The rice was raw and filled with oil. So nasty . Tried to get a refund but cashier somehow tried to convince me that she will have another cook make it for me with no oil.

Good was really good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Decent portion sizes. We ordered multiple things and shared them. I definitely recommend doing that to get a taste of everything.

I get food from them through GrubHub and everything has always been delicious! Today I tried the chicken satay and it was great!

Service is good. The waitress did her job. I ordered the Trip To Thailand. Little bit of pad Thai, bbq chicken, and curry with a side of white rice. All cooked well. The pad Thai was of perfect texture and was light. The flavor of the curry is what kept me eating. There are small slices of chicken in the curry as well. Over all a good Thai place to eat. I will be coming back

I had the lunch special here today. The first brought a small side salad, with delicious dressing. The main dish I had was the mint leaves lunch with fried rice (vegetarian). It was very good. I'll definitely be back

Was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant since I was craving pho and came across this place. It's…read morelocated in a small shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. Walking in, they had plenty of booths and tables that can accommodate both small and large groups. You order before you sit down, and they also have a self-serve water station. We tried the Egg Rolls (3 pieces) and Dumplings (5 pieces) for appetizers, and for our main meals we ordered the Beef Stew Soup and the Glass Noodle Chicken Soup. The egg rolls and dumplings were crispy and flavorful, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce paired well with both. I actually thought I had ordered the beef pho, so I was surprised when the beef stew came out but that was completely my mistake. It ended up being a pleasant surprise because it was hearty, full of flavor, and reminded me a lot of sopa de res. The Glass Noodle Chicken Soup was much lighter, with a clean, comforting broth that made for a great contrast to the rich beef stew. Both soups were generously portioned. The customer service was friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back to try more items from their menu.

The restaurant was clearly overcrowded, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner became rude and disrespectful. The owner repeatedly complained that they were overwhelmed and couldn't handle additional guests. Rather than providing good customer service or communicating respectfully, he turned customers away and made us feel unwelcome. Eventually, we were asked to leave despite there being available seating when we arrived. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

We didn't eat inside, but the feel of the restaurant seemed quiet, which we like. We can't wait to try something else the next time we order from there!

First, I want to point out that I'm very familiar with Thai food--I've eaten at over 100 Thai…read morerestaurants across the United States, so I feel like I have a pretty solid baseline when it comes to flavor and quality. With that said, I was sadly disappointed with Shandra Thai. Starting with the Thai iced tea: it wasn't the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. It tasted like it was brewed from tea (which is a plus), but it had way too much milk added, which diluted the flavor. It was also overly sweet. On the bright side, the portion is huge for $8, so it's definitely shareable. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp pad thai, which is a pretty standard dish. It was decent and came with a good amount of shrimp, but the flavor leaned way too sweet for my liking. I ordered the wor wonton soup, and this is where things really went downhill. The broth honestly reminded me of those seasoning packets that come with instant ramen--very salty and lacking depth. It was so salty that I could only manage a couple of spoonfuls before I started to feel sick. I'm also fairly certain the shrimp in the soup was frozen (see photo). It's disappointing to pay $18 for a dish that ends up going to waste. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be coming back.

After reading a lot of the reviews of this restaurant that we have never tried before, we decided…read moreto try some for dinner this evening. We ordered the Cashew Chicken and the Chow Mein. What surprised me was that some reviewers stated that this is authentic thai style cooking and that the chef's were trained in Thailand. Well, if this is true, what a dissapointment indeed. The vegetables in both dishes were very hard , the Chicken in the Cashew Chicken was also hard and cut thin strips, tasteless, no noodles or rice included The noodles in the Chow Mein was about as good as cheap store bought noodles and dry at best. So I called the restaurant and a female answered whom I asked to speak to the Manager and with some hesitation asked if she could help, I again asked to speak to the Manager to which she replied that she was the owner and could she help. I stated to her the problem with this terrible food, and even told her that I had read many of the reviews on here (Yelp) and would be writing a review myself. In the final words for this review, I can say that eiher this place has a lot of friends and or family that may have buttered up the review section, because I would be embarrassed to call this food as original from my home country. I did advise the Owner that these dishes were terrible and would not be buying from here again. What a waste of money because I paid over $50.00 total with tip from food delivery service and for something like this is a shame!
