And again they failed. 30 minutes late on delivery. Marked our order delivered 25 minutes before it was delivered. Called to let them know the issue and they told us "our drivers take multiple orders at a time and when they mark one delivered it marks them all. Just wait another 15 minutes." Excuse me? They can never get it right smh its never square cut and they're always missing up on the toppings then they give me attitude when ii take my pizza back ... they're customer service is horrible this is the 5th pizza i've had to take back inside because they can't follow instructions. Fraud charged. We ordered Pizza and paid all fees, tips etc. online. We received notice through our bank that this location charged an additional $ that we did not authorize. During delivery, we were not given an additional receipt or asked for a signature. 3 attempts to contact management were unsuccessful and we had to file a complaint with corporate and dispute the charge through our bank. read more

So, although it took 25 minutes :-( to arrive from the time they left and it wasn't that far a drive, the pizza was delicious . I don't expect much from these chains, but throw enough on it and you end up with something very tasty. Mr. Picky was not happy that I spent so much money on the pizza, but the app I downloaded sucks you in by letting you just add things by pushing buttons without telling you the price addition to the pie. After all the work spent getting it ordered just right, it was a bit of a shock to see the bill, but by that time I was committed :-). Oh, and by the way, I changed the size from a medium 12" to a large 14" and found the price differential was only two dollars, so given the additional square inches covered, it's crazy not to go for the larger size. There's your meal for lunch the next day. I started with a thin crust Wisconsin 6-cheese pizza, and requested the Marinara (has more ingredients which I equate to flavor) sauce. Next I added extra pepperoni and sausage, garlic, onion, mushroom, and cheeses (Asiago and Provolone). So, was it worth it? Well, You decide if it was worth ~$33, but it definitely was delicious. However, after addition of $7 for the Chocolate lava cake order, tax, delivery fee, and tip to the driver, the total all-in was $55. That's more then the meal for two people that we had at the Yard House the other day including dessert and with soup and salad to start. Probably the slowest dominos when there is no rush at all. Estimated 25 minutes until ready but still 40 minutes later the food is still being "prepped" and not even being cooked. I called an hour after the order was placed and was told that they will deliver it and that it was the first delivery. I waited an hour and still no pizza.
