I was in the palmdale/lancaster area coming from a weekend getaway and decided to look up a place to go eat some good menudo. This place came up and the wife and I based on the pics on ig opted to give it a shot. The restaurant has ample seating and even has a drive thru which I thought was both weird but cool. Lol We ordered 2 menudos one with hominy and the other without, both orders come with 3 tortillas each, handmade I think and it's condiments. (Cilantro, onion, lemon and oregano). A combo of quésabirria tacos that comes with rice, beans and consome and to drink we shared a large passion fruit agua fresca. The food was good. I liked the menudo but in all honesty I did think they skimp on the serving. For the cost, I personally feel they should have filled up the containers. (For those who like pata this one didnt have any nor was it offered. I know other establishments ask if you would like pata included or not). The quesabirria tacos were good. We got everything for to go in case we had any leftovers. The food all in all was good. But what I truly enjoyed and would give it another 5 stars lol was the agua fresca. Im not a fan of passion fruit but this one was refreshing and just perfect. Also, the service is a 10 out of 10. We were greeted upon entering. The young girl working the front counter was both very helpful and pleasant and so was the young guy when my wife approached the counter. Even the women working the kitchen seemed very friendly and welcoming. One other thing I observed is they all wear hairnets. Huge plus! read more

Tried this place for the first time last night and it was amazing. The place at first to be honest did not get my attention but I'm glad my husband convinced me to get some food from here. We ordered online and then when we arrived we decided to eat the food inside. The staff was super nice and accommodating and made sure our order was correct. I appreciated the tortillas were handmade and the birria tacos had lots of flavor. We also tried the quesadilla and the limon con pepino agua. Definitely will be coming back here soon. read more

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the portions and the flavor of the birria. We tried the quesatacos, Birria ramen, and the birria plate. Definitely recommend the chilaquiles burrito from Birria Superior. We got the red salsa chilaquiles with a side of green salsa. Their agua de fresa (strawberry water) is really good. We had the most wonderful experience at Birria Superior this weekend! The restaurant was clean, lively, and smelled great! When we arrived the staff was singing happy birthday to one of their employees. The energy was joyful and everyone was all smiles. Juanita, the General Manager, greeted us at the register and is such a sweetheart. She was so warm and welcoming as she helped us decide what to order. She highly recommended we try the churros, taquitos, and birria plate. Her eyes closed as she described the food as if she could taste it. She had great confidence and took personal pride in the quality of the food preparation so we ordered everything she recommended plus a round of quesotacos. The beef and chicken taquitos were delivered quickly to our table with a variety of salsas. They were topped with guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and a sprinkle of cheese. They had a nice crunch and the best part is that they were not greasy. They were soooo good but the only downside is the order only comes with 3 pieces and it definitely left me wanting more. Lesson learned - get at least two orders! Next came the birria plate, quesotacos, and churros. The birria plate had a generous serving of meat and a side of warm corn tortillas, and the quesotacos had a perfect balance of birria and cheese. The marinade of the birria meat is so flavorful and proves why the name of the restaurant is so fitting. Lastly, the churros were light, crispy and delicious. It was a perfect sweet treat to end our meal! Definitely coming back not just for the food but because of the exceptional service with a smile. read more

Got three different plates from the menu and a michelada, was so excited to eat and get out food but was quickly disappointed, I hardly am someone who likes giving bad reviews because I consider my self a foodie but it was bad, all we tasted was pure salt on all there food. The food was okay. The volume of the SiriusXM radio was way too loud. Even after asking the server if they could lower the volume somewhat, it was still too loud. We went there to have a relaxed, dining experience, not to be entertained. The attached video is AFTER they lowered the volume. I've read other reviews complaining about the same thing, but whoever is in control of the volume either never sees these reviews, or just doesn't care. read more

We were at the speaker ordering 1 all meat carnitas burrito, 1 birria quesadilla, 1 carnitas taco and a Pepsi. We repeated our order no less than 5 times before just driving up to the window, where we than repeated that order another 4 times...the worker kept "chuckling" in between the "I'm sorry, you said..." (He spoke fine English as well). The order came to us wrong. I honestly feel like the staff was playing a game with us. Not sure if this is the norm for this establishment, but we/my office will NOT be coming here again. First impressions are big and this was a horrible first impression for us. Recommended improvements: Teach and encourage the staff to listen (duh). This is a customer service oriented business, enforce this. Happened upon this taco fast food style restaurant. My husband ordered a chilaquiles burrito with a fried egg. He says "it's delicious." I ordered the number one meal which is two Birria tacos and I like all rice sides. First, the tacos and consommé were soo good. The tacos are juicy and the green sauce was the cherry on top. I also ordered a michelada with Pacifico and they just complimented the whole meal. There is inside and outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and informative.
