I placed an online pickup order here a couple of days ago, and I've been sick ever since. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and started eating it at home. Within minutes, I felt extremely nauseous and had to stop eating. The symptoms hit so fast and so hard that it was obvious something was wrong with the food. About 10-15 minutes later, I was dealing with severe chills, fever-like symptoms, nonstop diarrhea, and intense stomach pain. I spent the entire night in and out of the bathroom, and by the next morning I vomited a large amount of the ramen that hadn't even digested. I've been completely bedridden for two days, and today is the first day I've been able to get up and move around. This was not a mild stomach issue. It was a major case of food poisoning, and it started while I was eating the meal. I still have the leftover bowl in my fridge because the reaction was so concerning. I'm leaving this review so management takes a serious look at food handling and safety, especially with pork and broth items. I've never been this sick from restaurant food before, and I don't want anyone else going through what I did. read more

I went here on a Thursday evening and immediately got a seat. The owner was very nice. I personally liked the tattered menus - they give off a good vibe. I ordered a #1, which was a Tonkotsu Shoyu. The price was very reasonable too. It took just 7 minutes for my food to arrive and right off the bat the color looked very good. This bowl came with 2 decent sized pieces of pork and half an egg. The pork was fantastic - it melts in your mouth. The noodles were firm and I like it that way. The egg was also warm and good. The mushrooms also added a good textural element to the dish. I was pleasantly surprised that to get ramen this good out here. It was filling and I plan to stop by every now and then. read more

Ordered delivery through door dash and one of the ramen smell horribly like ammonia, like straight off a toilet ammonia , not sure if they keep their cleaning containers close to their cleanin supplies or to the bathrooms, def ammonia stronger than urine so my thought on som type of cleaning agent, animal repellant or exterminator spray......unfortunately going in the trash. Service was good, decor calming and beautiful. But the food was delicious. They have SOUP DUMPLINGS!!! I thought I would have to go down below- but nope these were so tasty. My son and I shared a bunch of what could be considered appetizers and go so full we never got a chance to try the ramen. While eating I noticed the place was full of others eating ramen and nobody left without emptying the bowl so I would assume the ramen is as delicious as the rest. The bill was around $75 including beverages. The food was made fresh and we ordered like 5-6 different plates so I would say we definitely got our money worth. Tried this place out and there wasn't too many people. I thought the food would come out quicker but it took a minute. Once I got my order I noticed there was a plastic cover in my soup. The waitress looked at it and apologized and took it back to the kitchen. She didn't come back for a while or asked if I wanted another bowl. I had to wave my hand and ask. She said oh I didn't know you wanted another one. I had lost my appetite by the time the food came out. Not to mention the whole staff was just being loud the whole time complaining about their jobs. Had a great time here. It is good for a sit down or a quick in and out. Our server helped us out by offering her favorite dishes and combinations. We ended up putting something together that was just right and hit the spot. Jade was very kind and patient and we had a nice chat as well. Their green Tea Mochi was off the chain because it had just the right rosewater kick that I'm always up for having. Rosewater is very versatile, and something I grew up with. Love Ramen is great, but it is hit or miss. Sometimes the broth will be richest most flavorful broth ever, then other times it taste as if instead of making more broth they just add hot water instead, leaving you with a flavorless broth. The service is great. But i guess you have to know what days to go when they have their best cooks in the kitchen. Excellent ramen and rice dishes, the staff are also really nice and friendly and take the time to have a conversation with you and offer helpful suggestions on what to order from the menu. Both were delicious and tasted fresh, the vegetables in my bowl were lightly cooked, and the chicken had great flavor. Lovely little spot next to Schooners in Lancaster. The waiter was super nice, rushed us a little bit later learned she was new and just learning. The owner came up to us told us about all their different options including their new Matcha Tiramisu. The Teriyaki Bowl was tasty and fresh, the sauce was tasty not over sweet. The Rich Ramen I order was very delicious. The broth was rich like the name of the plate and the pork was perfectly cooked. Loved the decor inside, some walls looked older than others. Finally made it back to Love Ramen and it was still very delicious! Like most places, the prices increased so I posted the updated menu. I got the pork chashu don bowl, while my partner got the tonkotsu rich ramen. The place is still very quaint and a cute date spot. Service was good, nothing to really complain about. I would have given more stars but it was not until I left that I realized that neither of our dishes came with the egg it stated. We were both starving, otherwise I should have noticed because it's usually my favorite part! I also wish my bowl had more veggies and less rice, but still very delicious! read more

We were frequenting another establishment in town, until they started using smaller and smaller portions of protein. Yesterday we tried Love Ramen, and we've found our spot. We had carry-out, so I can't comment much on the ambiance. Our order was ready when we arrived. The Tonkotsu Rich was delicious. Always add the wood mushrooms.
