When I heard it was a tortilla deep-fried in the form of a roll. I had a smile from one side of my face to the other. The establishment was nice and clean with plenty of seating and there was big pictures of the menu items all over the place to allow you to see what the food look like before you order it. The portion was quite large as well and I thought I was going to order a beef and chicken teriyaki bowl afterwards, but I had no room after I took down the rattlesnake roll. This place is a true gem to the neighborhood. I would always see signs while at the drive thru and I finally decided to stop by. This place is such a gem. It is flavorful and for the price it is worth it. The service here is amazing, super sweet employees here. We had the chicken and beef plate with veggies and rice and it was so filling. First and last time at this location all based on food taste. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Noodles were greasy, tasteless and had random veggies topped with green onions and sushi seasoning was not needed for this dish. Small portion of chicken probably size of a chicken leg. I stopped by during lunch on weekday and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The food was made fresh to order and there were at least 10 people waiting for their orders and/or eating. I hate to give less than stellar review but I'm conflicted. I got the beef/chicken combo because I couldn't make up my mind. The chicken was dry but the teriyaki and sriracha sauce saved it! But the beef was really tender and tasty. My coworkers also got a plate and they also agreed that the chicken was dry too :/ Location: located next to Starbucks in a busy shopping center. Easy to park and way to get in and out. Service: the cashier was friendly and helpful in describing what kind of meat is used. I ordered a Tiger roll...THIS IS NO TIGER ROLL. It's missing the shrimp tempura, cucumber, eel sauce and mayo. Very disappointed in what I received. Called them to inform that it was missing certain items and they said that's how it comes and that I wanted to return it for a refund they denied my request. Disgusting! This food was barely edible. The chicken and beef bowl was just barely edible. The chicken was dry, the rice was old. The beef was barely even meat, overly salty. The sushi was the most disgusting sushi I've had in my 35 years of eating sushi. Worst than gas station or grocery store sushi. I picked through it to try and figure out what it was. Tonight's Lancaster mini getaway meal was takeout from Teriyaki & Roll House. We both had a taste for vegetable tempura as well as other Japanese dishes. My wife was quite pleased with her combo plate of chicken and beef. Cabbage and rice included. We also had separate orders of the tempura, which she seemed to enjoy. On the other hand, I can't say that I was quite so thrilled; about as bland tasting tempura as I've ever had imo. Nor was I satisfied with my order of chicken katsu; which was over fried and rather dry. And had I known it only came with rice and nothing else, it would have been a pass. I went around 12 pm and they were busy with takeout orders but we were the only customers dining in. The girl who took our order was very nice and took her time answering our questions. It was clean inside and they seemed to be on top of everything. My mom ordered two rolls, can't remember the name of one of them but the other was a dragon roll and she said it was delicious. We've ordered on Door Dash several times, and they always get the order right! They have larger than normal sized sushi, and the sushi is delicious. We haven't tried their other food yet.
