spanglish! The music in the restaurant was great, not too loud and felt like all my favorites were on! I can't say enough good things about this place, I can't wait to come back! Prices were more than reasonable and the food was fresh and made to order. This is NOT FAST FOOD. I was there for lunch and they had a special going on.

Note: they do not yet have an alcohol license. The food is the star! From the included chips, salsa, and bean dip to the well cooked seafood, beef and pork it is all delicious. The salsa has a smoky kick to it. We have been here twice, once right before the Friday night dinner rush and once at lunch time. Friday night we were the second table seated. Our service was fantastic. The servers were friendly and helpful. We ordered the Carnitas Platter ($15.00) and the Shrimp Fajitas ($21.00). Both dishes were very plentiful and great tasting. The shrimp were large size. The Carnitas had that crisp to some of the pork. Fantastic! As the restaurant filled we could tell that the food coming out of the kitchen was on the slow side. Our lunch time meal (No lunch menu) was the same great service with more fantastic food. We tried the Salmon Los Cabos ($18.00) a large piece of Salmon in sauce, The Carne Asada Platter ($18.00) was a large, thin, steak with all the fixings (tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice and beans), and our son ordered the 3 item combo ($15.00) with a tamale, a flauta, and an enchilada. The restaurant is in the old Gino's building. It was clean and bright.

This is my new go to spot for molcajete. The food was really really good. I had a crunchy shredded beef taco, which was excellent molcajete was a very good tons of meat. There was bean dip, chips and salsa when we first got here. Then they gave us two different salsas with the food. All three salsas were good and fresh. We definitely will be back. We had great service and it was a good value.

As a business restaurant owner myself I know the importance of good food and superb customer service and this family restaurant has it all, fresh ingredients and the consistency of their food are the main reasons why I come every other day and of course my menudo fix every Sunday. I came in hungry and left in a happy food coma. The menudo was rich, flavorful and the broth so good I drink it straight from the bowl ... If you're looking for a place that serves authentic Mexican food this is it!

We stopped at La Fe while passing through Lancaster because there were so many good reviews, and now we know why! The food and service were incredible, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the booths were comfortable. The restaurant is nice and roomy, and they have multiple large TVs with sports on. We got the chile relleno de camarón and the agua chile cocktail. Both were flavorful and filling, and they brought chips, salsa, and bean dip to the table while we waited to order. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back any time we're in Lancaster!

Food was great. Good environment and friendly staff would recommend this place. Ordered a molcajete, fillet fish and chilaquiles.

Great prices for great quality! Please make sure to tip your server!!

After seeing a few reviews, I'm so glad we decided to give La Fe Mexican Grill a try! It was delicious!! Their chips and spicy bean dip was so good! We ordered three plates; camarones a la diabla, combo plate with chile relleno, cheese enchilada with ranchero sauce, and a chicken tamale and we got a three taco combo plate, asada, shrimp, carnitas. They have a variety of salsas as well! All of the food was fresh, excellent quality especially the steak in the taco and the shrimp was fresh too! And I have to mention that I peeked in through the little window from the door to the kitchen and OMG... their kitchen is so clean!!! Our server Jonathan was outstanding he was very attentive and brought us all the extras that we needed. He came back numerous times to check on us! We left him a nice tip! We watch the Dodger game but unfortunately their liquor license is still in the process. Definitely give them a try you will be coming back! This is the AV's new Mexican restaurant for East Lancaster!! We drove from West Lancaster and it was definitely worth the drive, we will be back soon! And they have great specials on Tuesdays, $1.50 tacos, Wednesdays 2 tacos, rice and beans and a drink for $6 and Fridays they have a special with grilled fish tacos $2.50 and shrimp tacos $3.00!

The one board has a sign telling you to "Please drive to the window." Thankfully there was no one ahead of me. Since they can't even start your order until you get to the window I couldn't imagine being second or third in line as my wait, after ordering, was 10 minutes. At the window I was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman who took my order. He asked if I would like him to add some chips in. I had ordered a carne asada burrito. It was very good. In addition to the rice and beans there was lots of meat. A good facelift and fixing the ordering speaker would them up to a 5 star.

We started with home made chips, fresh salsa and an amazing bean dip that had what tastes like chorizo and a hot sauce mix, it is addictive, a must have. Then we ordered our main meals, the Flautas have a lot of flavor and chicken served with guacamole and sour cream, we had the appetizer version, well worth it. We also had a nice sized 2 item lunch special, Chicken hard shell taco, cheese Enchilada typically with Rice and Beans, today I felt like a full plate of beans, all of the food was just like my mom made it, so good. They have many other lunch special options. We decided that a few drinks were a must. My brother ordered the Large (gigantic) Strawberry Margarita, not sure how he finished it on his own but it looked amazing, he said it had a lot of flavor. I had a large Modelo beer that really tied in the entire meal. The interior is old school Mexican theme, with various classic paintings with very plush furniture. The staff is very friend and come by to check on you on the regular. We felt well taken care of, we cannot wait to visit again. This is a hidden gem.

If I was in the restaurant you'd give them. Was the thought in my head) dude must have heard my mind cause he said I'll include since your order is so large. The tray of tacos that were supposed to be a mix of 3 hard shell ground beef tacos, 4 asada, 1 chorizo , 1 shredded beef and 3 chicken with soft shells turned into 6 hard shells with burned beef (maybe) and 3 hard chicken shells. The Albondigas Soup didn't even come with the rice and cilantro! My sons Pescado Tostada de Ceviche and Camaron Tostada de Ceviche didn't have the actual tostadas so I am really wondering if they forgot to give us a bag. The posole Don't have any radish or cabbage to add to it. And my daughter in law tossed the tamarind out cause she said it tasted spoiled . My hard not soft shelled chicken taco had bones in it. Please the pic! But note my mother who's currently sick said her Albondigas soup tasted ok to her. Let just say for the $$ I spent I am very unhappy!! I am thinking of calling the inspectors about the taste and freshness of this food as I am already feeling funny. I implore you to stop and rethink then change destination's before heading to this place. I ended up having to eat a bowl of cream of wheat cause my stomach felt funny.

There was one cashier on the phone and two other girls serving tables, so it took a minute before we could place our order. It's a small, casual spot with people constantly coming in and out. I ordered a sopes plate with a taco de tripas. The sopes themselves were actually really good, but unfortunately my rice and beans were cold, so I didn't eat them. The tripas were overcooked. So crunchy they felt like eating popcorn, which was disappointing. My husband ordered a torta de carnitas and a taco al pastor. The al pastor marinade was pretty mediocre, nothing special, and the torta was just okay. We also ordered a burrito with asada and rice only and again, the rice came out cold while the meat was hot. They did bring us chips and salsa, and the red spicy salsa was actually good, probably the best part of the meal. Overall, this place is okay but very mediocre. With how expensive eating out is these days, I'm really picky about where I spend my money, and this didn't feel worth it. There are definitely better, Mexican spots in Lancaster that I'd rather go to. I probably won't be coming back.
