Dylan, the owner of the bearded Brewer is probably the most beer knowledgeable person I know. I think there's a good chance that he really does know everything about beer. Dylan is also one of the most friendly and patient people you will ever meet. I walked into the bearded Brewer to learn about brewing about 9 months ago and he was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time explaining the different options for equipment and brewing techniques etc. I have now been back to the bearded Brewer probably 30 times and each time I've been very happy with my service and products. They have everything you need to homebrew all types and styles of beer. from simple starter kits with all the equipment you need in a box all the way up to advanced commercial equipment. Everyone there is very nice and very helpful. Every time I have gone in the staff is super helpful, always have what I need ingredient and hardware wise but the best part is the instant gratification. No more waiting for a shipment from an online store, or paying a minimum shipping fee when all you need is a simple 2oz bag of hops that you forgot for your recipe. My husband has a co worker who is an avid Brewer and highly recommended store. Store was very well kept, all the necessary equipment plus all the specialty stuff. Owner was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent hop recommendation for dry hopping an existing beer. Usually my husband shops online for ingredients, now we will be making monthly trips.
