This little gem in Lancaster offers delightful art and whimsical dishes. I reccomend Yum Yay glass noodle salad and the basil eggplants. So good!

Me and The Thai go together real bad! The Thai tea is great. The beef dish I ordered and the rice was to die for. The only thing I didn't like was the soup because the coconut was a little too overpowering for me, but coconut is your jam, you'll probably be fine. Amazing service as well. He checked on us just enough.

I was here today April 12 ,2025 at 4:00 pm , the waitress give me a table for one person and of course o was by myself but i didn't like the table because was so close to a another door or room and I will like to seat in more alone table I ask him if I can seat in another table so I feel more comfortable and he ask me ironically, Aren't you alone ? I say yes and so he say so that is your table , look this place is always empty every time I pass by and it was only one seating there ,he was rude ,no polite not friendly at all , I will never put a feet on this restaurant.

They get two stars as the server was decent and the appetizers & Thai Tea were the only good thing. Appetizers: chicken satay & chicken potstickers, both were delicious and off to a great start, however it went down from there. Ok so all of their dishes had a sweetness that I wasn't expecting, nothing really savory. Tried their coconut sour soup- did not like that at all. Their Pad Thai- no one touched it after their first bite, sweet and didn't have the noodles I'm used to with the dish. The ginger pork was ok, if they didn't use sugar it would've been good. Their chicken basil dish was good, still could've been more savory. Can't remember the other dishes we tried but I know I will not be returning to try anything else. The place itself was cute, had a lot of culture.

Really good when you choose wisely The menu is huge, which isn't necessarily a bad thing (have you *been* to a resto in Bangkok?) But there is also a bunch-a "meh" stuff in there - you have to be careful (hint: ask the waiter - the names aren't that helpful)

I highly recommend this place. Beautiful interior, cleanliness throughout the establishment, polite and attentive staff. The menu offers many variations of dishes, all capturing the essence of Thai cuisine. We ordered noodles and soup, both of which were superbly prepared. Everything was fresh, delicious, and truly reminiscent of Thai cuisine. Both dishes were brought to us in less than 15 minutes after ordering. I haven't had such delicious Tom Kha in a long time, although I didn't have rice for the soup, so you had to order it separately. Next time I'm eager to try the lunch offer, priced at only $12 and including such good dishes.

The food is bomb; authentic and tasty, quick service, and friendly atmosphere. It has a lot of vegetarian choices as well.

Is there a gluten-free menu? I see a few people say they have gluten-free items marked on the menu but not on the online menu I see today.

We can offer most items on our menu Gluten-free. It is not marked online or on the menu, but you can directly request it with your waiter or if ordering online put it under special instruction (GrubHub) or if you're ordering from our website… Read more

Was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant since I was craving pho and came across this place. It's…read morelocated in a small shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. Walking in, they had plenty of booths and tables that can accommodate both small and large groups. You order before you sit down, and they also have a self-serve water station. We tried the Egg Rolls (3 pieces) and Dumplings (5 pieces) for appetizers, and for our main meals we ordered the Beef Stew Soup and the Glass Noodle Chicken Soup. The egg rolls and dumplings were crispy and flavorful, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce paired well with both. I actually thought I had ordered the beef pho, so I was surprised when the beef stew came out but that was completely my mistake. It ended up being a pleasant surprise because it was hearty, full of flavor, and reminded me a lot of sopa de res. The Glass Noodle Chicken Soup was much lighter, with a clean, comforting broth that made for a great contrast to the rich beef stew. Both soups were generously portioned. The customer service was friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back to try more items from their menu.

The restaurant was clearly overcrowded, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner became rude and disrespectful. The owner repeatedly complained that they were overwhelmed and couldn't handle additional guests. Rather than providing good customer service or communicating respectfully, he turned customers away and made us feel unwelcome. Eventually, we were asked to leave despite there being available seating when we arrived. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

We didn't eat inside, but the feel of the restaurant seemed quiet, which we like. We can't wait to try something else the next time we order from there!

With that said, I was sadly disappointed with Shandra Thai. Starting with the Thai iced tea: it wasn't the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. It tasted like it was brewed from tea (which is a plus), but it had way too much milk added, which diluted the flavor. It was also overly sweet. On the bright side, the portion is huge for $8, so it's definitely shareable. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp pad thai, which is a pretty standard dish. It was decent and came with a good amount of shrimp, but the flavor leaned way too sweet for my liking. I ordered the wor wonton soup, and this is where things really went downhill. The broth honestly reminded me of those seasoning packets that come with instant ramen--very salty and lacking depth. It was so salty that I could only manage a couple of spoonfuls before I started to feel sick. I'm also fairly certain the shrimp in the soup was frozen (see photo). It's disappointing to pay $18 for a dish that ends up going to waste. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be coming back.

After reading a lot of the reviews of this restaurant that we have never tried before, we decided…read moreto try some for dinner this evening. We ordered the Cashew Chicken and the Chow Mein. What surprised me was that some reviewers stated that this is authentic thai style cooking and that the chef's were trained in Thailand. Well, if this is true, what a dissapointment indeed. The vegetables in both dishes were very hard , the Chicken in the Cashew Chicken was also hard and cut thin strips, tasteless, no noodles or rice included The noodles in the Chow Mein was about as good as cheap store bought noodles and dry at best. So I called the restaurant and a female answered whom I asked to speak to the Manager and with some hesitation asked if she could help, I again asked to speak to the Manager to which she replied that she was the owner and could she help. I stated to her the problem with this terrible food, and even told her that I had read many of the reviews on here (Yelp) and would be writing a review myself. In the final words for this review, I can say that eiher this place has a lot of friends and or family that may have buttered up the review section, because I would be embarrassed to call this food as original from my home country. I did advise the Owner that these dishes were terrible and would not be buying from here again. What a waste of money because I paid over $50.00 total with tip from food delivery service and for something like this is a shame!
