We have eaten here regularly since this location opened. Tonight we picked up our to-go order which we order the same EVERY TIME, and it was wrong. We called to let them know this and whichever employee (Sun 9/6 7:50pm, female) that answered the phone actually ARGUED with my husband that we did something wrong! I have the online order and we ordered correctly, they messed up the order. Sadly because of this we won't be going back. Man, love other locations but made mistake of eating from this location. Should have known better connected to gas station and no other restaurants close. Now for food the veggies were 99% cabbage only, and beef wasn't even chopped up correctly. Everyone who ate was in bathroom getting sick within 1- 2hours of eating. Not a great Saturday night. Also I'm all with bringing kids to work safely but watching a toddler running behind counter should have made me know the store wasn't sanitary. Won't return to this location ever! read more

Having been a good regular to places like Yoshinoyq and Flame Broiler for most of all my life, I can actually say I very much enjoy Teriyaki Madness a lot more than the others! I've only every tried their salmon and tofu however. But I like their recipe a lot more than Waba Grill. Everything just tastes so much fresher and high quality. Service is prompt! While pumping gas I seen this place and decided to order a spicy chicken bowl with white rice. The chicken had so much spice that it was dry. They only gave a 1oz container of teriyaki sauce, which was nowhere near enough for the bowl I purchased. The rice was plain white rice, but seemed mushy and over cooked. The food was ready to go pretty quick. As for the location, I ordered takeout, but it looked clean and organized. I'll have to try this place again and see how their other food is. read more

My first time here was great. Brian was great with explaining the menu. They even accommodated me with my special requests! Well a week later and it is not the same experience. Brian was great but they did NOT make my food to order and I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time. I asked for well done chicken, chicken was not well done. Both were delicious and the bowl servings were more than enough for a lunch. He had an egg roll and I had the edamame for sides.
