Upon returning within 20 minutes of purchase, I was told that in order to exchange for another product I would have to wait until the owner was back in the country. The product was never used. The store sticker price for that item (batteries for a vape) was $12.99. He tried to sell them to me for $19.98. When I asked him to see the sticker, he erupted and kicked me out from the store.
