I also reserved 2 utility dollies and they don't have the equiptment I rented. Furthermore, I ordered 2 packs (24) of blankets and I just received a bunch of unsealed, dirty blankets. He directed her to a sign that said no returns. She explained she was not told when she purchased the vapes there was a "no return" policy. She added that she purchased something for $30 and that she can't believe she is out of her money for a non-functioning device that they sold her. The clerk refused to consider this and just kept citing they have a "no return" policy even though they are selling items that do not work. I strongly suggest because of the above, think wisely before you purchase a device at this place of business because one, it may not work. Two, if it doesn't they will not be accountable for the items they are selling and you will simply be out of the money you spent.
