Came here for the first time today with my girl for a bong. Being that I'm new to the area I was hoping to have found a new smoke shop. When first arriving to the store the man behind the counter was a little stand off ish was telling him I was interested in a bong. Not much selection plus way over priced he didn't seem to help or show interest in helping or giving advice. Once my girl picked one he took a quick look and left paid $32 for a whatever not so worth bong. We leave the store go to get food take it out to look at it and discover it has a crack. Being that we didn't even get to use it and had it for 10 minutes and not even dropped I wanted a new one. Came back to the store the man refused giving my girl a refund it exchange the item we had just bought. He called the owner and the owner told him to exchange it he was mad about it but I can promise you I won't be back. I wasn't looking for nothing free I just wanted a bong. So i came to visit my family out here in Palmdale, ca. My vape broke while i was out here and so i found a vape shop close by to replace it. I bought it on Sunday 8/4/19, it worked when i left the vape shop and drove back to my house in Sherman oaks, ca, 70 miles away. The following day I try to turn it on, it doesn't work. I call the shop and i speak to this rude man, i tell him the vape is not working and he says there's nothing he can do and that i should send in the warranty that comes with the vape. AFTER A DAY? I should send in my vape to get a new one by warranty instead of him offering me an exchange for a new one? So anyways he says i should come in so he can check it out. I drive an hour and a half to see what he can do and all he tells me is the same thing! No customer service what's soo ever! He's rude, he starts yelling at me saying it's my fault as soon as i leave the shop. How can you tell me it's my fault if i bought this vape less than 24 hours ago! How does that even make sense. He laughed in my face. I asked to speak to his manager which is the owner of the shop mind you. He says he doesn't have his bosses number! So this man hired your jerk-self and you don't have his number? I asked him to call his owner and ask if he can please exchange me for a new vape and the man says no he's too busy. Too busy to attend to your customers that put $100 in your pocket. It's not that much but it's still my hard earned cash not to mention I DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF BACK TO THE SAME SHOP so i can get a vape that works, THATS IT! I'm sooo disappointed, i don't ever even leave reviews, i think this is my first time. I just wanted to warn anyone who does come here to not spend your hard earned cash on people who don't care about servicing you and leaving with working PRODUCT!
